T.Definitely worth the 5 stars. Very fast communication and reply’s and very friendly. Products were great. Brought refurbished spa. The spa kept tripping once turned on and the follow up to help get the spa up an running was the best service I’ve ever had. Has been running for 8 months now and still so happy with it.
T.We have had such pleasant dealings with Stuart from The Spa Shop. A series of unfortunate events lead to a new spa being needed in a shot space of time. Stuart went above and beyond to provide multiple quotes and helping us find the right fit for our family with the right spa to fit the space we needed. Within two days we had a spa ordered and a speedy delivery with placement onto an elevated balcony. Stuart continues to provide ongoing advice and communication even after delivery, nothing is ever too much. Highly highly recommend Stuart and the team at The Spa Shop!
R.what an amazing experience we have had with The Spa Shop. We had never owned a spa until now. From purchase to delivery these were the staff were professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a pool new or secondhand. They have a full range of back up service , chemicals and water testing available on site . You can even buy amazing water proof speakers !! Summer or winter our spa has been a welcome addition to our house

P.Great service if communication was a little slow to start with, once we got the parts organised they were delivered the next day under warranty. These guys are great and the tech support just works what more can i say. my spa was down for 48 hours from time of breakdown to fitted replacement parts
