Purchased a Pestrol indoor fly glue trap. Tried it for a few weeks and it didn't catch any flies despite following the instructions. I returned the package and was promptly given a full refund. Great customer service!

Purchase 2 bean bags. Good product. My children love it so much.

Got a few Rodent Free Products for our old house and 2 Pestrol 360 degree units for our workshop area. We had become saturated with the critters. Great initial help from the owner and the girls in the office were friendly and helpful. The order came out real fast. The rodents have left us and now still keep away no 2 months later. Great products and spot on service Pestrol.

I purchased a West Bend Pure Water Distiller 22 years ago , fantastic product still as good as new , replaced the switch 10 years back ,wich was repaired and returned promptly by Courier. No issues with filters either. Would recommend

My mate told me to call Pestrol re some bird and rat we were having in our house and garage. Bird droppings on the tractors and rats were making a hell of a mess. Rodents were everywhere including one got stuck into the car electrical gear. Cost $12k to fix. Got a 3 Solar elites for the birds and a bunch of Rodent free units plus a new product the 360 degrees for the garage. Made a hell of a difference as no more birds and rodent mess and damage. Three months later and still everything is spot on. Thanks guys great to buy products that work. Friendly and easy to deal with. Fast delivery too.

I have found Pestrol NZ products effective, provided we buy the right product for the specific need. We tried the Rodent Free Pro which was effective in my house and a friend's. When we tried the same at my aunt's house where the infestation was in the roof with limited internal wiring up there, it was not effective. However the 360 Pest Repeller worked wonders in that situation - we literally haven't heard a single rat noise once this device was wired up to the roof. John, the Managing Director, is very responsive and helpful.

Over the past couple of years we have used Pestrol Ultra Deal with their replaceable canisters. These units are brilliant at eliminating flies and insects from inside our home . I also recently used Spray & Go Deck Master extreme which was really easy to apply and most importantly it’s biodegradable and safe to use. We were really happy with the results of the products we’ve used so far, also the great service and quick delivery. Well done team.

Family has bought Rodents Free units 18 months ago for various places including our beach house we rarely use. Excellent service, friendly guys and most of all the products work and we have no mice or rats about. First rate product pestrol. Also used Solar bird repellers...and the Pestrol automatic insect control cans and dispenser. Love products that do what they say in the adverts.

Had some real rat and mice problems in my workshop.one of my mates said call Pestrol.and I was not sure as some of my mates had bought some cheap products at a hardware place. Bought a 360 unit for the workshop and 3 Rodent plug in units for the house. Been a few weeks now with no sign of rodents about. Friendly service awesome advice from the manager and the staff. Crazy fast service and really impressed with the products.

Been using the Pestrol refill cans since 2003 they really do the job. Keeps flies and insects away inside. Switched to Spray and Go for our decks, that works!!! used to use another well known variety but that did not work despite claims. Staff helpful and chatty, Tried the Rodent Free product 2 years ago.and they took care of our rodent infestation. Bought a Terminator to catch Mossies Cannot believe the number it catches.Many of my friends also used Pestrol products and they have been happy with the results.

Mosquito traps work great. Pricey but effective. Minor issues with fan and light on one but replacement was sorted and lights are replaceable. Only issue I’ve had was shipping address and note for delivery on the order somehow was not carried through when payment was made and it was shipped to the wrong address even after email to say no. Unsure where the package ended up. Left to resolve when I return from holidays.

Gidday bought some electronic solar bird products from you guys.The birds and the cats have stopped attacking the gardens. Spot on and friendly service. Courier arrived in Dunedin within 24 hours. One of my mates recommended Pestrol. I am going to buy some of your Rodent Free products now.

Been dealing with Pestrol since 2010. Initially used the Pestrol cans and dispensers...keeps the house and office free of flying and crawling insects. Use the Spray and Go for the decks and tennis court..the product works fast after the other one I used to use. Had an outbreak with Rodents in our home which is in the country so we use also the Pestrol Rodent Free and the 360D in the work shed. Friendly service and helpful advice and recommend the products.

Recently had Mosquito problems so my mate said to call Pestrol...Bought the Dominator. Could not believe the massive catches we are getting every night. No more stinging bites and we also got the indoor product Sleep Easy for the kids room. Got the order out real fast and the ladies at Pestrol went out of there way to be really helpful. They included a free Mossie lure to attract even more.

Gidday Pestrol Bought 4 Rodent Free products for our big home which was taken over by rodents including rats while we were overseas. Got an Impact unit for the garage. Cleared the damned things out is a few days.. Great products and also was impressed with the office lady and her great service. Keep up the good work

Bought the automatic insect control deal with dispenser and 6 cans. We were overloaded with flies, not any more which is just great. Bought a Terminator for out around the BBQ for the Mossies. What can I say, the 'Vendetta' cockroach gel - worked miracles. Its been challenging to keep up with natural ways to get rid of these insects living on a farm and in a old house .... Eventually had to try something harder. Grateful that got it delivered through the lockdown ... and grateful that it worked amazingly. Thank you Pestrol.

My girlfriend said Pestrol was the place to go to get stuff to get rid of the Rodents. They had had the Rodent Free products for 18 months and loved what it did. John Fennell was very helpful with advice. We have a larger home and 2 garages. Got 4 Rodent Free units and a 360 Degree unit for the garage.. Hurrah no rodents after 7-10 days and now 2 months later still zero. Found the office ladies so friendly and helpful. Love the products guys!

Bought a Dominator XL for the beach house. Does a super job..No more itchy bites. Got some Rodent Free thingies have really got rid of the rodents. Will try Spray and Go next as my friend tells me it really does a good job.Great service from the ladies.

Bed Bugs Thanks guys as we purchased a steamer to get rid of a infestation of "Bed Bugs" Cud have got a $1700 steamer but purchased the PestrolSteamer for under a $100. Got rid of the little blighters and we steamed all the beds including kids beds. That was 3 weeks past..No more Bed Bugs no more bites. Easy to use. Loved the friendly service at Pestrol. I am now looking at some Rodent Free units to stamp out a rodent invasion in our home..

Jason Hastings I have bought Pestrol Products for over 10 years. I use 3 Rodent Free Pro which keeps our home now free of Rodents plus I use the Exterminator for getting rid of Mossies which makes our BBQ safe at night from those horrible bites. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly.

Got product from pestrol since 2015..Rodents Free took care of out rodent infestation in our 2 level home very fast and still free of the horrible rodents. Used the Solar Elite Bird Repeller to keep our decks free of birds. Like the quick action of the Di Deck Buster EXtreme for cleaning some old decks. Unbelievable stuff. Always friendly and helpful service..many of my friends use their product also...my full support!!!

Just bought a Pestrol Dominator XL I cannot believe how many mosquitoes were caught the first night..The lures seems to attract even more. The customer service was friendly and the delivery was fast. Love the product!

Installed their ultrasonic pest control plugins before we moved in and so far no mice have been found. Most neighbours mentioned pests being a pain as we are rural, but seems like the plugins are working well!

Purchased a Dominator for mosquito problem at home...cannot believe how many mossies it catches...no more bites...family happy...also got two Solar Elites for keeping birds off our deck and tomatoes..birds leave us alone. I’ve been using Pestrol products for a number of years to control or eradicate birds, ants, wasps and flys. I have found all of their products effective and good value for money.

Purchased a Terminator Mosquito Catcher and A Sleep Easy for the crazy influx of biting mozzies. Works so well around the BBQ and inside in our babies room. Excellent products and loved the really friendly and fast service..Cannot believe how many mozzies we catch every night

Bird protection on our boat My partner and I have always had problems with Seagull droppings on our yacht and have been trying to keep it clean. We have had to chisel the dried droppings off which is hard work and time consuming. It is on an estuary north of Auckland. One of my girlfriends suggested a Pestrol Elite Solar unit. Chatting with Pestrol staff we decided to have1unit front and rear and port and starboard...We also place a few Owls on board at a friends suggestion.
