C.Awesome store, so happy with Nic's customer service.
I ordered a highly in demand product so had to wait for the item to get to Nic first. He responded to all my queries about the shipping status and got it on an overnight courier as soon as the item arrived in NZ + he put many awesome goodies in the box.
Over all a great experience.

S.I,m not really one for online reviews. But after reading the 1 star review of MindFuel, my all time favourite online store, posted below by Jene Howse, I just had to add my two cents. Jene gives MindFuel 1 star simply for being online only and not a brick and mortar store. But that's exactly the point, they are an 'online smartshop'. I have been using MindFuel since the mid 2000s and while both their product assortment and my own choice of products have evolved since that time, they have remained the best source for ethnobotanicals and headshop products to this day. Their customer service has remained top notch. They offer high quality products, fast delivery and are friendly and helpful. I recommend people give MindFuel a try for sure, best of the best.
W.Without a doubt the best source for this type of thing here in NZ now days. They can sometimes take an extra day or so to ship some items, but their quality products and friendly service more than makes up for this.
