L.The candles are beautiful and I have been a long time purchaser over the years both when visiting NZ and as gifts for friends and family who live locally and collect. Unfortunately they use Aramex as their courier and on my latest purchase I had it delivered. It took 3 weeks to go from WW to Orewa. After 6 calls from Qld and 3 online forms it finally arrived. To my dismay next to no assistance was offered by trio despite them engaging the courier. It was essentially not their problem once it had left. I fail to understand why a business would use a courier with such appalling reviews (try googling them!) and then leave the customer to stress and sort it out themselves.
P.Great essential oils at a reasonable price and I always fine gorgeous little gifts like pretty little pottery flowers for friends that I take back to Welly!
B.Beautiful shop with all sorts of lovely things - not just candles! Very helpful and obliging staff. Its certainly worth a visit!
