B. U.We walked through the shop while waiting for our McDonalds order. It was quite a fascinating shop for art supplies and homeware. They had quite a large selection of different things from yarn to paints. It was quite a nice shop to look around in.
A. P.Good ship, lots of craft stuff! They always seem to be short staffed so you can at times have a very long wait, especially if there are people buying lots of fabric needing to be measured. I have left a couple of times without purchasing because if long queues and not enough staff. Stop being stingy Lincraft and hire an extra staff member!

Ordered during COVID-19, straight after lockdown so expected some delays but items were shipped and received in all of 2 days! Split shipping because 2 of the 30 or so items I ordered were unavailable at the time... But I've just received an email that they have now been shipped also!

w.Placed online order (unsure which store dispatched but this is my closest store) - order processing, packing and delivery was great. Only issue is quality of yarn as ‘ocean mix’ makr cosy wool stained my hands (fingers) while knitting. Simply the darker colour did not appear to be fully fixed. Made contact online and Jenny (Dunedin store) was so helpful. Other colours in my yarn order were fine - fantastic value so suspect just unlucky to have dye run issue. Simply a dud batch issue that Lincraft ‘put right’ as soon as made aware.Great value - super friendly service - NZ based. Recommended :-)

I. B.The staff in Thames are awesome. I just have an issue with the website that states incorrect opening times and days. I have travelled there 2x and missed them on both occasions where it states they are open but are not.
