Happy to report outstanding service on the replacement of a rowlock fitting on my Maxxon inflatable. I live on a swing mooring in Russell so minimising time without my daily tender was critical. I phoned Tim on a Tuesday morning and explained the situation. He was very accommodating and offered to do the job the next day. I dropped the dinghy off at 10am and he had it ready for me to pick up by 2:30pm. He did an extremely clean job of removing the old welded fitting and installing a new one. As well, while I was there he took time to explain details of how the boat is constructed and gave me advice about inflating it properly. I was very impressed with his expertise and generosity with his time, and the job he did was excellent. Highly recommend.

Tim and the team did a great job restoring our old but still solid Aquapro dinghy. Tim helped us focus on what really mattered so that we didn't over capitalise. Replaced the handles, fixed leaks, new oars and rowlocks. It's good for many more years of action on the seas.

Tim saved the day (and our holiday) for us when he was able to fix our inflatable while on holiday. We had travelled all the way up from Wellington only to find our boat had a major problem with the floor seams. He fixed the issues and had us back on the water. Tim did an unbelievable job repairing (virtually reconstructing) the inflatable keel on our 20-year old AVON. After a couple years it leaked so badly it was unusable. (AVON only warranties their inflatable keels for one year, and they told us to just buy another one--for 600 USD in 2002). Over the decades several other repair facilities had told us it was irreparable. Tim did it for us, and it's awesome. Tim is generous with his time, knowledge, and instruction on how to do your own repairs. He also tutored us on proper inflation procedures and inspection. He's great. The best inflatable repair-person I've seen in 28 years and over 60,000 miles of cruising.

Recently I've been looking to buy an inflatable boat so was looking at every boat available and at one point rang Tim from Northland Inflatables.I can only say Tim was a mountain of Knowledge who seemed to know about most of the inflatables.He constantly put him self out to help.Thanks Tim you'll get our business when required .

Have used Tim now for three years on my Ribs first a 5.1 Aqua Pro and now on my 7.9 Aquapro Rib, he provides excellent knowledge and use full tips on your boat, his workman ship is second to none, what Tim dosnt know about inflatables is not worth knowing, have 3 good mates with boats and all use his services, AAA SERVICE thanks for all your help.
