L.Amazing people who really go above and beyond. I've recently transitioned my two kittens to a raw diet at 12 weeks old and the team here have supported me though the process with regular calls and advice to make things easier. So appreciate this! The kittens get very excited for meal times which is awesome. Such shiney coats too! Highly recommend both the store and products.

R.Fair prices on all sorts of random meats. For pets only, unfortunately. The people at the shop were very kind to my partner when she went there with baby. They helped carry stuff to the car.
Fair warning, it can be tricky to find their official car parks, but once you know where they are they're usually empty ☺️
M.Our senior cat developed gut problems (inflammation, possibly IBD) and despite good vet care she became extremely picky with her food, to the point of only eating a few treats each day (we tried about 20 different kinds of supermarket and prescription cat food to no avail). We switched to raw essentials 3 weeks ago, and in combination with continued medication she's been eating the recommended amount of food every day and has put a little bit of weight back on. Toileting issues and vomiting have also mostly stopped. It's been a huge relief to get her declining health turned around. The product is great and the shop staff have been informative and helpful. Thank you!

B.Has staff issues - some staff a perfect for their role, they are knowledgeable of their products & show kindness & compassion towards their client.... through to people who would have over charged me if I had not known more about their pricing, another staff member who spoke about vets in a disrespectful manner & also told me it was their product (all or nothing). I have chosen nothing!
There is also a product stock issue where twice a man came in before me & wiped out all of the only product my dog could eat.
The shop is clean, the food is well packaged, I had a great first impression then the cracks started to show.

J.Our german shepherd loves Raw Essentials and so do we. Being a german shepherd, she's both a fussy eater and also has a number of allergies. We could never find a brand of kibble that she enjoyed eating which didn't cause her skin allergies to flare up within a few hours.
Since she's started eating the meat and bones from Raw Essentials, she's become a totally different dog. She reminds us that it is meal time because she loves the food so much, she doesn't have issues with her allergies anymore ... and the bonus is that her poop is easy to clean up :-)

M.Went here today for the first time after deciding to switch our cat to a raw diet. The staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. I had lots of questions and there wasn’t one point where I felt like she was becoming impatient or sick of helping me. I was also pleasantly surprised at the low cost and large variety of products here. Highly recommend!
K.I changed my english bull terriers diet from Mighty Mix to this and can truly say all her skin allergies have settled down, her paws are much smoother than they have ever been before.
She enjoys to eat it more than Mighty mix as well, don't think I will ever feed her anything else! This place also has an amazing range of treats and bones too.
