A.We've always had great service at Harvey Norman! Especially our last couple of visits. Both people we spoke with (one in appliances & one in tv/media) were excellent. Had great product knowledge, happily listened to our wants/desires & queries.

B.I would just like to echo Jess re the service provided by Alex in the electrical department and Tess in accounts. I Ordered and paid over the phone, the communication was excellent. Very helpful with delivery late on a Friday to my dear old mum!. You were both excellent to deal with, I cant say thanks enough. A big step above your closest competitors.
