Just bought a vacuum from Godfrey's Whangarei. I was served by Simon. The service was excellent! I asked him dozens of questions; it was clear straight away that this guy knows his stuff, so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic around experience.

Simon in the Whangarei store was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't give him enough praise. A super nice guy. Purchased a carpet shampooer and a stick vacuum cleaner with his help and guidance.

Maia and Dev are amazing. Recently purchased vacuum cleaner and a carpet cleaner. Awesome customer care, fast delivery of products to my house and friendly, super helpful team. Thanks team Whangarei 🌻

A month ago Dev Dharmaraj, Godreys Whangarei, demonstrated the Tineco, Pure 12 vacuum cleaner. I was impressed and so I bought one. I have found the cleaner has exceeded my expectations and its broad range of functionality means my house and car are cleaner (with less effort) than before. Dev has alway been available to clarify areas where I did not read the instructions carefully enough. Great service and great products. Thanks, KG Waipu

Just bought a Wertheim Pro Multi Steamer W7800. Seldom have I bought a product that totally exceeded my expectations but this steamer has done just that. I’m absolutely delighted with it. The floors and showers have been cleaned to within an inch of their lives :) The only thing I need now is another mop pad. We have such a big area to do that by the time I was ⅔ of the way through the mop pad was quite wet so it started to leave streaks. Thanks Simon for your expert advice. I think the alternative I was looking at would have been disappointing by comparison.

I had an issue with a steam cleaner I recently bought. I was very impressed with the customer service I got from Dev who immediately took ownership of the problem, offered me a number of good solutions and then sorted out the problem quickly and to my satisfaction. Based on my hassle free experience I would shop here again and recommend them to others.

I received the most amazing service and expert knowledge on the purchasing of a cleaner and extra pads. I was very impressed with the salesman and will definitely be going back. The Whangarei Branch is highly recommended.

Found they were happy to barter down a price on a nice little wet & dry machine. They have also gone out of their way to source parts for my 20 year-old nilfisk, rather than trying to push me into a new machine.
