R.Loving this new wood flooring form Forte Flooring Manor Range. We used their Manor Collection - Atelier Classic Genuine French Collection and it is stunning. We are getting compliments from all the visitors. The wide textured panels add a lot of character and it has been well worth the investment. The floor is easy to maintain and we now don't have to worry about hours of vacuuming. plus the texture gives a nice feel under the door. Our sales persons and their recommended installer were both very helpful. Thank you Miguel and Les.

F.From start to finish the service and attitude of the people working in this company was excellent. In particular over a year from buying the product we realised we had purchased too many boxes. The refund process was so easy and they picked up the excess from us. So often companies let themselves down by not following through during the entire cycle of the customer relation but not these guys. So happy.

We were going through an extensive renovation and a lot of our decisions and purchases had to be done online which also meant that in this case we were making decisions after viewing several samples. We needed time to decide on the interior flooring as well as a large exterior deck.
Martin understood the decision making process and was very sympathetic regarding my indecisiveness. Our final decision for Moda Mondello and the exterior Millboard decking feels absolutely perfect and is the icing on the cake after the renovation whirlwind!

The house is 20 years old, and I loved that the decking looks gracefully older - I think it would have looked funny with a brand new looking deck.
