We worked with Family Flooring Design Pukekohe to pretty much re-floor our entire home. They are a fantastic team to work with! They worked with our budget, made great suggestions regarding both our carpet and laminate, and worked the installations to our renovation timelines. Each member of the team was helpful and lovely to deal with. Shout out to Ben, who did the carpet installs! He was just awesome, so knowledgeable, friendly, and did high quality work. Greats carpet & services. Shania was very friendly & helpful when I first called her, looking for carpet options. On the installation day, Ben called in advance to let me know the time arrive to the location, then I leave the keys for him, he was very polite, smooth & efficient. Explained in details about the installation process and even let reception know about making noise with drilling the floor, vacuuming and cleaning up afterwards. After he finish the carpet installation, I meet him up at nominated location and collect key from him. Smooth, Amazing communication and finish the work quick. Also thank you shania & team members for your extremely helpful, friendly services from the start, really appreciated it. Carpet looks great and definitely will back again in future, highly recommend their services to others.

Such a wonderful place, really impressed with the product, price and workmanship. I heard about this family business from a client so thought I would go and have a look. I told them I was on a budget and what I really appreciated is that they showed me carpets within my budget. I received a quote the same day and soon after my carpet was installed. A very competitive price. What I really appreciated was the excellent communication from beginning to end. I’m very happy with the end product. There was a few items like filing cabinets and superking size bed that I couldn’t move on my own. I paid a minimal amount to have this done, so ideal for those in similar situations. They also removed the old carpets for minimal amount. Highly recommend them. Much preferred dealing with a family business.

I am seriously impressed with this new local business "Family Flooring Design". While renovating my brothers bathroom we needed to put vinyl down before the toilet & vanity could be fitted. We just happened to come across their opening day with some very good specials. The staff were friendly & very helpful, so much so we decided to look at re-carpeting his place as well. They advised us on the quality of their products & helped with colour combinations. They were there 3 days later to measure & quote & I had the quote 1 day later. The price was very good so we excepted the quote but I needed the vinyl laid ASAP. They worked with us & nothing was to much trouble. Once the vinyl was down & the bathroom finished, 2 days later they were back to laid the carpet. They kept us informed with appointment reminders & follow up phone calls. They arrived on time, were very polite & cleaned up after themselves. Well done Family Flooring Design, you delivered a high level of service that would be expected by locals. Keep up the good work.
