M.Good selection. I got all I went in for. Friendly helpful staff. I have also dealt with them online and they have always got the order away quickly.
K.Extremely helpful interaction via Facebook, I wanted to get a model motorcycle for a friend but I know nothing about them. Once I’d found the one I wanted on their website, I needed to know what paints and glue were required. It’s all written on the box which I didn’t have yet, so they kindly detailed all the items needed, together with easy to search code numbers for all the paint colours, which were all available to purchase at the same time as the bike.
It arrived safely and quickly, and my friend was stoked!
Highly recommend this business if you’re into this stuff! Even if you’re not they’ll help you find exactly what you need.

D.Steve and his team offer a great range of models and hobby parts. There's not many hobby stores like this left now and it's great to have the personal touch. They have contacts for servicing all your toys, as long as you aren't in a hurry. I always appreciate the help.

N.Been a loyal customer of Bay Hobbies for +25 years. The team have always been helpful and courteous, and gone out of their way to help you get what you need. There is always some friendly banter and I find myself spending more time there than I expected getting advice and enjoying the friendly atmosphere. Such a fantastic range of Railway, Diecast, RC and plastic kitsets, that, even I find myself in awe and taking an interest in some of the other genre's of the hobby. Prices are fair, and get sharper the more you buy. It sickens me to see that, after some Facebook research, most of the negative comments are from friends of a previous employee, exacting some sort of revenge? Poor form, that is beyond low.
