I did a same day order on a cake for my husband's birthday and they communicated so well thru email on what time I will be expecting for the cake to arrive at our house. I even asked if they could send it to me earlier than they suggested and they really tried to make it happen for me. The cake arrived at the time asked it to be delivered and I have Sneha to thank for. I had the red velvet cake and not did it only looked good, it tasted so good too! The packaging was beautiful as well and it was safely delivered with no damages on the cake. We enjoyed the cake that day and hubby was happy too! Living in the United States and having friends overseas its difficult to find places that are reliable and have good products. I attempted to order from another company and they never responded to me so I took a chance after reading the reviews with Bloompoppy. They didn't disappoint. Great communication, excellent customer service and my friends had already starting eating and sing their praise before being noticed from the company the gifts had arrived (less than 5 minutes). The communication was really good and accommodating. Great customer service. They will update you from time to time about the delivery even the delivery lady was also nice. The cake arrived on time and its really yummy. We ended up having two cakes because someone from Dubai ordered Red Velvet Cake (6-inch). We will definitely order again!!!

I ordered a birthday cake online (red velvet with lemon cream cheese icing!!!) To be delivered to my partner's building site in the city. It was late Wednesday afternoon (maybe 6pm?) when I placed the order for Thursday delivery so I wasn't even sure they'd accept my order that late. The delivery happened around midday in time for his lunch!!
