from Gondola, redwood, Government garden, cafe, blue lake to Lake Rotorua and so many more...what a good place for holiday. Good for Tourist and Local.
P.Fantastic doorman, I see him all of the time like today. Great selection of everything for modern day living. Only suggestion it needs a public toilet as part of the store. It would surely benefit customers instead of being told to go to another store with facilities. I get really shy to go inside another store to do this and not to buy or forced to buy their product to use their toilet.

K.This store is awesome id give it 5 stars but the reason I’ve given it 3 is because the staff members are absolutely rude. Witnessed a staff member grilling a customer for not wearing a mask, instead of explaining the rules politely and providing a mask they started yelling at the customer in front of other customer embarrassing the customer in public. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

M.I don't like going into Kmart at the best of times, but the Rotorua one isn't bad. Clean, well organised, stocked and helpful staff. Wish the Auckland stores could learn a few lessons as they are look like a bombs gone off inside them with merch everywhere.

J.Can't beat a good shop at Kmart! We are from out of town but visit Rotorua often for mountain biking, and Kmart is always high on the priority list. A great store, good layout with heaps of parking. Some good eating places close by as well. Worth a visit!
K.Went in to kill some time and have a look around. Spotted something I will need in the near future but had no price tag. One staff member was nearby so asked her where she inquired on her headset and gave an answer in 3-5mins. So thank you very much. In my books that was great customer service

K.Gets abit wild when you get to the shoes and the kids part of the store. Black womans pants are a pick and mix lol so be prepared to look at 10+ different black pants racks to get your style and size other then that. Love Kmart!

L.Very busy there, prices are not too bad, staff there are helpful. Quite a wide variety of products. So all in all pretty satisfied with this store.
i.Staff were busy but willing to help once approached. Not the best customer experience if you're used to being greeted or offered help at shops. A few items were opened in the stationery aisle, which was disappointing because they were the only ones left. A lot of areas were considerably tidy with a few misplaced goods. They were sold out of some products. The anko wireless bluetooth earphones I'd purchased were not very good quality as the left earbud was cutting off sporadically, so I had to return and swap them and the new ones weren't any better as they were muffled after 5 minutes of use. All in all, you pay for what you get. Some products are good while others fall short on quality. I wouldn't make a trip just to go there.

S.KMART Rotorua is more alive than any other KMARTs we have visited in New Zealand. The staff are energetic and more goods and sizes are available than Auckland's stores. What a fun, great place to just shop without killing your wallet.

C.KMart is so spacious and warm ... there was a very friendly guy to welcome me (kia ora) and the shop was well stocked. A pleasure to browse uninterrupted and unhindered - "I'll be back" 😉
K.Store obviously gearing up for Christmas. Stocks are a bit low, and nobody seems available to tidy up after piggy shoppers. Security at checkouts could be a little nicer and not quite so abrupt....

R.Couldn't find any spoky doky clips had to look else where. But they have a great wooden selection of really well made kids toys that I haven't seen anywhere before nice to see not just plastic toys.
C.I like Kmart but 9 times out of 10 if you want something, you can bet it won't be on the shelves and good luck with getting a member of staff to help find any stock - Handy hint: I find calling while in store to be a sure fire way to get results.
Be sure to have your receipt handy because security has to check it because they can't actually see the checkouts from the door; something that could easily be fixed if the checkouts were indeed, near the door and not at the back of the store.
P.But busy, but checkout was steady flow and didn't take long at all. The gentleman at front entry/exit is always all smiles and helpful.
K.The checkout system is good but it needs more management. I feel like I have shoplifted being so far away from the exit. Even though I chose not to have a plastic bag due to environmental concerns. So long story short the checkouts need to be by the exits and need to be controlled better.
S.Great prices, got a bargain on clipboards for only $3 whereas at other stationery shops they are at least $6

A.A nice Kmart, you can find really good quality products at a great price. The clothes are really nice and lots of makeup here to buy. Great fantastic shop for everything and everyone. Just one downside is the checkout area in the centre of the store, that is weird and makes customers feel like shoplifters leaving the store. They should have the checkout near the door.

However people who were shopping had no respect at all for anything, it was a mess, clothes all over the floor being stood on, items all over the place not being put back to where they should have been yet the staff were doing a great job trying to keep things running smoothly. E.Typical Kmart. Needed to come here as the one in Auckland did not have frames. Definitely better than The Warehouse also cheaper. Sometime it is not that easy to find some staff to ask a question. Plenty of parking available and easy to reach with a car.

B.Staff are very kind, and helpful at times, but Kmart is not the same as it use to be, products are cheap brought, and prices are higher than usual, we find (The Warehouse) has the same product for cheaper the price than Kmart, yet Kmart is meant to be the Go-To place for cheaper bargains, well it's not....

I.Just another typical Kmart. No one store stands out anymore than another. Easy to access and plenty of parking, but it's quite a walk around all the stores in the same location with no shelter available
J.KMART Rotorua where staff assist and direct you to find what you are looking for. Manama was exceptional in her store knowledge and obliging manner. The checkout staff friendly and helpful.

T.Rotorua's latest spoils with getting Kmart. Lovely clean shop with reasonably priced things. Great staff work in there, so friendly and happy to work there. Great layout and labeling so you can find the section you require easily.
C.Massive amounts of stock, they had everything I didn't know I needed, and all at such low prices. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well as being easy enough to find.

K.Best place to buy households goods in cheap price than other places in New Zealand. They are the super and super with there products and service quality. They got largest car parking. So do not need worry about find out your car parking. K’mart Rotorua got nice entrance which one is very much wheelchair friendly and there staffs are very friendly and helpful. I love to shopping here. Specially for temporary people in New Zealand they can buy there households things in very low price compared to other shops. They have kids section. This section are well organised. You find anything for your kids.

R.On my way to Taupo I wasn't sure Rotorua had a Kmart but was pleasantly surprised when it came up on my GPS. Tauranga Bayfair has one but getting thru the traffic there is a nightmare! Kmart is the only store that has the hair & body oil that I love and at the right price so happy days! Well done Rotorua for getting Kmart before Taupo!

P.Hard to imagine there is a place you can go to get even cheaper cr*p than te warewhare. But some things are still good value for money even if you factor in that it won't last as long. As a result, we just at times swallow back our pride and visit this place anyway ;)

J.Cheap, tidier than any other kmart but no organization. Who ever organizes the merchandise at their head office needs to never work in merchandising again. Like hunting for a needle in a hay stack.
