M.A great shop our dog loves their dog bath.
He always starts to get excited when we turn into their car park could do with more shade for dogs in cars so could all shops and supermarkets but otherwise a great shop with friendly service.

The groomer is top knotch always does a perfect groom on my dog, the staff are very knowledgeable regarding certain training tips for cats and dogs and super helpful! And of course friendly, love it there oh and they will even worm your loved pet for you to if you wanted, very helpful indeed!!
S.When I got my puppy and needed everything for her. The staff were so helpful and gave me advice on training and also introducing my cat to her . Love the toy selection.

Mel the store groomer is Awesome with Stumpy and does such a Great Groom on our little Man.
Shame about it being Level3 as it's his Birthday 🎉 today and he and I come into the store so as Stumpy can do a Birthday Shop.He will Choose any Squeaky 🧸 toy he desires and I will choose what he likes in the way of Chews.

K.Great shop, with a huge selection of goodies. The young lady that served us was great. Did you know you can get custom collar tags made with dog's name and phone number? I didn't until just a short time ago. We now have one. They even gave us a little freebie.

T.Good parking area, reasonably sized store. Went in to get prices on fish, straight away as we walked in, it was easy to see where we wanted to go which was good as we were in a rush today. Prices well labeled and everything is laid out/ displayed nicely. Lovely shop, we will be back again for more fishy goods.

G.Just recently acquired a reason to shop here. Where or why haven't I shopped before. Awesome range of products for furry friends or ones with gills. The staff are brilliant too happy and helpful
E.Good selection. But service needs work. With the exception of one staff member who did ask if we needed help. I had to go back as I got the wrong flea treatment dosage for our cats. This was not noted when I was first served by Luke. If this was the correct dosage. When I come back the second time I was left waiting at the counter. Staff we're in no hurry to serve me so had to approach one. Maybe the training of staff needs reviewing.
B.Quite expensive, but great quality. Knowledgeable staff and decent items. Just wish there where more pets to look at

M.Ordered a milkshake and roast pork sandwich the milkshake was nice but the roast pork sandwich took way CDC too long to serve and way too much rabbit food in it, and the pork was a little dry
