Reviews of Kmart Whangarei
L.Great store with huge aisle space and variety of goods from homeware to clothing, toys, electrical items. I particularly buy my clothes and undergarments there because they have a large selection of Plus sized garments that are modern and not over priced. Plenty of parking. Very busy shopping complex.

Ladies were brilliant and amazing.
Only fact was that I dont like reverse psychology being done on me. A worker asked how much a product cost that I had just finished purchasing but I had a lot on my list. I just gave her the reciept and let her see that I had brought it. But I must say, very professional and great thinking to do that. Just didnt like it. But i will give four stars because they just were awesome.
W.A lot of stuff here exceeds expectations at the price. Great value for kids clothing. Parking awful, but that is Whangarei outgrowing its shopping.
Not a great retail experience, but you are only going here for cheap stuff.
Good luck with social distancing in the self service checkout queues.
C.Not as much selection as Auckland stores and the selh checkouts are crammed to the side of the door. I think the store needs to be reconfigured for better customer flow for better shopping experiences. Still got awesome deals tho.
R.Got bargains I needed for a pantry renovation. Cheap glass storage which has got to be better than plastic.
Value 4 money but I feel like an entitled dude shopping there .????
M.Was here looking for a product that the website said was in stock here. Couldn't find it on the shelves so I asked someone who worked there. They were helpful, but they told us the website isn't always right. That seems a bit odd for a store, to be honest. Why have that feature on your website then?
K.Went in there today (boxing day) & they very busy...but all the staff are so nice & helpful as well as having nice smiling faces. Thank you you guys your doing an amazing job & I hope you all have a great Xmas & new year.
C.Crowded of course as it is the silly season 😊. A lot of items without prices on. Very annoying. But helpful staff at checkouts. They do not have bags at all if one should need to buy one to take goods away!! Why not??
s.The cleanest store I've walked into in a long time, well stocked shelves. Awesome customer service
B.Great selection of items ranging from kitchen appliances, furniture, technology to clothing. Perfect if on a budget with a great balance between price and quality. Why need an IKEA when you've got Kmart? 😂
