The lady at the fragrance section was very helpful when i was choosing a gift for my husband. I didn't get her name but i am so grateful for her patience. Settled with the d&g light blue for men with her help. He loved it! Thanks so much!

Just had a lovely experience with Karen in the beauty section, very welcoming & knowledgeable about the products being sold. I brought a moisturiser I have never used that she highly recommended and I look forward to seeing results.

Specials not as good as used to be. Economy gone crazy. Good service at fragrances got nice cologne for hubby

Super Stoked w that night before Christmas, on Christmas eve I could not only get a STACK of miniature male Italian fragrance for my Son , he told me, he scored some Vesace pants just along from the motel strip, Xmas was definitely a synergy for me . No small thanks to a variety i think it was on a limited edition deal. Talkin 'bout my bros , This Son in this town could also share it , with uno due bottles of due type of Versace for his island-girls- yeeet boi !!! i gots it gold gift wrapped up 🎁 . Chur chur

Typical Farmers experience.. good range reasonable service

Worth a visit to browse. Always some great looking clothes and accessories for all the family with an array of products for the home and personal use (perfume, makeup, skincare etc ). For the budget conscious may seem pricey but the quality is definitely evident. Take a look as there are bargains if you have the leisure time to look around.

I wished I had longer here. Lots of amazing deals going on. Lovely staff.

My only issue is and the reason why I only gave 4 stars. (I can only buy some makeup products online only eg; Revolution makeup and Nyx they don't provide testers for their concealer and foundation products in the Rotorua store. Which will save money on buying the wrong shades.) Update: They have testers now. I'm grateful for that. My rating stays at 4 ⭐'s because the customer service still needs work.

Initially went to Michael Hill, never again, went to Farmers and the staff member I dealt with was fantastic, polite, not pushy, and knowledgeable. So thank you, very pleasant experience. Wifey will be very happy.

Nice place for everyone specialy branded things on good discounted rates as well love this place for quality of products on good rates. The makeup products i have used is from farmers and that lip colour too from maybelline. Loved them both 💋

The customer service needs a lot of work

Farmers store ....great sales when they are on....no shoes sold in store ...mainly clothes perfume make up toys and some homeware

I had to get a link out of my watch strap, the young lady on the counter was very courteous And pleasant manner, a pleasure to be served by her.

I love this little place is ahead of wide range of clothes and other accessory items. I love the two floor layout and the fact that they also had a lift for those with prams or those with wheelchairs. However I still find that Farmers as a little bit expensive compared to the warehouse however finances better brands and they're closed last for a lot longer. So you still getting the quality of design and they are still worth it. I still recommend going to farmers over the warehouse any day.

Plenty of options, just don't go anywhere near the menswear department, the service there is horrible, but the rest of the store is great

The staff here are actually fairly rude. Ive been in here an excess of 10 times and have waited to give this review as i like to give a store a chance however i am yet to meet an employee from here who doesnt seem like they have something better to be doing. I understand that you are not expected to be smiley and bubbly every customer but at least a response to us saying hello would be nice. I avoid this farmers purely because of the staff, i opt for shopping online and picking up which is also always met with rudeness, the staff seem to act like this is a huge inconvenience for them every time to have to walk out back, even if i am the only one in line. Maybe some basic training in customer service is needed here? I know im not the only one to experience this with this store as well its kind of common knowledge among rotorua locals.

I didn't like this farmers because staff is least bother who is coming in and out not welcoming at all.Otherwise visited so many other stores of farmer they are welcoming and helpful too.

Two level variety store in an open non-mall shopping environment. Helpful and courteous staff. Considerable variety of clothing, housewares, perfumes, toys and general merchandise...

It would be nice to have extended hours mon fri always have to rush to shop after work which doesnt make it a pleasant experience. Ever thought of staggering staff to open at 8am to 7pm you might sell more. I'd definitley buy more.

Nice bright store, well laid out. Wish they catered more for larger ladies, most of clothing in that section dull and dark.

I'm a regular at the beauty department and I just love the customer service from the lady with short black hair at the elizabeth Arden counter, the maori chick from the Revlon counter and the Asian lady at the estee Lauder counter.

It is a nice shop. But it was a hot day, it was hotter inside the store then it was outside. The A/C wasn't on/wasn't working, or they don't have it. It was too hot in there, after a few mins I left, just too hot.

A huge thanks to Bailey who was very helpful on Saturday tracking down togs for my Granddaughter, it wasn't an easy task and required a couple of phonecalls to other stores. Your pleasant and helpful manner was much appreciated Bailey.

Farmers is good quality shopping with very high prices but they worth the brands.. Even have club cards too. Excellent service

Farmers is Farmers is Farmers. Prices are generally higher than competing stores. The place to go when it's the last place left looking for something specific. Clings to the haydays of department store shopping but will probably go the way of Smith and Caugheys once the older customers are otherwise occupied

Great place to shop.. variety & good deals now and then with Farmers Club Card! But otherwise can be a little on the expensive side.

Today I purchased beauty products of Revlon from farmers. I lady who assisted me, she was so nice and polite, Really appreciated her. Legend thanks to helping me to choose best products.
