F.I visit here often for clothing and makeup. Good quality items, medium to high price range and good sales. It's a well laid out shop, customer service friendly and knowledgeable. Welcoming.

M.The service here is good (though old fashioned and slow) but the range and building make it feel quite sad and much cheaper than it actually is. I wouldn't go to this one unless I had to, if I need farmers, queensgate!

K.This is not my regular Farmers and i found it a little hard to see where each department was! I also chose a discounted item (due to damage) and the counter staff member seemed unsure as to how to process it. It took another member to go through it. Maybe the first person was new but all staff should be able to complete this kind of transaction. They were pleasant ppl tho!

A.Expect the same high quality products from other Farmers stores, expect that it's not as spacious. Considering that's located in Kilbirnie, that's fair enough. Staff very friendly and helpful.

M.I went in today to find some lingerie for a photo shoot I was organising. The shop had changed around since I was there last so I asked a sales assistant for what I wanted. She did her best to find for me size 18 black camisoles, bodysuits & saucy lacey knickers. Shame on Farmers for having very limited stock that seems to stop at size 16. I would have given them 5 stars if there were some bodysuits over size 12!
On a more successful note, I left my necklace in the changing room and realized this about 30 mins after leaving the shop. To the credit of the salesperson she had seen it hanging up in the room and traced me by my Farmers card & left a voice mail on my home phone. I'm totally impressed! Thanks a million.

D.I wanted to buy a bra extender. I didn't know where to find it in the department. This lovely young sales assistant helped me and also showed me something that I didn't know, an extra tip in using the extender.

M.As I have been mourning Farmers Cuba Street ever since it closed due to the Kaikoura earthquake, it was great to shop in Kilbirnie Farmers. PLENTY of choice and some really excellent bargains along with warm and helpful service.
E.Service from lady in lingerie dept 10/10. Otherwise stock very limited and feels crammed. One staff member Male guy in a suit was annoying, it was a coincidence he had to fix the clothing racks everywhere we were. Made the environment more crammed.
