Excellent range and lovely store as always. I was served by Amber yesterday who went out of her way to put together a gift for my mother-in-law. I felt very safe shopping there as they all wore masks, kept their distance, and ensured other shoppers did the same. I was however shocked at the rude and frankly dangerous behaviour of other shoppers while I was in there, which your staff handled with far more grace and politeness than they deserved. Perhaps you need to hire security to assist with enforcing the mask policy and to keep your staff safe.

T2 is the place for tea lover and also attracts people who are going to be a serious tea drinker! They have so many flavours. The brewers? A LOT! You could spend a lot of money here because every tea brewer is unique and well designed (very detailed). The staff are lovely and really helpful. I bought a pearl-pink tumbler and get hot tea for free! LOVELY!

Ohhhh my goodness!!!! Such a cool shop. Awesome that you can taste the tea before you buy & Sooooo many awesome designs & colours in teapots & teacups I was in love with all the prettiness 💗 Highly recommend if you love Tea this shop is a must stop if your in Wellington.

This is the ultimate of tea stores. I don't drink the brew at all, even fragrant teas, but I was glad to have gone into this establishment. Superb displays with friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as a great product range (including the unique South African rooibos and honey bush). Wellington done to you all!

I had such a wonderful time shopping here 😊 in particular Apollo was a wonderful help-when they found out i was going to the states they went above and beyond to find the T2 stores there so that i could continue my T2 addiction. Wonderful to be around and really elevated my shopping experience 😊😊

Can never have enough T2(ps I have more behind these ones) , my family and I always shop here when we visit wellington. Even have a few of the brewing jugs as well. liquorice legs is my absolute favourite

Nicely setup, lots a of good samples to try. Was there with a friend, who was looking for a tea that's was stocked a lot the prior year. Seemed like a lot of new staff on that day who were unaware of what stock you had or carried. But did have a good amount of staff on who were attentive.

Really love going here. The staff are very helpful. They always have free teas to try and an assortment of new featured teas. They have good deals and it doesn’t seem like the staff are trying to force you to buy just enjoy.

Going in here makes my day. They staff are the some of the friendliest people I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Sampling all the yummy teas is always so fun and today one of the staff sent me home with a wee sample of a tea I was considering buying! I think this gets the prize of my best customer service experience! Will be making regular visits back!!!

My most favourite place to visit, if you live locally or calling in for a city visit, the friendly staff always cater for free tea tasting. Their tea flavours are delicious!

Don't go to T2 - you could lose hours. But DO go to T2 - it's a great shop with good atmosphere and excellent product range. Also, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.
