l.Visited the store this month. I was thrilled to see no need to line up to get in. I came in to get a bag repaired but of course had a browse while there. I was looking at replacing my work bag. Antonia was a fantastic SA, she was very relaxed and kind, showing me many bag options and listening to my needs. I would highly recommend her is you are shopping in the Queenstown store, she is a breath of fresh air.
S.POCHETTE MÉTIS is my favourite bag, super popular and genuinely difficult to get unless you have put your name in the long long waiting lists. Yes, I did. I was waiting for many years and I have never heard of them. Moreover, I gave up a long time back
I was there in QT City Centre, just to walk around the Lake and have seen this store. So I stepped in and see what news. Fortunately, I have an inquiry and found my dream bag here by accidentally.
I was so emotional and overwhelmed that finally I have an opportunity to own and take it home.
35 years from now, I will die in peace 😂

T.Good service - I had 2 folks helping me. Small store. Not many crowds. Note to Americans - there is duty free pricing (about 10% off) but u pickup at your last NZ airport like Auckland. They will have the good there for pickup.
2 important notes - no watches or footwear r sold here. That’s in the Auckland branch. Set your expectations accordingly.

Normally, with some client advisors I have dealt with in the past they already forgot about you. But with Nav she didn’t forgot about me 😊 she even sent me a Birthday greetings through text (not all will do that). My 2 recent purchase was with her too 😊 and she never fail to update me on the status of it. Good customer service Nav! Keep it up 👍🏻 Hope to see you when we come visit Queenstown next year 😊
To be honest LV Queenstown Staff are more friendly and accommodating than LV Auckland staff.
S.Had a lovely experience at the Queenstown Store. Had my wallet complimentary stamped with my Initials and was kept up to date with the progress from one of the staff through text. Also very helpful and understanding with ordering in a pair of shoes. Was treated with care and drinks.

V.It's the first time been to the new store in Queenstown, beautiful store with amazing view. Staffs are nice and welcoming, I 've been severed by a Chinese girl, she was very nice and knowledgeable. I tried to find a birthday gift for my boyfriend, but I really have no idea for what he likes. The staff was very patient and showed me some wallets and cardholders. In the end , I still couldn't decide, she told me to take time and think. I'm so enjoyed this kind of service, no rush and relaxing, 5 stars of 1 to 1 service.

Beatrice has a warm, welcoming & highly experienced customer attention to detail.
Beatrice also exudes that long forgotten attribute of personal respect that goes with selling such a valuable & admired product.
Such service, unfortunately is slowly fading in a fast & busy world of smart phones, on line ordering, a world of self entitlement & instant gratification when google photos don’t match the product & price that you want.
Beatrice, however has indeed set a wonderful & unique example in an exclusive service industry for others to follow.
Mr LV - please note! We believe that Beatrice is one of your most loyal & valuable assets.
