Reviews of Botany Town Centre
E.
Today, I toured at Botany Town Centre for reviewing. I took photos the whole area of Botany Town Centre. I took times. It is very nature friendly environment and layout. Shopping Centre concern about the well-being of people. There are ample car park spaces and ample relaxing space for customers. Every store is there to shop. It is ready for shopping and entertainment for all ages. Highly recommend for shopping, dining and entertainment.
H.
Number of shops increased, high quality retailers and a professional Carwash inside and lot of parking space around New world.
O.
Nice town centre, especially on Christmas time (I visited 11/2020)
S.
Very tidy and nicely spaced out place. Everything is within a 15 minute walk away so it's very convenient if you have the time. The place always looks clean and tidy when I go there and the Town Centre Staff are very friendly.
D.
I love the place and it's my favourite out of all the big malls. The design of the centre is what makes shopping here so efficient unlike some malls that are a big long straight one end to the other.
D.
Most beautiful and convenient town center .
Its the one of the widest place. It has ample space for parking car.
You have A to Z top shops and stores .
C.
Lovely mall and stores. However the SECURITY definitely need to be sorted out. Arrogant and rude who think it’s okay to play little mind games with young kids. Locked my younger sister in the lane by Nandos and shouted and laughed at her by not letting her out. Tried to complain to the manger but he seemed to be in on it too. Disgusting.
j.
A beautiful, modern and, above all, safe place for families and shoppers to relax in a well thought out 'outdoor' styled mall.
A huge amount of free parking spaces (open air and covered) and a lot of stores to spend the day at.
A very good range of eateries to suit any budget and really nice, modern decor throughout.
T.
I love this shopping center…warehouse, kmart, park’save, countdown, brisco…everything is there and not so crowded
B.
Very large mall which is good if you like exercise. Plenty of walking required as finding the correct exit is quite complex as there's little distinction between any of the exits. I found the wrong one and had to walk what felt like a kilometer before I found my car again. Good mall but very time consuming
n.
Today I have lost my parcel. The lady at the info senter went above and beyond. Her name was Pheary. She got my correct number as I gave it incorrect. She went to the store I bought it at and got my info. She called and was extremely helpful!!!!! I got my parcel back.
A.
Farmers staff must be marathon athletes and had a race the night before.they are desperate for coffee break. 3 customers in queue. 3 staff 2 till counter. The 2 female staff audiabley while in front customers announced to the young man at till serving customers
"We re of for a break .you deal with this lot."and walk out of store giggling. My wait was further delayed by a customer with very limited understanding of English. Had around garments she retuning and it was12 minute from when the break was called. Til a very polite Male served me. I was Very close to walking out and leaving my clothes on the floor
Terrible attuted towards customers and the Male staff. Oh well: k mart from now' on I go
L.
Great to find Kiwibank open on Saturday, staff very helpful. Large parking areas, great range of shops, clean toilet facilities.
H.
Botany Town Centre is conveniently located in the heart of Botany and Flatbush. Fastest access by Te irirangi drive and Ti Rakau drive. Lots of parking space available although in special occasions it is quiet busy. There are outdoor shops to explore as well as indoor. This is the best hybrid mall. Very well decorated, neat and clean.
W.
I would say Botany Town Centre has a good layout, you can get to where you want to be. The greenery around the mall also looks really nice.
M.
Botany has a great and well balanced cross section of cultures that come to enjoy the town centre feel of Botany Shopping centre. Feels like you move in and around an actual town with some shop fronts built as different styles.
P.
This place is so beautifully designed, hygienic and very very friendly customer service in all stores. Can't wait to explore more as more shops open. No hassle for carparking as well..
J.
I love going to Botany. It’s not too far from where I live and can get everything I need from there. The indoor outdoor feel is a great mix.
A.
Tried out some of PappaRich's new (to us) menu items. The beef balado went down a treat. The fish soup was also a fan favorite
k.
Love this place , so cool, good parking area, visited the place Botany commons for few drinks before we headed for dinner, nice place, good drinks, they even have the machine games, love the ambience
e.
Most of the major retailers can be found here. If you enjoy the indoor, outdoor shopping experience, then you will enjoy shopping there.
R.
I was very impressed with the design, well planned layout of this Town Centre. It has everything for kids, dads and mom's! Heaps of cafe's and Cinemas too...
A great Library with a separate closed off section for those who need to study in peace! A big Yes from me!
K.

Easy to get to. So nice to he out speaking to humans mask to mask lol. Considering I'm not from this area, it was really easy to navigate my way around. Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience.
S.
Great place, lovely ambience but if only they had few more showrooms like Zara, super dry, seed heritage, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin kleen, it would be the most amazing place in Auckland.
K.
Nice little mall / plaza / shopping centre in Botany, had most of the usual shops that the Westfields have as well so it’s pretty nice. They really need to up their game for the food court though, needs more choices but apart from that it’s alg!
V.
Lovely masks 🎭 distributed by botany town centre and kids coloured them..
I love how this mall supports community by doing water bottles, hand sanitisers , masks 😷
S.
I like to shopping my groceries in PAK'n Save Botany, the price is very good and always having special product on sale at entryway before you go inside.
I always enjoy there and the staff also doing a good job.
Swie Mahoney
A.
The prices are quite low compared to other Super Markets. Check out staff are helpful
I would like to suggest if they consider positioning the Customer service counter at a better location.
Rating 4.5
A.
What an amazing place to hangout with friends and family. There is a place for kids to play, bars for drinks with friends, watch a movie, do shopping, groceries or so many other things. Perfect place and probably the best place in Auckland, all in one.
M.
Beautiful town center accesible to all variety of stuff in almost all brands outlets
k.
It a nice clean shopping center that's expanding all the time. Kept clean and tidy, good parking
A.
It's small and quiet would like to see a few more stores that actually get business open up here
D.
Good place for all sort of shopping. Clean and tidy.
e.
All the shops in one place, I’m sure it’s super handy to peeps living in the botany area, which Is cool 😜
t.
Super shopping precinct so much to see spoilt for choice and I'm no big shopping fan but loved it here just great
E.
Shopping center good environment and good management of manager Jean ! Very warm and friendly help customer ! Thanks Botany shopping center manager again !
A.
Quite busy place on a Friday evening, visited Gong Cha.
Good range of bubble tea and juices.
J.
Great shopping centre. Sprawling with lots of outdoor stores and strips, you can get anything you want here!
A.
Really good here plenty of parking.. boxing day prices is amazing..
C.
Nice place and lovely staff in the Life pharmacy. Couldn't ask for more helpful staff and friendly with a smile.
T.
Place has improved due to covid, you can actually park you car without having to walk miles
A.
I genuinely love this mall. The layout is a bit confusing, but I don't ever walk away empty handed
D.
We can make sure complete our order list from this store without going to another place .Can buy everything under one roof .
M.
Very happy to be a regular customer at espresso carwash at botany mall. The guys have looked after my car from long time and been using them since 4years now. Highly recommend. High standard quality work and reasonable prices.
K.
Lovely little centre with all one would need, great variety in stores and spoilt for choice with restaurants.
I like the layout and openness of the centre.
Clean, well located and central.
Lovely indoor play area for children too.
P.
Beautiful Farmwrs store with great range of products. Best place to buy Beautiful SMEG toasters and kettles
B.
The mall looks much nicer now after a few refurbishments, particularly around the Farmers area. There are a few more dining/food places on the side along the carpark as well as a children's area near the entrance.
It looks like they are also redoing Garden Lane so it was a bit awkward getting to the food court from New World.
It still has many of the old shops, restaurants and cinemas in the same locations. The place looks much nicer and feels a lot more open.
R.
Very proud to call BTC my local centre. I love the variety of food outlets to choose from. My only suggestion and the reason why I have only given BTC a 4* review is due to the lack of Mobility Parking spaces in The Market Parking area. There are multiple car charging spaces and parents with children parking spaces but I could find only 2 Mobility parking spaces in that area, and for a Town Centre, that just doesn't seem enough. I hope that in the near future normal parking spaces could be converted to allow for extra Mobility Parking bays, you can do it BTC.
S.
There is a huge array of shops. But we couldn't find what we were looking for. Ended up phoning the shop and asking for directions.
D.
Really good, they've done a refresh and the whole place looks really modern and clean. It has got a good variety of shops and eateries and would cover most peoples needs. It's a mostly single level shopping district, so it can be quite spread out.
S.
Was great! So many things to do and lots of food to eat too!
M.
Great place with lots of outings and places for the family. Only issue is heavy traffic and not all businesses can be easily found 😎
M.
For us visiting New Zealand this shopping mall was a full day of shopping and eating all nearly on 1 level, some great shops
L.
Hadn't properly visited in a while.
But with my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised especially with the revamp of certain areas.
I have a few new favourite shops there too..
So many places to go for a bit of retail therapy and self-care😍
O.
Nice place for shopping, where you can find anything you need.
L.
Botany is always clean and is so spacious. It is one of my favorite places to shop at.
G.
Lots of shops. Nice and clean. Lots of selection
V.
Awesome range of shops and eateries. Great for family outings.
D.
Botany Town Centre, is definitely a place to go to no matter what it is that you are looking for. It is very rarely that one can go to a single destination and find all your needs met. The lay out of the centre is also well thought out, and easy to navigate. My family and I frequently go to the centre.
Y.
Actually i was surprised how big it was when i parked by New World and can't even see Pakn Save and it took like 5 min to just find out the way there even by car
m.
Yes it big and does have a lot of stuff in it. Mostly the traffic access in and out is good.
Busses in there can be a pain for car users.
Seems to be plenty of parking just maybe be prepared to get some steps in from where you may have to park your car ........
C.
I am well travelled inside NZ.
Shopping centre serve a purpose but usually, what suits my needs.
Having said that. It was a nice casual environment to navigate.
Lots of coffee cafe' options.
Nice places.
H.
Botany Commons have good pub food and drink. Sometimes later in the night they have a live band performing. They have a big screen for any sporting events. They have a spread out outdoor area which sometimes gets blockes up when its busy.
R.
Good mall to go around n good service by very store
h.
Quite a big mall with many options available from food, clothing to jewellery.
Quite a lot of walk too🙂
J.
Lovely mall - has continually been improved on and added to. Not your usual concrete jungle mall, it has a nice indoor outdoor feeling, heaps of space and some nice areas to relax. 4 stars as the shops are just the generic usual chains, nothing unique and not many if any smaller boutiques. Also the cafes and eateries are pretty average, again just the usual coffee clubs etc.
R.
Beautiful place
Visited after a long time
Struggled little bit for car park but secured one
Surrounded with nice shops
Food court has limited options but other options are separated to it
Good place
C.
Cool shopping center with a bit of everything. Plenty parking and a decentish food court. Not the most options in that one food court but you got some decent places to eat scattered around the mall too. Nice outdoor areas and nice parking that's about it
T.
Always clean and tidy. Huge range lf shops. Recent renovations has given it a good face left. Cute little playground for the kids. The parent rooms near the food court is the best I've ever been too. Nice, clean and quiet for feeding baby.
M.
Clean and quite compared to other town centres nearby.
J.
Great place, very slippery floors at entrances when wet..Take Care!!
L.
Went to TSB bank, pleasant service and friendly
T.
Good variety of stores from your majors like farmers to smaller specialist stores.
C.
Went to Daikoku Restaurant, had 5 piece tempura prawns, amazing!!! But I really wanted some fried rice too as the prawns comes w nothing else, no no, can not be done oooi, oh the impossible too hard because we were sitting in the dining area... No idea what a salad is even though it is on the menu w other meals lol... Anyhooo topped off the night with this beauty
K.
Botany is literally my home. You can say I basically grew up in Botany. I'm walking distance away from the mall so it's cool that I can walk to The supermarket and all those places with out having to use a car 🚗😌🤣
Botany Town Centre is my home I don't have to phone anyone to know that I'm coming to visit I can just walk in there and literally make myself at home🙃😜🤗
n.
Great place to walk around check shops and great place for lunch
S.
Good place to go to sort all you shopping
H.
Amazing place for shopping and entertainment. Loved it
P.
Great place with many shops. Heaps of parking, just remember to take a photo of where you park as it is big and spread out. I looked for 30min for my car
A.
We like the renovation they did. Hoping they add more shops.
A.
The best shopping centre in East Auckland. Fairly large with a good mix of indoor and outdoor shops. Good variety of shops and services such as a library, cinemas, CAB, supermarket, health and beauty, a 24 hour gym, a few good pubs etc. Decent food court. Clean modem facilities. Child friendly. Constant security keeping the place safe. Great atmosphere. Large bus hub. Plenty of parking.
H.
Very enjoyable mall. You can find nearly all stores, except Kmart. Hoyts cinema is very nice. All cinemas are equipped with recliners
S.
That's all right get the things you need there
P.
Great town centre everything you need is here.
J.
Only ever visit for the food court and there is a massive range of selection. I normally get either Japanese Ramen or Taiwanese fried chicken - the chicken from Kai is better than in Taiwan! Absolutely amazing!
B.
This is my favorite place to go for shopping or just to hang out with friends. It's one of the most relaxed and beautiful places to visit and so easy to get to. So if you want good vibes and so much more than the same old boring Westfield malls than this is the place to be.
R.
Botany is Botany, my always go to place/Mall for family shopping and for gifting to family and friends.
i.
Very good shopping mall has a lot shops for all ages. The whole family can go to that 1 mall and get everything. We also fell safe in this mall as well. One thing they could add us maybe a typo in cotton on but that is just a idea . Overall this mall is a very good mall and it will be the go to mall for us.
g.
Great shops and lots of parking
T.

K.
Charming mall bus is close if you don't want to use your car,and it is a bit more friendly design wise not so sterile as some malls
N.
Shopping fine. Centre fairly quiet
S.
GREAT local shopping Mall. Plenty of parking and easy access.
Still a great mall to visit & it's different from the rest
K.
I love the hoyts cinema. It’s one of the cleanest ones I have been to. Food court is nice as well with a lot of other food shops around it to chose from. Not many clothing shops but nice ones none the less.
J.
Always liked Botany. I was actually visiting the Night Market there. Very nice lotsa yummy food . Well lit and clean.
The Mall has all the shops and food areas very nice
A.
A more relaxed mall compare to the other mall in the region. Carpark can be a pain when going at lunch time or weekend. A place where walking distance to countdown, paknsave and anything you need!
S.
Botany has an excellent selection of stores. If you are out for a shopping spree or just a lazy shop this is the place to go. The food court may not be as big as the malls but the variety is excellent. This Town Center is spread over a very large area. You have the main center with the specialty stores. To the right of that across the road is another lot of the bigger stores plus entertainment centers, and then to the rear of the Town Center itself are more stores and restaurants/takeouts. You also have Countdown, PaknSave and New World Supermarkets spread around the center.
A.
Great place to be at love botany nice coffees ETC and closer to home
L.
When ever I visit Auckland this is one of my favorite places to shop. Especially if you can visit before Christmas they make such an effort to make everything beautiful using different lights. I find that the shops are all very clean and well laid out. There is a great variety of shops and eating places. I find that it is smaller then many of the malls but it has all the shops I need. It has a really lovely atmosphere.
A.
I always enjoy coming to this mall. It has the unique blend of indoor and outdoor mall vibes. A good selection of all the usual shops and plants of parking.
I.
good place to walk around and catch pokemon on pokemon go
L.
I like how it's far away from the cbd and how beautifully the epicenter is set up...it's the type of place where you wouldn't worry about crime, and where the security guards would have it easy.....it's soo civilized and family friendly, you feel safe and chill there!
Also, the night market is AWESOME!
You can purchase a vast array of different culture's cuisines to chow down on, you could repair your phone, buy some nice and affordable produce like veggies and fruit etc, you can buy some dope counterfeit gear, get a massage or get your nails done!
H.
Not to bad I guess pretty pack with people with the lock down
B.
Great shopping experience; plus parking is awesome...all in 1 area from groceries to retail to dining.
P.
Very nice town centre. Not as big as other town centre but most of the shopping are there. Not much crowded.
T.
Great range of stores. Loved the heaters in the new part, I could watch my children play in playground while sitting in the outdoors area. Robert Harris service great and coffee was very enjoyable.
K.
Beautiful shopping area. Love the little café's along the road/plaza.
S.
Food mall, cinema and library upstairs, plenty of cafés, restaurants and clothing stores, all within walking distance. Plenty of parking everywhere and can definitely get fit while out shopping.
N.
Can't say how good this Town Centre is. I must say you have to visit to experience the pleasantness and beauty of this place. Place to hangout, relax, have a meal/breakfast. Or if you just want to spend time drinking ☕ coffee/🍷 wine, Everything is available.
D.
A great place to go with the kids.
D.
Good food hall, decent amount of shops. Has Hoyt's movie theatre, timezone bowling etc. The only bad thing is parking some days.
N.
Many shops and restaurants to spend time with friends...we normally drop the car at botany carwash and detailing shop while shopping and eating for a day.. always get great service from them...
A.
Better now they have more covered spaces
R.
It's a pretty good mall especially on Wednesday nights for the night market. It's got most shops you need especially the cinema heaps of public toilets.
B.
Not enough / no parking space system showing where available space.
B.
It's a great shopping center with a really good layout, lots of open air walking space, a huge variety of shops to enjoy.
The current revamp that is happening is a bit of a schlep, but will make for an even better experience when everything is completed by the end of the year.
Big variety of coffee shops and eateries to rest up at and enjoy.
F.
Clean, lots of shops and overall a good way to spend your day
M.
Still the same as it was last week, only quieter
M.
Nice pleasant shopping centre but busy carpark car traffic on north side. Shopping centre has become too small...
j.
Always a great place to shop, busy, but lots of fashion, food, and chain stores, as well as some speciality store, can spend the day there with food hall or restaurants
C.
parking can be cramped, however no risk of a ticket while you shop or catch a movie
Plenty here to enjoy .. indoor outdoor flow is a welcome change to the Westfield style malls.
A.
Great Mall every thing is handy
A.
Good mall. Just don't spend much time there as not big fan of a lot of people
C.
Great shopping mall, the vibe is epic
R.
Clean and parking is good enough any day of the week. Grocery shopping, Farmers, Kmart, Revol Soports, Warehouse. Plenty of coffee shops. Decent restaurants. You got it carers for all needs East again
A.
All too often, shopping centers fail to provide genuine excitement for visitors. They seem to think that keeping their premises clear of dangerous wild animals, concealed pits full of sharp objects or outbreaks of automatic gunfire will appeal to shoppers.
Who knows? Maybe some people find that appealing?
Personally I don't.
I WANT to be chased through the food court by a leopard. I want to have to wrestle a bear to gain access to Hallenstein's. Being pinned down in Bath, Bed & Beyond by turbaned ruffians with AK47s exchanging fire outside is my idea of fun. And if getting into K Mart involves having to gently remove the detonator from a sweating bundle of dynamite then so much the better.
Shopping needs to be dangerous or there's no point. At Botany Downs they understand this.
I went there last month to buy a new patio umbrella. I just got out of hospital today.
It was amazing.
I just hope my leg grows back soon. The Doctor said it would.
Well, he SAID he was a Doctor....
K.
Always love that place
m.
Not enough parking for the busy days but during the normal weeks it's fine and has a lot of what you need
The new renovation is very cool and the cinemas have always been great
The night markets on Wednesday's are also great even if it's raining
F.
The centre is well designed with adequate walking space on the sidewalk especially on busy days. Huge range of stores, bus rank, well done Auckland.
L.
New place for kids but a little expensive. You get tickets for your game but little prizes only lollies
K.
So many really great shops including food, clothes, shoes, and much more! A little bit confusing to get through at first due to size but really has everything you need.
D.
Spotlessly clean, with a variety of shops. Nice interesting place to wander round or just sit and watch the world go by.
R.
A much larger variety of shops from when I last visited still very busy even though I was there early but a great mall to visit
P.
It's a Mall. Nothing special. Got one of everything you'll need but nothing stands out. Smaller and less stress than the big Auckland malls.
Z.
Great shopping centre with an awesome layout with lanes that have fountains. A large variety of shops to get your clothes, shoes, stationary, food and medicines from. Late night shopping on Thursdays. Food court not as good as other malls but you will not starve! Plenty of parking spots around also. Enjoy!
P.
Such a buzz there now. Very friendly atmosphere and warm welcome on entering any shops. UK you could do with having a few lessons from them.
H.
The mall becomes really elegant and more shops available. Very nice Hoyts cinema there with recliners
R.
Awesome place, heaps to do
L.
I found 1 issue and 1 issue only is that they need to invest in a building of car parks. Good range of quality shops and a good set up and layout of the store.
G.
Has most shops, all wheelchair accessible as far as i could tell.
L.
Lots of shops. H&M has shop here.
G.
Lots of lovely shops ☺️
B.
Great place to shop, has it all, plus a little extra
R.
Great place with most required shops available, generally good parking, clean and not too noisy, with most other businesses required in very close proximity, why would one drive elsewhere when living in the Howick, Pakuranga, Botany and general locality.
S.
Good place to spend the day at the mall. Its half in doors half out with plenty of nice places to sit. couple of good cafes and places to get food plus some megastore. Its good if you like the walking as much as the window shopping plus you can end the day with a meal and maybe some live music. They have holiday programs and shows on too so keep an eye on the posters all around.
E.
Nice village feel, good selection of shops, great way to spend a morning browsing and doing shopping, good options to have a meal
J.
Ample parking, proving to be a good option for shopping with the various stores located there as other malls open in close vicinity.
C.
Very quant. Got everything you need plus a few boutiques. Nice to have variety from the standard malls. And smokefree!! A pleasant place to visit.
G.
Great town centre has about everything you could need without having to go all the way into Auckland
J.
Good selection of shops, parking relatively easy.
m.
Needs more shops but all n all great place
C.
I love to shop at Botany Town Centre. Bathrooms always clean. Enough shops to cater for all your needs. I once lost my car keys and by the time I realised that it was lost, someone already handed it in at info. Very relieved and happy customer!
J.
A lot better now that the renovations have mostly finished. It sprawling size makes it a more comfortable shopping experience when compared to other malls.
E.
Modern, elegant and upto date but very little covered car parking and no electric car chargers/ outlets available here. Sylvia park is a lot better in that aspect.
J.
It has been approximately 8-10 months since I'd shopped at botany mall due to all the building upgrade. Wow amazing. You need to visit the botany mall, what a great shopping experience. Highly recommend!
N.
Beautiful and very nice place. Not crowded.. not noisy.. with a huge variety of shops.. this place is a must stop for every shopper!! The parking is free plus a plenty of seating benches available.
This place offers amazing bargains and an exceptional level of customer service.
D.
The Town Centre is great, there are a variety of shopping outlets to choose from, covering almost any need. They also have a great selection of cafes and eateries to keep you fueled while you shop.
There are a number of upgrades going on which means that parking his a bit more restricted, and it's not as easy to navigate currently - you have to trudge around a giant construction zone to get to some of the shops. But this will obviously (hopefully?) be resolved once the construction is finished.
r.
Favourite shopping center. It is all ways clean and tidy, all the shops I ever want to look at are all in one complex. I also rate the movies as one of the best in Auckland, they have nice seats and great screens, they also never have any trouble there, the food in the complex is also some of the best in a mall, has a wide variety to choose from. And on Fridays there is a night market there that is awesome. I just think it is safe to say it is my favorite shopping center
J.
I love Botany Town Centre - this is my town! Visit Peter, who sells the yummiest sushi in the main food court. He and his team consistently perform to a world class standard, in terms of customer service and quality of product. You will not be disappointed!
The library staff upstairs are very friendly, and will help you research any topic you may choose to learn more about. They have an excellent variety of NZ knowledge resources to do with Maori and Pacific people, language and culture.
There are wonderful jewelry stores here to browse in, but my favourite is the one near Vivo hair salon, where the children's playground is. The owner-operator here serves you personally, and has a heart of gold. I've bought 3 different sets of pearls from here, that's how gorgeous his products are. They make stunning presents for special birthdays in the family.
There are 2 or 3 $1, $2, $3 dollar shops here, all with different names, but run the same way. Great for nick-nack type stuff like BBQ Skewers, artificial flowers, maths, reading & writing books for Year 0 to 5, costumes for halloween, christmas, etc.
The theatre is slightly expensive for me. I would rather go to Monterey theatre, but I think Lockdown may have caused Monterey to close.
S.
Bendon was great! Coffee too.
J.
Everything available Vivo Hair Salon & Olives Nails, Taking Shape are my main go to places but the have everything you could want spread out thru the entire complex.
Clean tidy & Friendly shop assistant's.
Huge parking areas spread all around.
D.
Love Botany Town Centre. Such a variety of shops and a spacious area. Love the seating in all areas.
C.
It's a great town centre as it has pretty much everything with more to come. A great walkabout if you think about exercise. Park the car and walk then you'll earn that drink and snack after the shopping's done.
S.
Good range of shops. Being upgraded as parking is often difficult but nothing compared to Sylvia Park parking. Good intimate cafes and no food hall. Spread out over walkable area with some covered walkways.
N.
This is our go to mall is Auckland. Doesn't get overly crowded. Got everything you need. Fairly clean and tidy. Great selections and variety of products and stores.
C.
I've never really liked the layout of this place, it doesn't flow as readily as I would like. It's kind of like it was unplanned, and happened to land up being mishmashed by chance. I get that this is probably what designers wanted, that feel of an old-style town centre, but for me, it feels too overdone and synthetic; and so not my favourite place to shop or spend time.
A.
Not as crowded as other shopping places. Warm and friendly vibe. Always plenty of parking and also easily accessible by buses. Some good shops and food places. Night markets are held here on Wednesdays so come visit this place when you can!
P.
Great to have a variety of shops almost under 1 roof. Fantastic place to go do shopping, watch a movie and have a meal, while your car gets a proper clean.
S.
botany mall is pretty versatile which makes it good. it has a cinema, library, arcade, food court, cafés, supermarket, restaurants, jewelry shops, game stores, clothing and shoe stores, furniture stores, makeup stores, pharmacies and more.
J.
This is my local good variety just like other malls your sure to find the store your after it's missing a Footlocker and custom tees plus a few others which isn't a major. The only big down fall is the food court not much options having only 6 choices but they do make up for it having numerous cafes on the center strip and there's a nandos connected to the outside of the mall (can't go wrong with nandos) all that aside it for fills it's purpose. Retail therapy
R.
Went there to visit Hoyts Cinemas Botany, and saw Wonder Woman 84. And I have been to the center before during my studying years in Pakuranga doing my Artist Residency there. Always caught a bus there and back before I went back home in Otahuhu. I could spend hours in Botany. Dude you can get lost in there if you can find your way back to the bus terminal. 😂 beautifully done ✅
C.
Food is good, parking is difficult.
A.
Manage to get all things done peacefully.
G.
Only place where I feel like it's home in South Africa
A.
Good selection of shops
T.
Good place to shop, dine and have coffee with friends and family
R.
Really a one stop to get is all done place. From food to hardware, you can find anything here. Parking always available (and free I might add). Really a beautifull place to go and enjoy you shopping / eating out.
M.
Amazing.so many shops.
F.
Great place for groceries and shopping.
J.
Lovely local area. I always enjoy Botany
A.
A nice place to shop. High end like inner city comes south. Expensive prices when compared to local community based shops but a great place if you have the money and are out for lunch or shopping. Great range of specially shops. Texan art schools was a stand out as was spoken brothers. Theme mint charges more for key cutting than any other store I have contacted in south Auckland. Shops like supermarkets and chain stores follow their themes. A great place to find gifts that are a bit different and to pick up groceries or advertised specials. Most staff are great.
D.
I don't go there often as the footpaths are uneven and I am afraid of slipping over as I am in my late70ths.
W.
My local shopping center the walls are clean and well built. It has over 30 shops which is great and more things. Anyway the reason it is 4 star is that parking is a head ache.
botanytowncentre.co.nz
A.
A great shopping centre nice and close to home and work, so handy and a good selection of shops 🥰
M.
Usually plenty of parking, multiple entry/exit points. Good variety of shops. Love the newly completed covered avenue, gives it a nice contemporary feel!
H.
One of the better shopping malls with a good variety of shops, many accessed via indoors and sheltered path. Parking space in general is ok on busy days if you don't mind walk a little. Garden lane for kids to explore and take a short break.
M.
My favourite mall in Auckland! The layout is amazing, each section has something great to offer. For those looking for a quiet space to study, the library here is just fabulous. They have the right amount of shops for retail therapy, a few cafes, frozen yoghurt, grocery shops and movie theatre.
O.
botany cool. and shopping is also cool
W.
Very nice shopping centre. A lot of different shops
D.
close to my house so 5 stars
M.
Lots to see and buy here. Not big by overseas standards but good size here in New Zealand
B.
New refurbished entrance and shops finished at last, we can now park our cars! H&M store, yippee!, good selection of fashion stores, etc., eaterties, bus service is also great so dont think because you don't have a car you cant shop there, buses run from auckland cbd, manukau, also get the AT (auckland transport) app on your phone, i often go by bus.
C.
Great selection of stores, particularly clothing stores. Due to renovations one of the shopping lanes is currently closed off unfortunately, however the Pavilion and multiple other areas of the shopping center is open. The Hoyts Cinema and library above the food court is great for students (study for that exam then relax a bit with a movie and food 😉). Large selection in food option with a food court and multiple restaurants around the mall (Mad Mex, Nandos, etc).
Y.
Love this shopping centre/mall as it's the best of both worlds half outdoor with main st shopping and half indoor like a mall has pretty much every store aswell.
A.
Spruced up their image get a good coffee. It's all here if ya prepared to walk
Botany town centre is not very populated at present due to covid 19 days.
Good shopping centre
Clean
Variety if shops
Good deals specials if you find them
4 square puts out some cheaper unsold warm food about 7 pm
Great grwat libruary
Parking ok
All the shops you want are there
Goid at present
Sometimes it can be too busy. But not now. Feb 19th ish 2021
😊😊😊
t.
You have everything you need or want here.
G.
The best mall in Auckland. A huge choice of shops inside and outside the main mall. Great range of coffee and food options. Fun things for children to do near children's shops. Also close to two satellite hubs across the road . Could do with a dedicated post shop but at least the contractor is open on Sundays.
N.
Great place to shop and hang out. Good parking and lots of choice. Only one thing the food court is not up to scratch.
G.
What a beautifully quaint and open little town center. Fountains, Hobbit looking kid play areas, lots of eateries, and clean sidewalks. Even on a rainy day I like this place. PS: the food court shops are incredibly good which was surprising.
P.
Nice shopping centre with clean ambience. Has good amenities and enough parking space though not huge. Has a good library around and kids playing space as well. Overall a good shopping experience.
A.
A big town centre in the east auckland, with plenty of parking spaces though never seems to be enough. Have an interesting architecture design. Most stores have rather large floor space. The car traffic flow feels quite confusing especially if you hardly go there, because there are some pathway that will took you through the building that will take you to another part of the car park area.
M.
Parking disaster everytime I go there. Many stores have substandard service, probably because they cant afford extra staff. The sales are usually pretty average, as well as selection. I avoid when possible and head off to Manukau.
H.
Great place for the kids to enjoy the parks there while mum does the shopping.
R.
I do enjoy Botany Town Centre, nice little area, great shops, never seen it super busy, no issues with Parking during the week
K.
Loved this family friendly place. It have smoke free zone which I prefer than some other places. Highly recommended. Very nice walk and shopping even with baby in the pram.
M.
Decent shopping centre, but superseded by Sylvia Park.
T.
Good shopping location, undergoing some changes at the moment but a good variety of stores. Parking not too bad, much easier to access than Sylvia Park as it has multiple entry points from both sides.
I.
Very nice place for shopping. Probably avoid during busy times though. Convenient car parks but needs more seating areas inside the mall.
J.
Botany Town Centre is currently undergoing a major revamp so it's a bit disruptive, but once finished at the end of 2019 it's going to be great. Even now, the centre has most of what you could need. All in all,it's a pretty good shopping experience.
C.
Botany has a very good outdoor layout which looks amazing. The interior is just as good as well, there is a wide variety of things to do there. A lot of eateries to choose from and there is a good amount of retailers to choose from. All in all, Botany is a great place to spend time
D.
I have found this a big shopping complex as the shops are inside and out.I have been here a lot as a contractor working the mobile advertising department i have visited every store. The water fountain area out side the main grounds are nice for eating as it has tables and chairs. Movie theater is there and a public bar for beers and wine cafe food court.Dont forget to check the stores on the outside no problems to find a parking spot.
N.
Love the indoor outdoor flow of Botany. Great restaurants, cinemas, variety of clothing stores, plenty of parking. Not the biggest, but certainly worth a trip if you're close by.
C.
Love that you have so many different shops, all in one place. So airy and green. Not your typical mall where all the shops are indoors.
A.
Large format ships, town centre style, with a main block of shops. They are in the process of expanding so hopefully will get more food options in the food court before end 2019. Lots of carparking.
P.
Good place to shop for all your everyday needs. Friendly people as well
G.
Very nice shopping centre. Although I was here for a shop fit-out. Lots of building going on here at the moment, but most shops still open for business if you don't mind a bit of extra noise...
Y.
The Center is beautifully designed and has pretty much all leading brands included in its shopping complex, with a library and food-court at the very centre... Not as large as Sylvia Park, but definitely suitable for general hanging out
C.
So busy all the time.
A.
I loved how the place was so stylish
W.
Loads of shops, ample parking and lots to eat.
Thanks for having me and my family.
D.
Botany staff discount doesnt apply to every store in the centre.
C.
I enjoyed this place, it has everything you need! It looks nice too, I'm a fan.
b.
Great town centre with everything you need and more. If your looking for new clothes they have the best shops you could ask for, that would also suit everyones price range. Looking for a nice place to sit and eat they have a number of food outlets to cater for everyones taste. This shopping centre has everything you could need
S.
Lots of shops plenty car parking
T.
Celebrating Chinese New Year at Botany Town Centre.
A.
Good Place for all in one shopping. Reasonably cheap prices compared to Silvia Park. Recent development is a hassle but hopefully will facilitate for more convenient shopping. Also have reasonably good for court which will make the shopping easy.
M.
A pleasent shopping experience, it wasn't incredibly busy even with Christmas shoppers. The parking lot looked like it was almost full but it was still easy to get around inside.
G.
Nice lot of shops, hopefully they have enough space to build more In the future
R.
Good shopping mall, good selection of stores, well laid out, fair night life. Not too busy, not a ghost town either. Places for children to play. All round one of the best shopping centres in Auckland.
T.
Lean and compact enough to get around quickly. Decent range of shops. Some staff need to move their backsides a little faster. Y staff standing at counter and not one came to enquire. Lift your game!!!
R.
Very quiet due to COVID-19
A.
It is wonderful seeing this town center continuing to renovate and expand!
T.
One of the best malls in Auckland. Plenty of restaurants and food places, enough that it's got its own night life.
Heaps of shops and playgrounds for kids.
Even got 2 other shopping blocks within walking distance to visit too
M.
I love going here, there is just so much to do here. Huge range of stores and eating places.
m.
Everyone polite and compliant with alert levels.
J.
Botany town centre is just..... too small... :)
M.
Good medium sized shopping centre with a good variety of shops. Maybe not the equal of nearish Sylvia Park, but it’s perfectly adequate and a lot more manageable in size and parking
z.
Its no way less than 5 stars.
I would rate BTC top among all other malls in Auckland
G.
I love shopping here cause the parking spaces & variety of stores are plentiful & the Foodcourt contains 2 Halal fast food joints that I know of. I was even surprised to stumble across a Halal sweet tooth & savoury cafe whilst walking through the Mall called 'Theobroma' where my daughter & granddaughter enjoyed sharing a humungous waffle 😎
S.
I love Botany town Centre, however it is getting a lower rating today due to its renovation project, and the impact this is having on the centre as a whole. It's still impressive, but not as pretty or user friendly at the moment. Hopefully it will improve once finished.
W.
I have been going back to Euro Nippon for over 7 years now and have purchased almost all my cards from them. Have highly recommended then to friends and family. Extremely happy and will continue to do business.
S.
I like this mall. Plenty to offer with some great pubs and restaurants dotted about. Lots of new development is causing some parking trouble but I think it will be worth the wait once complete
L.
Wide variety of fashionable ware. With theater and library. Also on Wednesday night at HOYTS car park there is a night market. Good place for reasonable price dinner and varieties
W.
whale tales 2022
J.
The botany town centre hard to be the biggest shopping centre in NZ. Not any more.
The shopping centre is somewhat unique in that it is mostly single level and open plan.
Parking can be challenging during the weekends so recommend coming early.
It has many of the major brands and had places to eat as well.
L.
Lovely staff.
Never busy.
Easy parking.
Nice cafe and seating.
Great range of clothing store.
Recommend coming here with your friends for shopping spree.
1.
A nice shopping centre. Clean and tidy, quite a bit of 3 hour free parking. Prices average for a shopping centre. Indian lady at Subway was awesome with her service and friendliness
V.
A lot of variety when shopping - close to takeaways and restaurants when wanting to go for lunch. Very clean and plenty of parking on site. Banks are close as well so this an added bonus when shopping.
A.
Epic place, very busy.
S.
At the moment with the expansions being done its a little tricky with carparking.....so park over the back. Great town centre with everything that you would need....will be awesome once all the expansion projects are complete.....night markets fun too.
H.
There is a large and modernized shopping mall in which you can spend your whole day wandering, window shopping as well as whatever you like to buy there may have all favour products available in a competitive and reasonable price.
Where also good for children and adults for various foods too.
D.
Love this shopping centre lots of parking and great new shops alot better than the chaotic Sylvia Park.
D.
Cafes, cinema, arcade, library, and a decent amount of retail around - not much more I could ask for in a great mall!
R.
Always enjoy going to Botany Town Centre. Really enjoy walking around and seeing all the different shops and atmosphere. All litre during Christmas is amazing.
D.
Good accessibility and well covered between buildings making it a nice place to visit even on rainy days. One of New Zealand's largest shipping centres with a variety of stores and cozy cafes for anyone to visit.
S.
Has almost everything you need in one place
S.
Very nice place, most importantly the parents room was really convenient. They have a microwave free to use, lots of nappy changing spaces with bins below each spot. Theres two play areas for toddlers and a tv with kids movies on it allday. Theres a bathroom in there too. And plenty of small rooms you can fit your pram in with you to breastfeed with a cosy chair and dull lights. Even has a place you can charge your phone or plug in a breast pump. I really enjoyed using that space.
N.
One of my favorite town centres, clean, artistic and feel porsche with the architech design. There are full of shops inside and around the area.
g.
I was happy with my shopping experience at the Botany Town Centre as all the shops that I needed were conveniently located in close proximity to each other. The prices at these stores were very keen. It all made for a very pleasant experience.
G.
What an amazing Mall/Shopping plaza really well laid out, a lot of other CBD's should do what they have done here in order to keep small businesses thriving, a really fantastic place to visit
S.
Botany Town Centre is a fantastic mall in East Auckland. It has everything you need. All the stores are here. A great host of food options.
Plentiful parking. Unlike many other malls, there is always car parks at BTC. Yes it may be a bit further away, but you will never spend hours finding something. The most southern parking area has heaps of spots (the NZ Rockshops side), and also the the northern most parking are (near Danske Mobler).
The complex is a bit more interesting than Sylvia Park, as Sylvia Park is one extremely long single story (for the most part) line.
It is a very pleasant place to spend time. If you include the entire complex area, there are plentiful food options too across the whole intersection.
For this reason, living near BTC is particularly handy as it meets all of your shopping needs.
S.
This is our place to hangout. The crowds are really nice at this place. U can find pretty much everything at this mall including cinemas, library, food joints, bars, caffes etc. You can find most of the retail brands for clothes, households like warehouse, Briscoes, Rebel etc. Restaurants with different cuisines can be found like Nandos, Doolean Brothers etc. Ample parking space.
C.
It’s great. Love how the place is planned. Lot’s of shades and outdoor spaces to walk in. Auckland Library is there too so that’s a huge plus for me.
F.
Love the centre just wish the building would hurry up and get done. Parking can be an issue as the place gets crazy busy on a normal day and almost impossible during the holidays. Something for everyone and always deals to be had.
W.
Really nice mall. It has most of the shops you would want but that isn't what makes it great. It's the decorations, the layouts and vibe that makes it one of the best malls in NZ.
A.
Great ambience and nice vibes. A lot of life and people around without being crowed. Great parking lot too.
A.
Great place to shop just about anything you could want. Also some great places to eat. The mall layout is unique and seems a bit more open and airy than usual
N.
Nice shopping center for all my needs like bubble tea and good food.
g.
I am afraid to say the first new extension seems a waste of money. Most of the shops were there before. No new parking. When sylvia park expansion is completed and also 600 new parking spaces I think this will be a better option. Also newmarket and ormiston will be completed soon.
K.
Very nice with a good variety of shops and activities.
D.
Most businesses were closed due to lockdown.
C.
Looking great now after a whole lot of construction a few months back. I like the new covered area now and the new shops. The area looks refreshed and rejuvenated.
S.
Best mall south of the city, great range of shops and lots to look at.
s.
It's good if you like to walk and shop,...I can't complain.
F.
A big shopping complex with a wide variety of stores. There's plenty of parking spaces and a decent dining area. Still going through renovations as of November 2018, let's see what else they produce.
S.
Botany has had quite a bit of refurbishment over the last 6 months and I must say, it's looking good..!! Went to Starbucks and busy as usual! Found it quite funny seeing high-school students ordering Frappuccino's lol!! 😂
K.
A good selection of shops
S.
Currently under major restoration, so some stores have moved or closed. Large section of car parking also occupied by building operations. One of the blockpaved main roads in to/out of the precinct is yet again suffering from settlement - be careful where you drive. Hope building works improve the features currently affected.
L.
Great, vibrant atmosphere. Clean and plenty of parking from every entrance. Good food hall, cinemas, Irish bar with indoor/outdoor area. JB Hifi, huge Whitcoulls with cafe, and much more.
R.
Alot of good products
S.
Very lovely and very clean and tidy staff are very friendly while I was doing my shopping inside the shop .
B.
My local good little shopping centre.
R.
My fav shop because its just up the road. Easy and convenient parking with loads of variety shops which are all close to each other.
T.
Botany Town center is actually quite a big mall if you want to include all the other shops outside. It has a good number of shops as well as parking. Food court is very small however.
L.
Good shopping centre with shops to suit most people. Easy parking.
V.
Botany has improved over the years and now that the leaky building costruction is over it's a nice place to walk. I like the mix of indoors and outdoors and no stairs/lifts/escalators except for cinema. The carpark is still a bit of a sprawling maze- often better to park around back behind number 1 shoe and walk through the passage.
A.
Nice place to shop, just behind Sylvia Park. Variety of stores and also nice place to just hang out. They have most of the popular stores and just across the road is Kmart and Xtreme.
Considerably a nice place to go with kids.
J.
My favorite shopping center in Auckland, friendly staff and fantastic service, thanks a lot
N.
Visited life pharmacy in order to have a passport photo taken. Friendly staff who helped me straight away and had my photo taken, emailed to me and paid for within 5 minutes. Thanks, great service!
Y.
Currently renovation is in progress. Spacious parking space and has all big retailers around. Pak n Save is next to it as well. However I could not find ANZ bank here. It has been changed to another bank. Apart from construction going on, it's a good place to spend time. Has food court, cafes and everything you need. Just need strong legs as you will be walking alot.
a.
Beautiful place, a big library with free WiFi, lot of books and a new workshop on different week days.
2days in a month beautiful ladies knitting workshop.
T.
Classy but affordable. Very clean spacious mall.plentiful parking spaces too
B.
Nice shopping centre, the improvements over the last few years are great.
P.
One stop shop for all shopping needs...
S.
Great centre has a charming feel about, not like your normal mall, its a series of buildings each with their own syle, linked together by walkways, with attractive landscaping creating little relaxing getaway spots.Loved it.
K.
Nice place to visit and take the kids etc. Always something happening. Always clean. Lots of different eateries to choose from. Just an all round nice place to stop in and spend time and if you like spend some money too lol
P.
Not so busy, service in shops could be better though, liked that it has alot of parking that doesn't cost an arm and leg.
J.
The shop selection is primo here. Great for all your shopping needs
p.
Really well set out giving a different shopping experience
A.
I like this Mall, its bit different to other malls in Auckland, the structure is bit different, very well managed and maintained, lots of parking and shops are common brands which a average kiwi earner would like to visit and buy something, food-court is small but there are lots of eating place at different locations, i always like to visit this mall
j.
Came to the renew my rego at the post shop however its been moved so did not know that. Botany is always great on a different kind of visit
G.
Doesn't open till 10 on Sunday. Some shops are open but not the main shops. A bit hard when you go at 9am to miss the crowds which alot was doing..its under construction & there were NO signs saying time of opening. I had to Google it! It was a let down being December
T.
Great place! Much variety with the shops and a good experience.
G.
Always a beautiful wonderland
A.
Nice place to do local shopping and to hang out with friends!
G.
Just like to say that botany town centre is mean place it has very nice and friendly people the shops are brilliant nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops it got library and cinemas it's an indoor/outdoor mall the stores are outside the stores are all in one like rebel sport, biscoes, Noel leeming etc. its a place where you can meet friends to catch up and chill I like the da garden lane that has the chess set up to play and for kids to play. It's a place to meet pretty girls the atmosphere is nice it's a nice place to relax on Fridays afternoon and Saturdays mornings for cup of coffee. It's close to schools and the people who live in the area. I like that how they have little events in the town centre drive and have little performance it's a great place for school holidays it's clean and tidy. The parking can be difficult sometimes, it does get buzy mostly on Saturdays. It's peaceful love the people. It got courses like itc, nzie and childcare it should have another course for all ages that has fun exciting classes. It got the xtreme entertainment that has bowling, pool table and acade games. One store I would like to have is footlocker there is one at manukau but I would like one at the town centre for the people in the area.
So keep it up botany, doing a good job to make the town centre fun, relaxing place for family and friends. 👍🏻😊
P.
Has a vast variety of stores and is not lacking when it comes to purchasing goods.
C.
Nice place to hang out
V.
Very nice place to shop around
S.
Very neat and clean. Wide range of branded names and shops. I love the decor and ambience of this place.
U.
17Dec16 Botany Town Center is not a Westfield Mall but it's just as good in its own way though many of the shops which are not in the main mall don't have the gloss of Westfield Mall stores. Huge amounts of free parking. Lots to see and lots of variety. At Christmas even the large carparks are insufficient. So plan ahead at Christmas.
29Oct16 This is not a Westfield shopping center. Huge and sprawling with carparking all around, this shopping centre has everything shoppers want including cinemas, a library, pubs, cafes, hardware stores, supermarkets, florists and pavement cafes.
L.
Pak n Save, Wharehouse, Number1 Shoes, Doctors, Baby Factory, and Briscoes just to name a few this town centre is great everything you need in one place also just across the road another great block of stores which include pharmacy, kmart and an arcade with bowling and time zone for the kids and also ice skating rink. Highly recommended something here for everyone
V.
This town was developed around 15 years ago belong to the late majority of town because learning the modern basic requirement to be as a digital town and avoid some of drawn backs.
What we need to keep an eye on is the management and maintained onwards for the SUSTAINABLE GROWTH there after.
N.
Love the store options available as well as the look and experience... Awesome mall
N.
Graet shopping mall. They have lots of different shops such as New Wold, Farmers, JB-HIFI, Hallenstein Brothers, Just Jeans, Rebel Sports, H&M, a cinema, a Mc Donald's and many more!!
J.
I love Botany Town Centre! The shopping centre is never too busy and I always manage to find a park easily enough. I would highly recommend that you check out this shopping complex if you are looking for a stress and hassle free shopping experience.
S.
My favourite shopping mall of them all because of the inside outside flow. Can't wait for all the construction to be finished. I miss an H&M there though!
R.
Ticks all the boxes when you describe a fantastic Mall. Wish they would not have compromised their parking space. Makes one think twice before venturing there
R.
Awesome place beautiful and clean
K.
Tidy, and lots shops what you need. also restaurants are very good.
L.
I love how it's got a balance between the outdoors and indoors as you go about shopping. The restaurants are nicely spread across the mall with outside exposure too. I always enjoy being at Botany Town Centre.
A.
Love the new development at Botany shopping centre. Only problem is all the stores run out of stick so fast, that you end up going to the other centres to get what you want.
T.
Good mall, but the one of the security is not well trained.
H.
Wednesday is NIGHT MARKET night Awesome food. Definitely go back for diverse menu selection.
B.
It's a lovely mall with great shops for shopping for men, women and kids. It has lot's of restaurants.
G.
Not enough parking spaces. Has become worse since they have done renovations recently, with even less parking. Mix of shops is poor, with low quality two dollar stores and some substandard shops. Do not expect this to be a quality mall until they address the stores on offer.
A.
Botany town center is beautiful been going there for years now people treat you with respect also. I always feel very welcomed when I go there
E.
Drivers are not always alert. You can be backing out and people just won't stop regardless even if you are out and moving.
C.
It was busy and packed up. A nice place to shop as it has a wide variety of stores and outlets that offer quite many deals. Not best option for dining, too crowded.
C.
Fantastic friendly service, love the desserts, next to hoyts, great place to go after the movies, they have function area, and balcony with view to the mall downstairs, large murals outside great for family photos. New opening.
S.
The extension of the mall is better, however they did take away parking that was already short. Parking is an issue has it gets really busy on the weekends.
D.
Great range of shops. Great outdoor feeling in spring. Can be a bit cold during winter as most walk ways are covered but open air.
L.
Nice shops, could get everything you need, love those cute street that you can walk through. Kids will be happy to spend time there as well, nice playground.
R.
Good variety of outlets and lots of parking available good food cafe bars premises are clean and well presented site is spread out
A.
The best shopping centre ever. They have new shops so even better. The beautiful water features makes it so relaxing.
A.
A large regional mall with a large range of stores. Not as large as Sylvia Park, but that's good as you don't have to walk as far!
L.
The baby and parent facilities are very well thought through. Good mix of indoor and outdoor areas. Very nice atmosphere for a relaxing weekend afternoon.
A.
Awesome place to shop at but lack food variety to select from at the food court.
S.
It's pretty good, good variety of stores.
J.
Go to place for people within the Howick ward demographics. What it lacks in excellent food makes up for practical home shopping. Biggest draw are the Boutique shops. Let's support them and our friendly local library plus the hardworking JPs are always helpful.
P.
Very well set out. Great shops for all the family it also has heaps of parking
A.
Shawarma, Kebab, on charcoal, Falafel, Hummus, Pies & Pastries, Potatchee, Coffee, Ice cream,
J.
Clean, safe and feels like every part of it was well thought off. A happy place for my family! :)
S.
Great mall and vibe! So modern and inviting.

Boxing day madness. Go early to get closer parks. Fill up by 10am ish then have to park far or wait for parking.
Bad timing to have a lot of parking under construction...
Fair amount of shopping choice at botany so can get lots done if u can brave the crowds or go early. Pays to work out what to buy beforehand if doing boxing day. Wouldn't recommend browsing kind of shoooing
B.
Great atmosphere, clean mall, not so busy with other polite shoppers.
f.
Excellent shopping
Everything you could possibly want
S.
Most shops open 9:00 but the bakehouses are open 8:00 and new world was quiet for easy shopping. Gets too busy for me around lunch.
R.
Not as crowded as others but is also quite spread out and has a good feeling of outdoors vs indoors plus all the shops you'd usually have.
C.
Great small mall to do some shopping in, they are also making improvements that im looking forward to. Definitely recommend coming here for a quick shop
N.
Great parent room. Makes feeding and changing your bubby an easy experience whilst shopping. Well done whoever came up with this idea.

It's been overshadowed by Sylvia park. But to us locals - it's super convenient and honestly big enough.
G.
Good shops and restaurants and a great amount of parking. It does not feel like a typical mall as it is built to look like a 'town centre' which is a nice change.
B.
A nice little mall with reasonable options and variety of stores. The Hoyts theater La Premier staff are excellent though! Best in Auckland!
S.
Great place to shop. It has almost anything you'd need. From sports to art and even movies. It's a great and convinient place. It's also a great place to hang out with friends.
M.
Good variety of stores
G.
Great toilets, always felt comfortable taking my dumps.
B.
I like it, it's set out like a small vilage, not all under one roof like most malls...good selection of shops and eateries.
s.
Good place for shopping
C.
Not too crowded. Good basic selection of shops. Pleasant place to shop.
I.
Good place but poor service
J.
One of my favorite shopping centres. Has a lovely indoor/outdoor feel, a beautifully laid out shopping centre which gives a traditionl town shopping feel to a modern day shopping centre.
N.
Improved on what it was when new about twenty years back. Refurbs & more covered areas make it a pleasant place to visit now.
