Excellent customer service from a young man. I asked a question about vacuum filters. His response was amazing. While he didn't know the answer he proceeded to work through the manual and when no information was available, he then sought advice from another staff member. Between them they Googled and searched for the correct information. I was really impressed by Mathews and the womens actions, rather than, 'sorry don't know' they gave 110%.

Plenty of cark parks. I had done a bit on online homework after purchasing two previous electric blankets from The Warehouse with one lasting 3 weeks and the other 6 weeks. A big disappointment as I'm on a tight budget. I thought this time I will try a more expensive brand and see if this makes a difference. I noticed a great range of goods which was great to see. I purchased a Zip Queen Size Fitted Electric Blanket. It was $149.99 but reduced to $49.99 and has a 12 month guarantee. A great saving! (The Warehouse was $85 for the cheapest). The staff were very helpful and polite. I asked them to scan a couple of different brands for pricing. This was not an issue. As I was paying I was reminded to keep the receipt in case of return. I highly recommend Briscoes Rangiora. The electric blanket fits perfectly and is well made. Will have to see how long this one lasts as too soon to tell. Will keep you posted.

What can I say about Briscoes as it is a great large store thay stocks a large range of great products, everything that it's advertising states it does. In this large area with the food outlets and other major stores it is in a prime location for you to get easy access too. Briscoes has helpful well trained staff who know the products and can assist you with making the correct choices. Personally I would go to Briscoes when they announce they have a big sale on.

Lovely staff and they're always ready to help. You can easily find which isle you need to go to. Great value for money (though i always wait for the Sale). If you know what you're wanting to buy just tell them so they can direct you to which department/isle immediately, trust me it saves lots of shopping time and saves you from "wants or needs" dilemmas ;)
