S.Great service from a lovely worker named Hayley today. It was super busy with the labour weekend specials and she helped me find some curtains that weren’t out on the shelf and grabbed them from up top for me. Thanks for your help Hayley.
K.Just picked up a click and collect from Porirua. There is a blond lady who works on the service desk there sorry should have got the name. I have seen her working before. She is onto it, friendly, helpful and always has a smile. Deals with a lot of different things going on at once other staff asking questions, directing people to take breaks etc all while helping customers She is awesome. She deserves some recognition.
A.Excellent garden centre at this store, Ange (I think her name is) looks after the plants and keeps the place tidy and well presented.
S.Just had the most lovely polite young man of Asian decent help me today (sorry I hope that does not sound inappropriate) i did not get his name so I apologise. I just wanted to say he was so refreshing just this beautiful polite happy voice, helping you was no problem. In contrast to some people who serve you who sometimes make you feel that coming into the store and counter is a problem let alone asking for help. Some of your young new staff are incredible.
T.Always find this warehouse to be better than many others in the city. Good staff help. Do need a bit of round up for stocking though.
S.9/11/20 10.23am: Needed a present for a niece's daughter's 6th bday. Knew what I wanted, but shelves empty for the particular item. About to leave and noticed the floor displays, so had a look and.. found what I wanted (good price, too). Self-checkout but very helpful staff member on hand to answer a query and assist with my purchase. 👍🏽👏🏽😃
23/7/20 Visited the store on a Sunday morning to make a couple of purchases. Staff were very busy setting up for the day, but I only had a small wait before one of their friendly staff helped check me out. Haven't been here for a while but nice to see the service is still efficient & friendly. I also loaded up their app and made a couple of online purchases on Tuesday; delivered today.. so, I'm happy as 😀👍🏽

J.This is a fantastic local store with absolutely everything that you need placed conveniently. I live in the same area as this store and it has never failed me. I have shopped for various things here such as tech products, food items (not home cooking items, just snacks or quick bites), outdoor equipment, home appliances and clothing items. All of the products that I have purchased here have been fantastic value for money, and the product quality is fantastic and durable. I recently had to rush in for a quick purchase, the staff were very friendly and helpful and showed me the way around the vast store. All in all, great service. Fantastic product range, and in such a convenient spot for locals. 5 stars any day. Would recommend.
S.Used the new self check outs today which was great. Nice and fast. Store was nice and tidy as usual. Only reason I gave a 4 was because I couldn't find a good girls drink bottle. I found the selection of types and colors of bottles a bit restricted. Otherwise had no issue finding everything else I was after today.
T.Plenty of well-priced options for many things, providing some inspiration from time to time, too for the creative mind!
Currently do "tree-free" toilet paper made from bamboo which I adore though today it was under "clearance"... I do hope they don't stop stocking it!
H.Always has what I need and I have especially enjoyed that when I need to get something quick for shared lunches at work that I can get something from there as they have started stocking groceries . Not overly messy like some other Warehouses I have visited. Lots of carparking outside and yes can always get a "Bargain“ lol.
A.Great shop if you’re looking for cheap clothes/household goods. Has everything I need and really good prices. Good range of products and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and helpful too

G.Odd layout of stock. Went in looking for jackets, found several displays at odd row ends. Very frustrating to find what I wanted - then found they didnt have my size. This surprised me given some of the bigger than me units walking around the shop. Prices as all Warehouses are - OK mostly.
R.It's a pleasure to shop at The Warehouse. The ayles are so well presented and there is almost everything one would need. I particularly like the Warehouse card which is great as a present for special events or a thank you to a friend.
D.Obviously Ivor the reviewer is a horribly lazy and can't be bothered doing any thinking for himself so slams a shop for it! This place is on part with the other shops in the area. Staff are fairly helpful but prices on some items aren't very cheap.

t.After several 'phone calls and visits to another branch of The Warehouse I was told that the Porirua store may be able to help. I normally prepare myself for several long waits on the 'phone, only to be disconnected and start again. This only happened once today and then I was fortunate enough to be put onto The Help Desk and spoke with ALISHA (or maybe spelled Elisha, Alicia?) She was AMAZING and is definitely a credit to your Team at The Porirua Warehouse. Thank you Alisha for your efficiency.
A.Great local Warehouse franchise, the updates made to the place have made a difference to the feel, the toy section still looks like a whirlwind has been through it most days however.
A.Now more variety of clothes on the cheaper side. Also more in furniture and looked like a better quality than it used to be.
E.This is a smaller store but still had everything that we required. There were a number of good sales and great prices on things my husband and I needed for winter.
