J.I rushed there due to no parking, so my mates had to go around to come get me while they dropped me off. I asked for help and I received it with a smile. That's all we ask for I hope. I just wanted to change the strength of my E-Liquid and me being new to vaping, the staff Arjun assisted me with best options and gave me a choice with different flavours. He understood that I was in a rush and cleaned my Vaporizer and refilled it and explained it very well so I could understand the nicotine ranges so it does not affect my throat.
My experience at Shosha manners was incredible.. Really appreciate the staff for being helpful and patient with me.

He didn't give up until I was totally happy and well informed. Highly recommend this store, they have an enormous assortment regarding electronic smoking and definitely know what they are talking about. A+++
a.Very friendly guys, the store is maintained in a tidy manner. They have a lot of stock compared to the other vape stores near by and are very knowledgeable. I always leave the store with a smile on my face.
Sometimes they have some of my favorite products out of stock for a while but they still have the best range in the wellington region.
J.Flew over to Wellington the other day and popped into the store. I'm really happy with the experiences I've had at Shosha. The staff have been real kind to me and I can not get enough of one of the juices they sell!
R.I went in yesterday after having troule with my coils. Not only did They answer all my questions, but also helped me with priming AND gave me a free coil. They say above and beyond is dead. But this shop proves that customers always come first. Highly recommend to anyone who is new and veterans of vaping.

Never been disappointed by the staff here. Very helpful and super friendly. Big shoutout to Simar for helping me out with my broken mod. Your advise was remarkable-SMOK GX350. Very competitive price and great stock for e liquids. Loved the Icy Berry though.

B.Came to Wellington for a family trip and decided to check out the store to compare it to Auckland's. It's quite nice with good staff but I think the staff in Auckland are more welcoming. Otherwise, products are similar and prices are same.
r.Best customer service and knowledgeable persons about vaping kits and eliquids. Shop got a very broad range of vaping products, eliquids, vaporizers. Person mohammed riz helped me to get good value for money vaping kit.
