It is quite a nice mall out west. it is quite large and has some of the essentials like a Countdown. The parking lot is quite spacious and they have the brickworks which has a lot of eateries outside of the foodcourts.

Aotearoa, New Zealand's oldest mall and my absolute fave mall of them all. Straight off the train, it has everything you need from cinema, supermarket, food court, clothing, music, you name it, it has it. The noticeable difference about this mall is the friendliness and ease of the workers here not to mention the laid back enviroment, it has an air of community unlike some of the other more uptight malls further towards the city centre. Highly recommended

Signs everywhere in food court saying you need a vaccine pass... Cool, my family used 4x food places and not once we're we asked to produce our pass, nor was there anyone monitoring the food court. I'm not bothered who I sit and eat with. Fyi to those who want to enjoy a mall feed

The team at Lovely by Skin are great, however if you're looking for skin or laser treatments I would recommend Sarita. Always friendly, approachable and professional but most of all super stoked with my results. Thanks Sarita see ya next time!

Love Lynnmall because it is my local go to mall. I can basically everything I need there without running around everywhere. Besides my mum is 97yrs old and loves fish & chips. Lynnmall is the only small I know of with Long John Silver.

Lynn mall quiet when i got there 5pm I'd say less then a 3rd of normal flow of people,late nights the car park would be half towards 3/4,s full. Ordering LJ,s or maccas can be a wait anywhere from 7 minutes to 20+ minutes

The mall was so packed today, the only dissatisfaction was there was limited food court seating inside, I see restaurants & bars open outside with full seating, which we did..

Just a great mall overall. Good location, good selection of shops and restaurants and it's always clean. I love it.

This mall has really improved over the years. It’s actually a lot better than some of the brand new malls. The brands are good. The layout is nice and easy and the stores are decent size. I really like the interiors and exteriors of this place. The outside area just by the cinema is lovely and has some little restaurants with outdoor seating. I wish they could open till 7 pm on weekdays just like Sylvia park.

Its Lynnmall its been the same lay out for its entire life. However now it has a cinema and a restaurant section its alright. Nothing to really write home about. But it is clean. And I guess that's the best thing

Good place to shop, has all the essentials for day-to-day shopping. Great location next to a transport centre. Would be better if the whole mall was given a "fresh" and new look to keep up with the times.

Great local shopping mall. Good selection of stores plus supermarket and department store. Has a food court with a range of cuisines. Good facilities for families with small children.

Like it, was there had hair cut, Noel lemmings sound bar, should have done add on with tv now have to get tech for that, tried failed then did groceries Oops forgot pharmacy ,vac pass for wedding next week

Great spot on the rooftop. Courtyard down the side is lovely with a view of Mt Hobson. Menu is delish and staff wonderful! We had a beer and wine too 🙂

One the best shopping centres I've been to great interior design and a good variety of stores.

All good but there's notice board is not visible for costumers. Please change the location of the notice board where it should be more visible to costumers Thank you

Prior to lockdown had been a few times..its offers a good mix of bars and restaurants..Goode Brothers does a great Ceasar Salad, beer is cold. What more do you need

As usual I found all the staff in the different shops I went into very courteous and helpful.

Nice shopping centre. Good place for lunch, and after school visits. Reasonably priced items, good for shopping.

There are numerous shopping outlets and restaurants in this fantastic mall. I had a good time there. I went during the Christmas season, and it was beautifully adorned.

Easy enough to park even though it was busy on a very wet day. Had lunch at Matsu Sushi (which isn't listed on Google as being there). Visited JB Hi-Fi, Coffee Club & Countdown. Useless post office across the road was shut!

Great for shopping, eating at the restaurants, mini golf, and dining in the food mall part. Lots of great shops to choose from.

Heaps of parking. Gets busy on boxing day not a problem at all. Parking slot from 90 to 240 minutes. KFC, Texas Chicken, Burger King, McDonalds etc. in the food court.

I train from Henderson almost everyday after work and enjoy a Starbucks Coffee. Have never had a bad experience with any shop I visited and staff in general are very good to deal with. Mall is always clean and tidy.

Nice mall with cinema and big stores. Parking is limited as big traffic jam almost all day

Busy mall with very good drink and food options. Also a good cinema and a mini golf venue. Lots of good parking options but the place has middle of the road shops.

Brickworks is a great place for lunch or dinner then the movies.

Good range of stores. Heaps of parking spots. Good service. Pretty good food court, but having a Denny's and Brickworks is incredible! Plus, they have a 24/7 Countdown! For a single-level mall, it's pretty damn great!

Awesome! I have a new job there, at Herdman Shoes. Come and check out our great range of shoes and handbags. I have yet to figure out where everything else is in such a big mall ( on day one I got lost just finding my way back to my car 😂) but I am looking forward to doing so.

Busy little place, had everything under one roof, im not sure if there is a cinema?

Sells my fave Tofu dish in the food court, other then that I have no interest. Food will always draw me to a place.

This mall is one of The best.

The sushi place and bowl were the best. Also not to bad a shopping mall overall.

Despite what happen at Lynnmall it is still worth shopping there. It could have happened at any mall or any site. The guy saw an opportunity and took it. The mall itself was not open at the time due to lockdown. It was only countdown, chemist warehouse and the ASB help center. The other end of the mall was covid testing or vaccines not sure. Don't let this incident control your decisions where you can and can't shop. If you do he's won. Even dead he's taken control. Scary I know, and my heart goes out to all those caught up in this mess especially those who were hurt. But there is no place or no other person to hold responsible for this attack except the guy who was shot dead. So Peeps, after lockdown is over I look forward to seeing you all at Lynnmall, maybe for a coffee. Take care everyone and stay safe out there💕

1st time, on ly went to the movies with all the staff, 1st floor go up up excavators that lead you to the movies, you ll see as you walk, it's labelled, can't go wrong,there, well I hope,, like the set out, space, staff, friendly, I ll recommend you eat or movies, few little brasseries, 👍👍, kiora

Yes I liked this place coz it has all the necessities for any big Functions (specially the weddings) very well planned set up in a (bit) hidden access from Great South Road , though not that complicated ,due to busy road makes a bit complicated (the time factor ) also in my opinion there shall be a free standing board to provide a better guide. Interior and the facilities are excellent I see no reason if one has any adverse comments. I am looking forward to visit again.

I always loved shopping at LynnMall but the atmosphere has really changed. It feels dead and hardly anyone there anymore. The food court were always packed but now its like a ghost town. 😥 What happened?

Too crowded during school holidays. Otherwise, good place for all sorts of shopping for all ages. The island cubicles that have come up for the income to the mall owners but inconvenience to the shoppers/ visitors often rubbing shoulders. They could have cut down on the size.

Desperately in need of more parking spaces. I have found the last few times I have needed to pop in for one item, I have given up and gone somewhere else. Update: parking has been better.

Walking into the mall felt like walking into a nearly deserted warehouse the teleban had taken over, it's like, where have all the people gone? Far far away

Lynn Mall is great. Got good assortment of shops, heaps of parking, a Countdown, good food court heaps of restaurants and a Redding cinema (the one with the flash seats) Walking distance to Western train line and bus terminal

The new lynn mall has definitely improved in the past few years, but it still does feel a bit outdated. But I can definitely say that the construction going on and addition of new shops will definitely improved the quality of experience.

My favorite mall in West Auckland!!!! Great mall layout with a good variety of stores and eateries. The parking is great and and has a movie complex and mini-golf facility too. Some awesome restaurants in the brickwork section and has amazing accessibility to the train and bus stations on the main Auckland transport network. The mall is always presented well to public amd toilets always in top condition. Thanks for just being awesome Lynmall

I believe this to be one of the better malls in west Auckland because its alot more modern and has plenty of amenities such as restaurants and conema.

As far malls go, its pretty much the same as any other mall. the only difference is there's more than one entrance, so if you have not sense of direction, make yourself a land mark . plenty of parking

I love window shopping and taking my time. It's one way of saving your money for other things that you need. Window shopping is therapeutic.

I like this mall it has a great variety of outlets including cafes bars goody outlets . A great amount of parking space including loading zones . A friendly helpful atmosphere. There are theatres supermarkets nearby access is easy from 3 streets. The food and coffees in the food hall area are of a good standard.

It's a big mall, selection of usual shops, good place to kill time on a wet winter day when you're waiting for kids doing an activity locally.

Nothing special here but also a decent mall, a handful of specialty stores but mostly same old. The food area is better than most malls though (brickwork)

Shopping at Lynn mall you have everything that you need. Whether it's retail therapy, dining in for breakfast /lunch /dinner. Coffee at a few cafes and restaurants. A highly recommended place for all of the above activities.

Good for families and has everything you need. Plus it's close to the library and public transport. Nice and clean family bathrooms too!

Lynnmall is a singe level complex except for farmers so it's very wheel chair friendly has a good selection of shops an plenty of them simple layout so not hard to find your way around and it the only place I know that has a Taco Bell

Have been a regular at Goode Bros in Lynmall for some years. Service is consistent and the staff are very friendly. Of late Kenz has been up front when I am visiting and is always attentive when serving from the bar.

Great convenient location for our family. Banks are open in the weekends which is handy. Lovely foodcourt. Regularly take my son to the playground and he loves the free fruit at countdown. Very clean and tidy. Friendly yet formal solid security. Good variety of shops. Keep up the good work.

Managed to get a case for a Samsung j8. Wahoo. Being trying for ages.

I'm a frequent visitor. Lots of mobility parks and good shops. Next to the main bus and train hub, so easy to access from public transport.

Very friendly service from staff and helpful as I have a dissibility and I use a walker the service means a lot to me personally. Keep the good work up Countdown NewLynn.

The car park smelled like something xked fhsre

ProfessioNAIL . Jessica is a young lovely quite girl, who I always ask for. Jessica specialises in Shellac nails, just ask her for advice on colours that complements your skin colour. Jessica mixes colours and comes up with some amazing colours if you after something different from the shellac colour wheel. Her work and detail are exceptional if Jessica is busy, the manager is also fantastic. ProfessioNail also offers lash extensions , tints , waxing and other beauty regimes. Best prices in Akld too, for shellac!. My gilfriend and I get shellac nails and pedicure with standard nail colour on our toes, for $70. If you want just shellac nails, cost is only $39. I have tried Botany/Sylvia Park charged$50 quality of work very average and usually peels off. Manukau is ok, but dont get the quality or service as I do in Lynmall.

Good selection of food outlets, cafes and Sushi bars to choose from. If it's a combination of affordable cost and individual style you're after for women's and children's clothes and shoes, you can't go past Lynmall. Easy parking for early birds. Food court could do with a little more attention to keep up with the flow of customers who need clean tables and seats.

just to use the Wi-Fi and i love the place

It's a nice mall and quite big inside with nice variety of shops. The car parks are really busy and sometimes hard to find a park. We enjoyed the Overland shoe shop with good customer service and the food court with the nice food. The bathroom was modern with pretty interior design such as the woman's bathroom having the symbol filled with coloured flowers.

I didn't and don't hate this place. LynnMall is nice and clean Mall. Staff at certain stores are friendly and provide good service. Staff at Countdown are always helpful and friendly. I'd recommend doing your grocery shopping there.

MY boys love the steak. I loved the smoothly. The seafood platter went down a treat. Overall we will be back to try other drinks and food

The mall has everything you need, I enjoy the lay out and the cafes outside in summer are fun. I love the fact that most of the things that I need are in this mall and mostly a happy shopper. I always like to eat something here inside or outside at the mall of food court. I just love there food. All shops are provided very good services. They got hips of car parking in front of there shopping mall and inside of the mall. All parking are wheelchair friendly access and all shops also got wheelchair friendly.

It's a pretty decent shopping mall that you could easily spend 2 - 3 hours. It's got just about most shops you'd need and plenty of places of eat just outside of the mall. I'd suggest you avoid going there during middle of the day only cos the parking is a bit limited.

Lynn mall overall has made great changes and many new retail outlets, food outlets etc... banks, shoes, computers, brand names known. Great to see that the changes to the mall has bought a flare of shopping to customers, overseas travellers and it's community. Today visiting the western union agency of money transfers for this particular outlet I graded this 3 but to add I would grade the mall a 5. This being a agency that provides great service for travellers even for locals wanting to have a option of sending or receiving money than using there banks. Grade 3 is the highlight of ensuring all document requirements are mentioned and are follower against money fraud. Receiving ensure you have correct documents ID, DL, letter of address and correct name given from person sending against your documents. Can be frustrating if it's your first time so ensure you either call to find out requirements of documents or contact person sending to Western union has the correct details. All in all efficient but can be a barrier of clear communication from across the counter as microphones are not very clear in this particular branch needs a improved microphone. Most important concern is to ensure that security is the branch requirements and your requirements are posted for your safety as to what is needed for proof of ID. If you don't have the correct necessary ID you will be turned away to get the correct ID. Don't fret or get frustrated but know for the agency to hand over money correct proof of ID must be verified against what they have on file even missing out a letter of your name against your DL will not be accepted, the same as passports. So take care and be prepared or delays will happen. This is for customers, who are 1st timers to Western union or Lotus etc.

The mall is improving all the time. Movies plus all the food court and restaurants make it a more pleasant place to visit. The countdown returning to 24/7 is also a welcome addition. Can get pretty much anything you want in this mall, could probably do with a good milk tea place.

Came to the mall to enjoy lunch at the food court and I must say the sushi place has so much things to choose from and it all tastes amazing. I loved how I had a range of food i could choose. Definitely going to come back for more.

Still one of the better malls around Auckland. Decent mix of shops and a food court with lots of different options. Parking can be an issue at peak times.

Just another Mall in urban Auckland, very convenient for an all-in-one shopping trip. Food Court has fewer stalls, could be due to the many restaurants outside. Overall, it's a clean & pleasant place to shop.

Average sized shopping mall, where you can get most daily chores done. Shopping groceries at Countdown, everything else except food at Farmers, a couple of big pharmacies, Banks ASB, BNZ, ANZ, Westpak, Shoes, clothing, Food stalls and Cafes. Plenty of parking.

I like Lynmall but since I've been vegan I don't go often because there's little to eat there if you don't like the ubiquitous falafel.

Following significant expansion and a makeover, Lynnmall has emerged as a friendly spacious mall with all the usual offerings, all done well. Plenty of parking and you can also get there by train or bus. An impressive range of useful shops and a tempting foodhall. Everyone looked so happy on the day we visited.

Although it had quite a lot of free parking to choose from the mall itself is quite spread out, and for those people with walking difficulty it's hard to get to those places you wish to shop at? More rest stop would be an advantage around the mall.

For some reason this has always been one of my favourite malls.. I grew up going to that mall and have seen it change throughout the years. It has everything that you need and the new brickworks area and cinema is awesome. Issues with parking however... The expansion has not catered in the parking department.

Great place to go for shopping! Amazing shop's for all needs! The experience here is great along with a cinema not only which is at good price rates but also with a good variety of films showing when released. Also good parking space and we'll cleaned toilet facilities! Definitely worth coming here!

Close to home for me and the mall is modern with good retail stores clean and tidy.food mall is spacious and good variety of food to choose from. Parking underneath if it is raining. Parking upstairs with lifts to travel down or up. With wheelchair parking and wheel chair accessibility. Movie theatre and nice cafes and restaurants to go in and dine.

What a great mall. It is a bit smaller than most but has a lot of food and shops. They could have better signage as we struggled to find the cinemas. It was clean and was not cluttered. One of the best malls.

Always like Lynn Mall, probably quite nostalgic about it. I have watched it grow and change and enlarge over the years. I have done years of Xmas shopping in many of those stores, and birthdays etc, and always gone away happy. In fact I was there on this occasion to get a birthday gift, and was very pleased with my purchase.

Great Mall, beautiful outlook. Variety of shops to cater your shopping needs and if you need a break there also many options of food to choose from. The place is nice, clean at times and customer service is exceptional.

This is a huge mall with many retailers, food outlets, banks and a cinema inside. There are many retail shops around the outside, businesses and fast food outlets. The public toilet facilities inside are currently being renovated, so not available for use. Security are visible within the complex. There is an information desk with a very friendly and helpful lady attending on the day I went. One of the eateries I came across had a delicious menu, so I've booked my birthday dinner there in 2 weeks time.

Huge variety of shops. Food court. Banks, and supermarket. Basically everything you need in the one place. Really great since the new upgrade, shops and renovations a few yrs back. Great place to shop and eat or catch a movie.

Love this mall as it has large parking in the front (open) and in the back (covered) with all the major outlets. It has a very family posh clean vibe. The large Brickland food joint and Reading Cinema is a great place to hangout addition to the food court inside.

Nice single level mall with a decent variety of stores. Large bathrooms, mobility scooter hire available. Food Court is quite large and there are several cafes etc as well. Not many stores that cater for larger sizes with Crossroads and Autograph both having recently closed down. For special dining there's the Brickworks which has some great restaurants. Good sized picture theatre complex with the best prices in town!

Not the worst mall haha. Lacks a good store for gym clothes. The stirling sports there is terrible these days.

Great shopping centre. Plenty of shops for all tastes and age groups, with a good number of disabled parking spaces, for folks such as my wife.

All my needs under one roof. Good place to meet up with friends etc. I do a mall walk, good, fun exercise.

Since the renovations with the add on of the movies and Cafe/food area it has been a much nicer place to visit. They still have the traditional food court however there's some fancy coffee places near the movie end. Can go for a quick bite or a sit down meal. Parking can often be a problem especially during school holidays and weekends. I feel in comparison to other malls this one parking wise is a bit small. The mall itself isn't overwhelming, would say its like a smaller Sylvia park, very linear with a decent amount of shops. There's the add on of the kids play area which is in a great place where parents are able to enjoy food and coffee while being able to see their kids.

Visited 2degrees to get help with iPhone problem. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Great shopping centre with everything you need. The outside food area called Brickworks is excellent with good food choices. Cinema is cheap and very impressive, nicely decorated, clean and great staff. The parent room NOT at the food court is a little strange there are chairs for breastfeeding but no curtain or privacy screen. Very clean though.

Our local. Convenient shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Kiwi Property has done a fantastic job over the years upgrading New Zealand’s first shopping centre to what it is today. Reading Cinemas complex and ‘The Brickworks’ dining precinct are great additions and we look forward to the continued development of the centre. Proximity to public transport is excellent.

Excellent range of traditional shops and a few upmarket shops too. Large number of parking spaces. Two sets of toilets (cleaned and serviced). Movie theatres accessible through mall and from outside. Good hall and a futher mix of upmarket eateries adjacent at the Eastern edge of the mall.

I had the Crispy Gordita Crunch and the Crunchwrap Supreme with fries. Everything was just exactly like it was when I used to eat these in the States. I arrived at around 1130. No line to the automated ordering machine. Waited approximately 15 minutes for the food. I expected that wait so it didn't bother me at all. This place is very popular. When I left at around 1230ish, the line to order was massive (went out of the restaurant). Pick your arrival times carefully. Great food and service was adequate. Napkins were not refilled the entire time I was there (I didn't go up and ask them for more I just washed my hands at their restroom). Would recommend. Bit of a drive for me so won't be visiting often but will take the opportunity to stop in.

More shops and food compare with few years ago, as it is far from the Centre of the huge popularities area in Auckland, you can always find what you want but sold out in other stores in other part of Auckland city. Although but far to travel if you need exchange except you are western local, you will be lucky.

I've been to this mall a lot over the years and even with the upgrades their is a lack of shopping options and variety. Great if you want a meal as plenary of options and the movie theatre is awesome with great service. Everything else is pretty average and a lot of the stores are either closed with no set reopening times, under construction or cheap/ clearence stores.

. One of the best malls in Auckland well suited for hanging out, shopping, food and movies. Spacious parking including wheelchair accessible ones. Multiple entrances which are accessible by wheelchair. Nice ambiance and well maintained. Good variety of brands including big chains. Multiple food locations scattered throughout the mall. Brickworks space at one end of the mall is dedicated for quick bites and food outlets. Have seen this mall improving and expanding for better over the years.

Lovely large mall with plenty to offer. Haven't had the opportunity to have a good explore but have found generally to be a very busy very popular place to go. Banks tend to have long cues which is a pain.

Is a nice mall to go to. I think it needs a few more family type shops similar to kmart or warehouse in this mall.. I like postie plus.. but that's all they have that's affordable for baby clothes.. the other shops aren't that affordable for people on a budget.. their countdown is 24/7 though so thats a plus.. enjoy the food court area.

Lynn Mall is an awesome place to shop. Its not as busy as Sylvia Park which is great, and they have a late night once a week. They have good options for dining as well. Lynn Mall is a hop skip and a jump from the New Lynn transport centre, which is very convenient. The Farmers at Lynn Mall also has a nice range of plus size clothing at really good prices too.

Large shopping mall in the New Lynn suburban area. Transport center is nearby and makes up for an easy bus or train ride to the mall. All major retailers are present here. Food court is good and major varieties of food is available. Cinemas are easily accessible too. Parking can be difficult to find on weekends and busy days.

To be fair i say i hate shopping but actually really like this mall, has a good range of shops that appeal to me. I love JB HiFi its a good size store and the staff are friendly. The food court has a good selection of places to eat.

They've definitely tried to do it up and for the most part have succeeded. An awesome range of shops. Attached to the Brickworks which is lovely and hosts Reading Cinemas which is by far the nicest cinema in West Auckland. The toilets while done up to look nice almost all of the toilet seats are loose and detach from the top if your brave enough to actually sit down.

It's a decent mall with ensemble of dollar shop, shoes, household items brands and bonus 24/7 Countdown. Very good eateries inside and around the mall. Large parking lot and adjacent to the New Lynn station makes it a very convenient destination

Visited the Photo store at Lynmall. What great service. This was my second visit to this store with the first visit just as great.

A better approach to food options than many other malls, LynnMall has a lively atmosphere - movies, minigolf, shops you want to go to and no empty stores! You're not going here for high end retail or easy carparking, but it probably has what you need when you need it!

I love coming here because the customer service is pretty great and pretty much everything you need is here from gaming to vacuums. It's suitable for a nice date or to catch up with friends over coffee or milkshakes and to do a bit of shopping. It's located right next to the New Lynn transport center so you can access most of Auckland from New Lynn and we'll. It's convenient and surrounded by great food.

Very busy place but shopping here is fun

It's my local shopping centre. A good range of shops, Brickworks dining area and Reading cinemas. Little to fault with the place aside from parking being a challenge at times.

100's of parking spaces under cover parking as well as uncovered spaces. Wheelchair/disability parking covered and uncovered close to wheelchair accessible access. Great range of clothing stores with book and stationary outlets for a great read or a light comedy relief to hands on do it yourself crafts and home handy craftperson builds. Cafes coffee shops with other popular eateries to catch up for lunch or meeting a certain someone. Check it out for yourself to experience these well established facilities.

Other than the fact that it is alot smaller than most malls, I find it 2 b quite well spaced out an enthusiastic in in regards 2 its shops layouts an u can still get that full shopping experience an still feel comfortable doin it

Not really set up to be disabled friendly. Security lax. Alot of homeless and street kids rooming and intimidating the infirm, week and elderly. Shop staff seem to have a chip on there collective shoulders. Food in mall food courts very average. Brick lane restaurants and picture theater at far end of mall very good in contrast.

Bars and restaurants are all very good. Highly recommend coming here.

Well set out mall with all the usual retailers. Good service from the retailers I interacted with all with a friendly smile. Has more of a small town feel than the bigger malls far less impersonal

Quiet mall with lot of food

Good local mall with a lot of quality stores. The decor is one thing that lets down the mall, the vinyl and floor finishes really do remind us over 20's folk of the 90s and how it used to look when there used to be a giant plastic ball pit for the kids to play in. Also on wet days, the roof appears to leak in many various locations. It sounds like the renovation budget should have been put towards fixing the existing parts of the mall before expanding outwards. Bathrooms are modern atleast and kept tidy and the food court offers a wide selection. Parking is ample with two rooftop parkings but if you go on a weekend, expect to be driving around aimlessly to hunt one down.

I find within these malls these fast colourful two and cheap dollar shops are fast diasapperaing these are where I enjoy shopping most for a wide range of products that are on on offer which are cheap and easily available its inot so much these days. For me it's always a shopping experience. The atmosphere is always great like taking a stroll through a market.

Food, fun and fashion! The mall has it all - lynn mall that is. It’s a full service mall it has entertainment in the movie theatre, stores in the main body and food in the food court and the restraunt quarter. Not to mention it has a Taco Bell! No jokes a Taco Bell! The first of its kind in NZ. What a win! Spend your hard earned coin right here.

Not much going on with lockdown, good to see countdown open again

This mall houses to a lot variety of shops from clothing, food, electronic gadgets, cinemas etc. A good place to hang out during weeks days and specially during seekends. Mall has number of saloons, pharmacies, a food court and many more. Anyone who comes here will find something they like! Price range seems to decent comparing with other places.

Love this mall very spacious, has good range of shop's and eatery's.

Would prefer to give this a 3.5 star rating if I could. A mall with everything you need pretty much. It's simple and some parts look a bit run down but it's good enough.

Went to KAGE, super slow service. Staff lacked in table service. Food was yum but wasn't what was ordered from the menu, dishes were missing ingredients from the menu. Some of the staff were friendly. Probably wouldn't go back there. Food was yum but Kage lacked in other areas of service and quality. Just wasn't a good experience for me and my family. I don't speak for everyone else, just personal opinion ☺️

The main part of the mall could do with some updating, however the new brickworks and cinema is nicely done. Also loving the secure bike lockup out the front!

Insufficient mobility car parks, particularly at ground level near the lift to the theatre / cinema and Brickworks. I like the mall, great variety of stores and good layout, however lack of enough mobility parks near this entrance, has New Lynn residents driving across the city to attend cinemas where access is easier and more parking options are available. Another 4-6 mobility designated parks would make the world of difference.

Good range of shops. Brickworks restaurants and cafes are great and best of all is the 10 buck movies at Reading. I think the Farmers here is a bit bigger than most. Lots of choices for sit down coffee etc. Often meet up with friends here.

Great mall, loads of stores and parking. Layout is excellent and the mall is always nice and clean.

A nice independent mall with plenty of shop both independent as well as chain shops; also a great place to hang around. The parking area is quite large, but finding an empty space can be very-very challenging. There's also 2 food courts, one close to the Countdown side of the mall, and the other is on the cinema side, called Brickworks. Their cinema is also one of the cheapest in the Auckland, but the quality is on par with the more expensive competitors.

Excellent for food! Check out Brickworks as this is very upmarket and cosy for west Auckland....got a Sylvia Park vibe when going thru Brickworks. Carparks are great no ticketing! Plenty to look at and has all classic shops ie: Starbucks, Farmers, Jb-hifi, jay jays and more

My favourite mall to go to when I want to go clothes shopping as all the retail stores here are large in size and stocked with products. If you're after a nice lunch or dinner out brick works is an amazing place to go to with several restaurants all serving delicious food. Reading cinemas is also one of the cheapest movie theaters in Auckland while also still maintaining beautiful cinemas. I'll also stop into countdown to grab my groceries on my way out. Lynnmall has everything you could need for a nice relaxing day out.

The mall has a variety of shops, catering in food, clothes, pharmacy, souvenirs & countdown. It has the new cinema with neighbouring restaurants serving optional food in each. Very pleasant surroundings for a family day out

It's another West Ak shopping mall with all the label names you would expect. Huge carpark outside.

Lots of good shops, clean and tidy. Great eating area called brickwork. Movie theatres are really cool too....although they need to work on their getting people through the door system

Pretty good as malls go. New entertainment and eatery extension is awesome. Doesn't have the big anchor stores like other malls and parking can be a bit of a mission when busy.

Love the new upgrade to Lynn Mall. Nice restaurants to go to with family and friends. Highly recommend any one of the restaurants, mini golf is cool aswell my son loved it and wants to go back lol.

One of the oldest malls in Auckland, this place is small when compared to other malls, however it houses all the stores you would need. This mall has a 24/7 countdown, which attracts lot of people through the night. There is a big enough food court that would cater to all your hunger pangs, but if that’s not what your looking for, then there are couple of good eateries around the mall. Has ample parking spots around the mall.

With the addition of Brickworks and movie theater the place has a lot more going on. Great selection of stores, mostly flat to walk around so great if you don't do stairs well. Parking is a nightmare though, it has become a lot harder since the addition of Brickworks.

What a lovely and lively mall. It has definitely improved over the past few years especially with the development of the movie theater and Brickworks. It used to be boring but not anymore 😂 It just needs a Sephora or Mecca Maxima now lol

Found a park easy enough just after 10 when the shops were opening and found information about where to find the shop we wanted easily.

Have not been here for awhile, so was impressed with the new additions!! Great eateries and cinemas ! Good relaxed atmosphere, parking not too bad, needed to drive around to locate a space. Transport infrastructure is great here with buses and rails upgraded

It's pretty small but has everything a mall needs I guess. There's a few niche places worth looking at in my opinion, such as the savings store, the tiny mini golf course and the restaurants outside the cinema

Always a convenient place to shop. The parking spaces allocated to vehicles containing small children are great as the wider spaces between vehicles makes it easier to put my children in their carseats, thanks Lynn Mall

Lynn Mall security needs improving,a few dodgy folk hanging around quite in the open I might add. A good shopping experience to be had. Lovely food court.

Nice mall, smaller than others but less people makes it easy to move around, still have a very good variety of shops, a supermarket and movie theater, lots of parking plus under ground parking, and looks like some nice places to eat or get a drink!

One of the original covered Malls in NZ. David Keefe jewelry has had a presence and in the family for what seems a lifetime. A great variety of stores, an excellent Food Hall along with an excellent Restaurant Area. A good shopping experience.

It's a nice change,going to Lynn Mall Shopping Centre. I live closer to St. Luke's. The Muffin Break at Lynn Mall is great,+ the staff are so nice and friendly. The clothes at Meric are right up my ally, prices good too. They even sell nice, fake jewelry at Meric's,where the staff are so helpful. There are plenty of different shops at Lynn Mall, to see you + your family smart, from head to toe. And there's Countdown!! Go spend a day there. You'll enjoy it.

Lynn Mall is a fantastic mall full of wonderful shops. From the food court, to clothes and even groceries, Lynn Mall has everything you need to keep your household looking nice and fresh, you looking amazing and your pantry full.

Same chain stores in this mall as in other malls. There's ziera, paper plus, farmers, strand bags, acquisitions, mirrou, 2°, a hi fi shop etc in the light and airy mall. There was a variety of food from different ethnicities so that equals choice! The tables were kept clean and inviting. I didn't see a mall directory but I could easily have missed it.

Has everything you need but not a huge variety of shops if you want anything else other than essentials

We were at mix moon a Asian Restaurant. Food was wonderful and staff and seating at the tables were spacious.

A lot of good stores including Farmers and Countdown. The addition of Reading Cinemas has added value to the mall. Only problem is parking, and the parking sensors dont work efficiently.

The parking always appears full when you enter it but you can usually find some. A good food hall and restaurant selection although nothing that you won't find at every other mall in Auckland.

I love this Mall. I've been shopping here for over 30yrs. There are many shops that other malls don't have. I would thoroughly recommend this mall.

Wheel chair access from farmers to ground floor or elevator by postie plus takes you to upstairs car park and food court elevator takes you to upstairs car park just down from the upstairs car park. Good variety of shops, good choice of different types of food and has movie theatres

My favourite Mall on ground level.We used to stay in New Lynn sometime we manage a 15miniutes walk to the Mall. Food court wonderful place to meet.

mall is allright , stores in the mall doesnt make much business because less spending power of local people . there are always store closing due to lack of business . because of brick lane and new reading cinemas more people start to come

My liking of this mall may be influenced by the fact that it is the closest to my house, but there are several reasons why I like it better than St Lukes: LJ's fish and chips and the Brickworks' restaurants, easier to get to and park at, seems to have more shops, plus has an AA. Long lines at the bank and cell phone shops at times, but I don't go there that often.

Very good mall with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a very good movie theater.

It was clean and tidy security staff all around to help with inquiries. Keeping trouble out pleasant place to shop.

Beickworks is great especially when they have a live band there! Also has most shops in it and close to my home.

The oldest Mall in Auckland. The old lady is discreetly changing behind a screen. Good range of shops. Cafes, cinema. Parking can be difficult but it's close to Transport Centre.

I had witnessed a person who had fallen over in the mall. I noticed that the security guards were concerned for her! However I wonder if they are 1st aiders as they tried to lift the lady up off the ground which made her cry out in pain. My concern is they should of assessed her! I advised them to stop and so did the lady and the could of caused her more pain..

Just your average shopping mall. Has the standard layout and shops. But new Lynn cinema is exceptionally cheap and up to date. Brickworks is an awesome place to dine in with loads of boutique restaurants.

Good selection of stores and food places makes this a neat mall to visit. Love the clothes shopping and wide variety of cafes! Countdown at one end of the mall makes this mall a great one stop mall.

Great shops so very different than Westfields which is great. Food court is excellent and Reading movies is handy to have there now. Just wish there was better parking.

This is our local shopping centre. Movies are only $10 but sometimes finding parking can be difficult. Train station and bus station is close to mall so i often use them.

Plenty of shops, car park and places to dine at. Theres a movie theatre available for those wanting to watch a movie before or after shopping. Few cafes inside as well as food court. Just like any other mall

Love all the restaurants here, although not sure about Taco Bell.... Its a great place to catch up with friends and have a drink and something to eat.

We can get pretty much everything in Newlyn Mall. Very big free parking, all the beautiful shop, nice food court, toilets are clean and it just what we need :)

This place has changed alot in 5 years, it has grown big with lots of new shops. I like the new look, it has farmers, tank, sushi plce and tnt for kids. Lots of parking available with nandoes and cheesecake shop opposite the road.

Not bad for a little mall - shops are well looked after and the brickworks eateries are now well established and are all great for enjoying dining out with friends and fam. The Lilliputt miniputt is too expensive for the area but this is consistent with all Auckland miniputts as they are all owned by the same company. Cinema is cheap but really awesome and I definitely recommend a Fans massage while training on through the mall. Plenty of parking!

Love this mall, just small enough to feel nice and for you to notice a slight point of difference from Westfield. Gutted that Miller's fashions' lease is up and not being renewed.

Went to the shops and the people were friendly plus the cinema was priced fairly. To add to the magnificent new eateries is a mini golf. Awesome times.

LynnMall is becoming one of my popular shopping mall in Auckland. The reason is that it has the stores you mostly need and the restaurants at this mall, are absolutely amazing!.

A good amount of parking. Has all the usual stores you'd want in a suburban mall, with the advantage of Reading Cinemas. And a 24/7 Countdown.

Lynn mall is one of the best place for shopping variety of brands.. Apart from shopping good place to get food... I have visited mall after 4 years they have improve the mall facility and security.

Car parking was hard to find, not clearly visible.

Unsurprisingly lynmall is much the same as any strip mall. You basically get all the same stores so most anything you need or want is available . Parking can be a bit of a problem at busy times like Friday evening or weekends and sale days

A great range of stores also the largest shopping mall in Auckland city. Very handy for visitors and tourist as well as our local people to bring there friends and family shopping for all your needs ranging from shopping for food, clothing with all the latest trends a great range of shoe stores and electronics, tv's, computing& gaming, audio, phones and accessories. Also a great place for grabbing a.quick snack from the food court area. The whole family will enjoy a day at the movies especially during the school holidays and the kids just love going to Time-out for all the latest games and entertainment. An absolute must to come and visit our largest and local Lynn Mall whenever you come to West Auckland city or just passing through. Definitely have to check out the Warehouse with lots of items and imports directly from the depot with great and friendly customer service and a great ranf of products. Also there are many different kiosks around the mall with good accesories, items and many more knick knacks for your everyday use and enjoyment. Farmers is another must visit store for al your gaming and electronic needs aswell as clothing and home furnishings with a great deal of whiteware products available for you and your home and very friendly and helpful staff ready and willing to help. JB Hi-fi is another great electronics, computing and gaming accessories and devices store with good friendly customer service. Also a must see is the Reading cinemas with all the latest movies for all your family and friends to enjoy.

I love shopping and browsing there, it has everything I need, it's within walking distance from where I live.

A lovely open mall and the restaurant area, Brickworks has a good variety. Cheap movie theatres. Only little negative is parking can be an issue.

Big spaces. Great layout. Lots of great shops as well as a nice variety of options in the food court.

Tried @Shamiana they were serving biryani made from Ustad Banne Nawab spices. Wow enjoyed the flavour and taste. Excellent people, brilliant food will surely visit again when in this area 😊

Would be 5 but the old mall is still attached to brickworks. The cinema here is amazing, the resterauts are good except wagamama. Inside the mall is just the same as any mall nothing special. Eb games is good.

It's a mall. It has shops and stuff. Nothing to amaze the senses or anything. But it works and is fine, clean and tidy. Getting better recently with the area down by the cinemas.

A Great place has everything you could want in a shopping mall. Fashion and food plus a little area in the food court for the kids to play while mum and dad crab a coffee A+ I say.

Lynn Mall has really improved over the years. Primarily there is now plenty of carparks you hardly ever, if ever need to worry. Or if you are just looking to get out the house or light shopping, it is directly next to the New Lynn train station. Shop sellection is not world class, but for NZ standards its still pretty good.

Needed AA. Wasn't sure where to start but I found one without asking for help. It was bright, warm, and lots of beautiful people. The search for AA was worth every step. I love walking through that Mall

Convenient for shopping & transport, evening got a carpark day after boxing day !. Most what you need found under one roof, & additional bulk retail just over the road.

This place has really improved since I first moved to West Auckland in 2008. This is mind if an upmarket place now. Was almost a bit of a shock because I moved away for 8 years then came back.

Good range of shops. Nice cinema. It also contains a normal food court and a slightly nice brickwords.

Unlike other malls Lynmall has a greatly new addition to it that caters a movie theatre, outdoor eateries and mini golf right in the heart of New Lynn with ample parking.

Has everything I need for shopping & to eat out. Very convenient location for me. I always shop at Lynnmal since I was very young 55 yes plus!!

Mumbai Express is lovely nice food nice and they're in the mall which is why it keeps coming lynnmall

I always find lynnmall easy to use. Good parking great shops and easy to get around.

Love the brickworks area and reading cinemas, gives us something to do in the evening. Also Great facilities and love the kids playground area in the food court.

Lynn mall is a great place to shop. A busy Saturday with lots of people. Car parks are at a premium so patience is necessary.

Except for parking, Lynnmall has definitely raised their game. For the locals who don't like travelling for entertainment and good food, the Brickworks is a very welcoming (and loved) spot!

The Brickworks is the perfect place for a group breakfast or lunch meeting and the atmosphere is great. I enjoy shopping at an independent Centre as a nice change from the repetitive larger chain groups.

The mall is quite good. But its a quite busy on weekends. You will get pretty much everything, including groceries, cloths, cafe, liquor shop.

I never thought much of Lynmall when I lived in Auckland years ago. But visited for the first time last week and its actually I nice little mall now 👍

Went out to Denny's for my birthday last night lovely food and a beautiful place would go again in a heartbeat.

Impressed with this large, well laid out, good range of shops, choice eating place. Parking spaces wide enough, restaurants and food court, clean and functional.

Only purchased minor things & everything seemed ok. Good all around & in timely manner.

Nice place to have a beer and ofcourse lunch and breakfast

Lots of shops and restaurants around

Lynmall has been a part of my life for many many years, as a little girl my mother Margaret Scott - Nicholson ran the wee childcare area where parents could leave their children while they did their shopping, and in school holidays there were always shows too watch on the malls centre stage, lots of very fond memories, thank you.

Mall's good but the parking is always hard to get so we think twice about going to Lynn Mall

Very decent sized mall, even though has very large parking, still hard to find parking, it’s the only reason I don’t like going there

Lynnmall offers a wide variety of shopping and eating places, but has no protected people from the cold blast through the doors and has deliberately removed low end stores so that people needing low cost stores are not catered for. They are not responsive to maintenance requests.

Good shopping,nice layout inside. Not a very good food court though it's small and parking is a major issue.

Good mall,not as good as others in Auckland. But has most of the things you’ll need

Great place almost everything under one roof and event movies are fantastic

A shopping mall, it has all of the usual stores you find in every mall like this across NZ plus a food court. Lots of parking though and good accessibility.

Parking can be a tad difficult but the mall does have a very good selection of shops and also a movie theatre.

The mall itself is always really clean but could do with more seating in the common areas.

Lynmall is close to where i live and has some great stores for affordable shopping it has most things a mall should have food clothes shoes and things for the home and lots more

The new renovations are really nice and the mall now has a nice atmosphere. The movie theatres are comfortable and clean and the best price in auckland.

Nice place to dine in

Always pretty busy, even on weekdays. Has a wide range of shops. But not everything is in the mall, more is over the road which is a bit of a pain.

The movies (Reading Cinemas) are 100% better than Henderson Event. I got double the amount of food at Reading than what I got at Event for the same price. Event seats were broken and wobbly while Reading was so comfy.

Great place for Christmas shopping, alot of varied stores. Santa was there charging for photos too! Haha we got sucked in.

New Lynn mall was really good with the new changes been made over the months. It's good too wonder around and window shopping.

Always liked to visit the different Malls across New Zealand and see how compare to our two Queensgate Lower Hutt & Porirua North City

Very nice place for shopping, eating and to spend many hours.

Decent size mall with many brands however variety of each brand differs. Eg Farmers west city has got more variety, Noel Leeming has limited variety of home appliances.

This is my local. It's Decent enough mall with a selection of most typical mall stores for clothing. Has a cinema. Mini golf. A selection of good restaurants.

A busy place. Good shops.

Small community type mall, people are pleasant.

Great staff in all these places

Good place to shop at an Auckland mall. Parking is usually full. Close to bus and train stations.

My favourite beauty therapist (sisters) is in this mall along with many other great stores. It just doesn't feel quite as manic as many of the big Auckland Malls

Wish there was more parking. It's a nice mall just over crowded. Whether you use your own transport or public transport

Today we had people driving on the wrong side in the top car park,people swearing and fighting over the next available car park. I think the mall management need carpark attendants at Christmas time to avoid Christmas argument otherwise someone is going to hurt someone.

Good mall. Lots of variety for your standard electronics and retail therapy. Good court is simple yet caters to the majority of the populace's taste buds

It’s your standard mall, not huge but fine to pop in for a wander.

Plenty of shops and a really nice eating area down by the cinemas

Lynnmall is a much better place now that it has Reading Cinemas and The Brickworks. More useful shops that it didn't use to have are there now.

Spread out lot of walking need to use a belt to hold pants up

Good variety of shops, love the brick works restaurant area, fun mini golf course, nice cinema area, could do with more parking

Can't say much, but it's a mall and offers mall things lol. One thing that needs to be addressed is the smell of body odor from homeless people outside the mall.
