t.New Limited edition Valentine Rose is very pretty. I bought online,so didn't get to smell first. (I had hoped it was going to be sweet- not as much as I prefer) but still very nice

J.Lush is a treasure trove of gorgeous fragrances and sights for your senses. I just like to walk through there because it's so uplifting. Buying a container of rainbow colored soap that looks and feels like playdough but acts and smells like soap takes the Lush experience to another whole level.
M.Wow - you can smell this place before you see it! Friendly helpful staff who know their stock, and there's lots of stock! Beware the peppermint toothy tabs....they're not what I expected!

H.Amazing shop, as usual great ranges…. we’re regulars so we have visited other stores in other cities and places, were surprised with smile-less faces of one particular short asian lady staff… helping us out throwing some mean vibes even when we were checking out at counter! We are asian so couldn’t really understand why and what we did wrong 😑 ??!! 🤦♂️

c.I love lush so il always shop here. But i do find the staff are a bit much to heavy on upselling. Most of the time i walk in its hi we are selling bla bla bla. But it would be good instead to maybe say hi there, do u need help? And then show ur products. Most of the time i already know what im after but get put off. Especially when i had 3 staff members within 10 minutes of being there tell me about the new promotion. Love your store but maybe work on a different approach on upselling. Also the staff are friendly so thats good 😊
E.Awesome customer service, thanks to the ladies (one of whom may have been the manager?) who sorted my purchase when my gift voucher wasn’t working, letting me have the extra stuff I wanted without paying the difference because apparently it was an error at their end. Really nice and professional.

I explained my hair type and they where so helpful in helping me find a natural and ecologically friendly alternative to my regular products! They have a really amazing knowledge everything in the shop and are eager to give demonstrations! Both me and my mother got a great hand massage when the employee showed us the conditioner bars! Will 100% visit again!

The lady who served me was so helpful. She listen to the experince I had with a previously purchased product and was able to offer advice on what I should try next. She even gave me a sample of a product she though I would like and advice about how to keep the items at their best while traveling. A great shopping experience.
T.Very useful store. I have bought many many gifts for people here over the years. There is something for everyone. Staff are also incredibly helpful and the products all smell excellent. Can be bit pricey though, pick a few things and up spending more than you were expecting. And the gift basics all seem to contain at least one bath bomb which is not helpful to the many people who don't bath or even have a bath.
H.Really enjoyed my experience here...cause let's be honest, it is an experience. Oh, the delicious aromas of Lush. I went into the Wellington Store with a plan to purchase skincare after having a consultation with the LUSH online team - I highly recommend doing this. The staff were so helpful and so knowledgeable. They explained how to use the products and the potential results to expect plus I got free samples to test out. Yaaaaas. A++ for the service, so so lovely.
K.Lush never fails to provide top quality soaps and bath bombs and everything you will ever need. I especially like their most recent range of valentines day soaps and bath bombs and I am never disappointed by the staff and they always help alot. Also some of the soaps smell very nice but each soap has its own individual smell so there are smells for everyone depending on what you like. I will definitely continue to buy from lush and the Wellington store is a very good one.

M.I was asked to leave my name and number so they could call me back when a limited edition item was back in stock. The bad news is they didn't call me back. The good news is that when I called they did have it back in stock and they put the item on hold for me to pick up.

A.If you want to be bombarded with a firework display for the nose and eyes (in the best possible way) or you're looking for a quality gift for a friend/partner/smelly person in your life, then this is the place for you. A vast selection of hand crafted bath bombs, jellies, sauces, soaps, powders, juices and oils await. They have little wash stations set up for you to try testers.
Part of me would secretly like to see what the store would look like if the sprinklers went off. What a way to go.
I deduct a star for the personal reason that the staff are right on you, asking if you need assistance immediately. This is just eager helpfulness or a store policy, but in my opinion, it ends with me feeling more like I'm being watched than they are there to help. I just want to spend my lunch break sniffing wonderful things, not discussing the sniffing of wonderful things.

A.A heaven for those who love cruelty free products. No, not just that. LUSH is very well known for their awe products. Service here is amazing too. They are all really helpful in explaining all the products benefits and how to use them.
C.Huge variety of products here, some items are pretty expensive. Layout of the store can make it a bit hard to get around when its busy. I do like that the labelling tells you when it was made. Never had abad experience here staff are always friendly. Am pretty sure you can also get refills on your used containers on some products
A.A very nice shop, and every time you come in you'll be welcomed by lovely fragrances from their soaps and other products. They have huge variety of handmade soaps and beauty products using natural ingredients.

T.Highly recommend for their customer service, with only 1 till due to earthquake damage, christmas rush and a label machine that wasn't working they did their best to try and entertain people waiting and process as quick as they could. Yes the service was slow and in the confusion they forgot to put part of my large order in the bag but they gave me free items at the time for my patience and when I rang the next day they knew they had forgotten the items and offered further products for the inconvenience. We are only human and they responded in a respectful and apologetic manner that resolved the errors the best they could. Thanks for your hard work!
C.I think the girls at lush are absolutely lovely. But i feel as though every time i walk in they upsell their products way to much, it actually puts me off. I had a girl try and upsell as soon as i walked in the store. I already knew what i was after but then she made smell another product. Once that was done i had another girl do the same thing. I just think they need to work on not upselling to much. You guys are still awesome but sometimes i dont want to come in because of it. This is not a complaint just some advice. Cheers! :)

s.The only lush store in chc, located in north land mall right in the middle of the mall. The store isn't particularly big and staff are mostly lack of training and knowledge of their products. One part of the floor is very oily and slippery posses potential hazardous.
A.Ever since first discovering this amazing store, I have come back from Hastings to supply myself with my favourite bath bombs, there is so much more there that it is best to visit this fantastic place to not only get pampered but to pamper yourself, the Service from the wonderful staff is the reason I shop here.
s.SO much better than the Australia ones staff wise. They have good customer service without asking you every 2 seconds if you need help and singing and jumping in your face like over here.. Definitely will come back next time im in NZ.... only down side is that it can be hard to find unless you are there
