Really nice tea! They use real tea leaves and real milk for all of their teas and you can really taste it. I ordered the oreo cake milk tea with pearls which was amazing, as soon as I got home my boyfriend tried it and asked me to go back and get one for him as well, so he ordered a brown sugar milk tea was was equally delicious. The staff are lovely and friendly, very quick to make the tea, and good prices as well. They let you bring your own cup and give you a 50 cent discount for doing so which is great. Definitely reccommend over some other milk tea places in Wellington!

They do not skimp on the ingredients and passion fruit jasmine tea is both visually beautiful and delicious. Blue Ocean is just as stunning and tasty. I love that you can order your drinks to be 50% sweet or not sweet at all. You can use paper straws if not ordering toppings, and for the hot milk tea they use bio degradable cups so I am happy with that. I have had a lot of boba tea in Taiwan (where it originated) and then in Vietnam and many Asian places in USA and this place is definitely one of the best.

This place is the best bubble tea shop in town. The tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy, they adjust sweetness to your taste and make sure you like it before you leave, super friendly and also you have a choice of non dairy milks for some of their teas, their non milk teas are also delicious, lemongrass peach is absolutely amazing. 11/10 do visit this place its worth every penny!

Best place, hands down, to get bubble tea in Wellington! I bought their double oreo cake cream milk tea and it was delicious! I could distinctly taste the freshness of the milk used and the mix of oreo, cream and tea was a glorious match! 100% would recommend!

This is my best place for me to drink milk tea, fruit tea and soda as well. The taste is so good and I just fall in love with cream cheese in your store. The boss and staffs are so friendly and always ask me to try it before I leave and make sure that the taste is suitable for me. I will absolutely come back as much as possible while I still stay in Wellington. Thank you guys for best drinks and services.

I had the Mango lychee fruit tea, it is one the best fruit tea I've ever had. They use real fruit in it. Black tea cake tea is amazing as well. Very speedy service.

Amazing little tea place! Their bubble tea is probably the best I've ever had and they offer a variety of plant based milks for vegan milk tea. Sweetness is adjusted to your preference and they use real tea leaves. The lady who works there is super friendly and even gave me some advice on how to make tapioca pearls at home. We'll definitely remember this place and be back the next time we're in Wellington!

Definitely the best bubble tea in Wellington CBD area. Doesn't have the overly sweet syrup taste that almost all bubble tea places have. Fruits are also included in the fruit teas

I got the peach lemongrass tea with herbal jelly and it was delicious! It even came with peaches in it. I didn't alter the sugar and it had perfectly balanced sweetness. The owner runs the store and it was quiet so we got to chatting. She's very passionate and makes everything from scratch herself! She had a featured tea that I definitely want to try next time "longan and artichoke" - heck yes! I will definitely become a regular here as it's so much better than all the other sugary syrup chain tea stores!

The best bubble tea in Wellington! Lots of pearls, and the woman who runs it is awesome— she makes the tea from scratch using all organic ingredients. And, amazingly, it’s cheaper than other places too

Staff are lovely and helpful here. Im a frequent customer becuase the drinks here are on a different level, you can tell they put alot of care in there work as it shows in the presentaion and taste of the drinks.

First time trying Hi Tea and it was lovely. I got the Peach Lemongrass tea with jelly, even had slices of peach and lemon grass floating around! Very delicious and fresh. The jelly is also vegan so no animal based gelatin, which was a nice surprise. At first I thought they didn’t give me much jelly, so that was a little disappointing, but turns out it’s just completely clear and by the time I had almost completely finished the tea I realised there was loads it was just up the top with the ice, whoops! The woman who served me what the sweetest, and even got me to try my drink before I left incase it wasn’t to my taste and she would fix it. You can definitely taste the freshness of this tea place, compared to the other standard tea places around Wellington. Highly recommend. Excited to try their milk teas next time. I don’t usually leave reviews (this is my first one ever) but I was very impressed by this place.

I had the matcha milk tea and my wife had the taro tea. I love taste of both teas. The taro had a hint of coconut and i loved it. Taste was balanced, not too sweet and not too bitter. Matcha was great as well. Price is reasonable and a bit cheaper than other tea shops i went to. The lady who served us was super really nice. I will be coming back to try the other teas.

Best bubble tea in Wellington. Flavours are great, the pearls are sooo good and there's always a really decent amount of them. The customer service is excellent, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nice selection with cake foam option, friendly service, milk tea flavour also tasted good, unfortunately the pearls were not up to scratch ( over cooked to the point of almost melting, barely chewy), they gotta fix this aspect as pearls are essential to a milk tea experience. Also I note the lids being plastic fixed lids rather than attached seals means the drinks must be carried in hand after purchase, ie only purchase if you have a spare hand, not for rushed takeaways.

First time trying Hi Tea, the signature milk tea taste great. Personally, I like the scent of the tea they use for the milk tea. The waitress is super friendly and polite. Would definitely go there again. (p.s. Thanks for the free toppings!)

My new Fav! the staff working there are just amazing, without them i dont think this place would survive. A testimony that there is no substitute to good service. Love the eco friendly use of containers, lots of vegan options and natural ingredients. Having been to a number of Bubble Tea places, its good to know that there are some that are more environmentally friendly.

Waaaay more delicious than gong cha, that stuff tastes like water compared to this tea. Its delicious and creamy and the size is comparable to large but cheaper. The lady who works there is also extremely nice and kind.
