Gorgeous wee crafty store for all fabric-crafty requirements. I found exactly what I needed (some very specific elastic) straight away. Staff were super helpful and I'm so glad I didn't have to navigate the bus to Spotlight

I got recommended by a friend to check this place out. The person who served me was so friendly and excited to show me an led lamp because they used it themselves. The service was awesome! Such an awesome experience - the lamp is exactly what I wanted. They guarantee the quality of their products too. If I could buy all my supplies there - I would!

Really convenient having a dedicated craft supply store in Cuba St, and they've managed to cram a lot into their smaller space. The staff are very helpful and incredibly specialized and generally able to offer solid, valuable advice. Especially useful for beginners or people with specific questions. Occasionally their stuff's a little on the pricier side, which I put down to being a small store without the buying power of a chain. But they stock a great variety of supplies, and they care about their customers and stand behind their products. My one issue (is very small) but sometimes there's a server there who is a bit TOO helpful and hovers - but this is probably because I generally don't need assistance and would prefer to be able to browse uninterrupted. But this is a personal preference and I am appreciative of the service they provide to shoppers who go in not knowing what they're looking for. I highly recommend this place :D Hope they stay.

Excellent, friendly customer service and wide knowledge about all things craft. So far have been able to get advice on sewing, crochet, knitting and felting (in fact, it was David who got me into felting when I went in one day saying I wanted to do something crafty but wasn't sure what. Ta-dah! Felt kit! 😄). One of my favourite shops.

The team at Made Marion are so helpful, they were prepared to go the extra mile for me to track down a fabric they did not have in stock and order it in!!! Fantastic communication, friendly service and superfast!!! Thank you 😊👍

Popped in last week to get some supplies for my first time gilding something. Helpful staff and a selection of different metal colours - I went with copper. And a small bottle of sizing to stick it down so no wastage by buying something huge online that I am never going to use again. thanks again team at Made Marion for helping me try a new craft

It's a nice store with good selection, and I can see people like the service. I didn't enjoy it as much. I was helped by a really nice person, found what I needed, but wanted to keep browsing and then pay (in case sth else caught my eye). As I was walking around with a hook I wanted the person behind the counter looked at me like I was trying to steal something, and was very short with me when I said I am still browsing and not paying yet. So I came away with a very mixed opinion of this place, a crochet hook in a rare size and very little will to return.

I cannot count the number of random crafty enquiries that the staff have helped me with; I like to upcycle stuff from op shops. Genuine goodwill and interest, always, great ideas, offering options of materials, tactics and tools with advice but zero pressure. I am really grateful.

Brendan was amazingly helpful! We bought a range of gorgeous applique pieces for a wedding waistcoat and his style tips were magnificent. Highly recommend

I walked in with my young daughter and a half baked idea of making a dress. The staff could not have been more lovely and we walked out with an incredible dress and some fabulous memories.

Staff are really friendly and helpful, and they are quick to offer student discounts. A bit on the pricey side, but that's to be expected from a boutique store such as this, that sells a lot of local products. Staff are also quite knowledgeable on a variety of crafts, so are great to ask for tips on your projects.

Great stock. Staff there definitely have good taste. I m a regular customer for their beautiful crafty goods but I m sorry to say that Customer service was bit “odd” felt like the staff was eye judging me while shopping in their store

Helpful and enthusiastic staff make this a great spot. They have a good selection of sewing and knitting supplies, as well as bits and pieces for felting, wax seals, and candle making. A cute shop with lots to look and as well as workshops in the evenings.

Absolutely wholesome place. Has so many of your sewing and crafty needs and the staff are a truly helpful delight. Every time I've ever gone has been a lovely experience

For a small place, they come well equipped for your crafting needs. The staff are very helpful plus I appreciate being shown how to choose the right dressmaker's shear for me.

Really nice people and a lot of choice! We could rent & use their sewing machine for 10$/1st hour then 5$/x hour. Totally recommend this place!

Really nice place to find everything you want for sewing. Nice fabrics also. And you can pay to use their sewing machine if you don't have one. Unfortunately advices and the good service are, I would say, "unequal"...
