M.Not many people. Shelves empty. Good service thanks....
T.the best shopping mall i ever go. you can find anything you wanted in here. i spend about couple hours just walking looking around and there's a chinese restaurant called chinatown just next warehouse so good for having lunch or dinner. i really like this place. there's plenty shop here. never miss visit this place.

C.We spent 2 hours at The Warehouse and had the best service EVER from Sam. He did everything to help us with our spa pool's purchase and even stopped while carrying boxes to help an elderly couple with something. Because of him Fraser Cove will be our go to Warehouse! Bravo Sam, what an asset!
T.A bit of a change, Warehouse Stationery has occupied some floor area here as well.
This is not a bad idea as this gives good pricing for both stores.
As this is a Huge store it is still easy to move around and look at products.

K.I went in to buy a few thing for my home and found the selection better than some of the other stores. And the prices were good too. Very handy location in the Fraser Cove shopping centre and plenty of parking available. There is a warehouse stationery there so two in one.

We received fantastic service from Renee in the electrical/electronic department. She went above and beyond to help us out and is a great example of what customer service is about.
B.I love it when i need that odd thing or two and now it's extra helpful with the warehouse stationery inside as well!! Great for everything like food, clothes, board games, kids toys, technology, homeware, shoes, bikes, fitness machines, stationary, jewelry etc...... also great service that are always happy to help.

J.Now that wholesale stationary as taken quite a portion of this store over everything seems to be cramped on the warehouse side of the store. Not so easy to find things as it used to be.

C.Great warehouse, lots of room to move. Staff are helpful and obliging. Is large enough to have everything the warehouse advertise in their pamphlets.
B.Looking for chair pads and whilst in the store Mel was very helpful ringing other branches to check stock. I needed 8 and was told to purchase 2 and that I'd get a call regarding the others coming from Rotorua.
So far I've not received any calls and trying to ring the Fraser Cove branch but Alex answered but when I asked for Mel my line was disconnected. Rang 3 or 4x after but no one answering. Poor service
In Mels favor she contacted me later and provided details for contact in Rotorua br and together they were brilliant and I had my outdoor chair pads. Thanks Mel and Andrea (Rotorua)
A.A wide range of selections, I think this is the biggest in Tauranga and therefore has more stocks than the one in Cameron road.
F.the sushi is always fresh but they just have standard packs. personally I prefer mix and match sushi
