C.Can’t believe I haven’t left a 5 star review sooner. This is the best vintage store in Aotearoa, packed with beautiful pre loved pieces!
l.Hunters and Collectors is like a right of passage for the unexpecting vintage clothing fanatic, If you think being a great customer of many years saves you, think again! If you think it possible to be spoken to any more rudely than your last visit...you won't be disappointed. The lady owner outwardly has a wonderful crazy personal style which is fabulous, but be warned, we lesser mortals piss her off just by saying hello, and don't waste her precious time and energy by asking about the merchandise! Despite this I recommend H&C, it is so worth it just for the experience of disdained dismissal.
J.An eclectic mix of clothing, jewelry and artful objects. From NZ designers to well known Armani and little known artists/ designers there's, plenty to view and or buy. Be prepared to spend $$$ for quality and check your items, sadly many have flaws as opposed to expected wear.

C.Three stars for the lovely Japanese man who works here, and the collection. The last two are stars were lost because of the rudeness of the lady who perhaps is the co-owner. My friend and i both purchased items, and then kept browsing. As you really have to dig through everything. She was quite abrupt and rude, customer service is important. Fortunately my favorite vintage store in Wellington is else where. I always leave this store feeling offended.

o.Fabulous collections of rare clothes , jewellery ,hats ,shoes , fur coats and everything vintage in between. Friendly staff a riot of colour and textures. A feast for the soul . My go too spot for vintage dresses.

W.By far my favourite boutique in Wellington they have an amazing selection of new and old stuff, they also sell one of my favourite artist Xoe Halls beautifully hand painted items , the staff are extremely helpfull and will give u a honest opinion on how something looks and have great knowledge on fashion be sure to take a look :)
