T.Large shop, good quality products. I purchased a dog muzzle and a dog harness. Both wrong sizes and there was no problem exchanging for the correct size. Friendly helpful staff

A.Such an awesome shop! I came in looking for a fish and got incredible assistance. Not sure of the girls name but she was so friendly and informative. Highly recommend. Additionally, the atmosphere was so great and open. When I got stuck setting the tank up I just called and they were so helpful! Will totally come again :) Who ever organizes this should feel like a proud boss

C.Wonderful place to go to get a new pet. Walked out a proud owner of two new kittens when my family & I searched the whole of Whangarei for one. Adoption was easily sorted with the wonderful staff & I headed home with plenty of supplies. Kittens very happy & bright eyed 😆🤗

A.Great customer service. They dont have to entertain my 2 yo but they do everytime and she loves it. Any shop where i can take my child and she enjoys it is a win for me.
F.There is a lady called Julie, she is the most friendly and knowledgeable person about fish, or cats, and anything. Always loves to see her working there and she is such a helpful person! And you can totally trust her advice, she has an excellent customer service skills and she get to know you very well!

L.Staff really well informed on their products. Had a sick fish, she didn't survive but they were able to identify the problem and came up with a tank treatment for my other fish.
E.If you have a pet in whangarei then you need to come here. Fantastic range. Good service from friendly staff. Prices OK but you can spend a fair amount buying things for your beloved pet if you're not careful. Highly recommend.
