A super mall to visit with great spaces. Has a great selection of shops plus a, countdown supermarket, inside as well. A large variety of foods in the food court and disabled access to all entrances, exits and shops, plus 3 public toilets ( 1 on first floor and 2 on the second.). There are 4 banks plus post shop available. A good sized Warehouse and Farmers stores plus smaller cafes and personal care, massages, haircut and nail salons available at acceptable prices.

Had a pedicure at LA Nails, great job for only $30! Was very quiet but it was a weekday afternoon.. plenty of parks.

Mall was ok nothing fancy. Movies wasnt too bad either. Had a delay in movie screening but management issued an apology which was awesome. Great service at the cinema

The mall isn't huge but it is fairly big. Multiple levels of shops including the Warehouse on the top floor at one end and the Cinemas near the other. They also have multiple entrances including ones on Great North Road. They do have a food court with a variety of different foods. The mall is quite nice and clean and not too difficult to get around. Large selection of shops including quite a few dollar stores (and a $2 or less store).

OMG OMG OMG The best chicken I have ever had it is very juicy and tender with a bit of spice. The skin is crispy and the meat is well cooked. The chips are big and better than McDonald's. I recommend you go there to test the best chicken.

Yeah, loved this place, how bright the atmosphere is. But I have to notice that things have gone slight downhill since Westfield left. So many good stores are closing down and aren’t replaced properly...also, what’s the point of having free wifi if it doesn’t even work?

Had lunch at Hollywood Bakery which was so good - great coffee and steak eggs and chips was delish and great value- good size steak which was cooked just as i asked and the staff were friendly and efficient - ive been back several times

My teenagers love this place, if they could they would be there 24/7. Great selection of shops and great customer service at the information desk. The car groomers in the car park I highly recommend

It's crazy how although nearly everyone is vaccinated, they are all still so paranoid about COVID-19. The restrictions are over the top.

Mall is big but does not actually have that many shops and the food court is small and pokey. I think this Mall is boring. If the Mall could talk it would probably say...I'm bored.

I was here in the line for Countdown at 5:30pm on Thursday when some man started verbally abusing his partner/friend (not sure) and threatening to assault her. He then went off at other people in the line. Big thank you to the security guys who didn’t hesitate to step in and then told him to leave. All of us in the line were feeling quite uncomfortable.

West City Mall is the friendliest and most convenient place near our home to shop. We love the COFFEE CLUB! VIP members. UNICHEM Chemist. Our fun shop, lovely staff. Great service. COUNTDOWN gets our vote for service and quality of goods. Being elderly we online shop nowadays for ultra convenience. WE LOVE OUR MALL Westcity!

Very busy mall but clean and airy not dull and dingy like some malls. Nice atmosphere here to no children messing around causing a nuisance shops are easy to find and the eating are a has a large selection of various high street brand names to choose from.Actual eating area was busy but to the point you could not find a seat. Parking was good to the lower levels were quite busy the upper levels were more manageable good space. All in all a good experience for one our smaller malls.

I went to A Beauty Room for eyebrow shape and lip wax and the service was as usual very good. Rooms for treatment are always tidy and atmosphere is calming with the background sounds playing. Provider was nice and friendly and very professional.

Love coming through to henderson as always. Provides such diverse stores and great customer service representatives. The food court is family friendly and always a great place to eat. The chicken on chips for me is the go to. The ladies at customer service always deliver great service with kind energy and smiles. West city is such a great community mall to meet everyone and anyone. I always come across familiar faces and so it makes for a perfect place for some spontaneous catch ups and last minute coffee dates at the many awesome cafes. Thanks Westcity x

Often very busy here, especially weekends. Great selection of dollar stores all beside each, can always find the right crafts and packing materials I need for work. The warehouse and pie shop are also great 👌

I like bank suite downstairs, ample seating for testing other than at coffee shop, compared to upstairs seating provided as it's obvious in the food court people sit plant area (along KFC area) and there is a sign please dont sit here, biggest hin out to provide more casual seating, it's quite a restful area

Countdown rocks. All up to helping you out with anything you need. Most of the shops are great. Just don't eat at the food court. Security are very helpful. Packing suxs at time.

LA Nails are awesome and the mall itself is really nice. Lots of great stores, pretty much everything you need in the one place!

Its changed since I was last there, a bunch of different shops and food places! This was the only mall with an opsm that could get me in at such short notice though. Its a lot more empty compared to the other malls but I think that could be due to the surrounding areas reputation for bad people hanging around outside the mall.

Some of the big-name shops are gone now and there's one too many $2 shops than any mall needs, but it's clean and spacious. Good Countdown, Warehouse and eatery options. It's pretty much got everything I need in a mall.

This place is not huge but it has everything you need. Would consider to be spacious compared to other shopping malls. Nice place to shop, good choice of eateries, Miller's for girl's clothing lines are very popular, especially when they have sale. Great value for money. Cinema and food court pretty good when with kids. Farmers has great weekend sale, good quality products at reasonable price. Recommended place for families. The only thing that is not so appealing is the great North side entrance with school kids and random people posing unsavoury atmosphere.

Clean public gathering areas, a good variety of stores that cater for all budgets, & a serviceable food hall make for a pleasant, if not generic, shopping experience. Adequate free car parking onsite.

Shopping centre is ok only thanks to the geniuses at the council closing lanes to traffic in Henderson , it now takes nearly 20min just to get out of Henderson when's it's busy thanks to traffic only being allowed to turn certain ways

Plenty of parking, wheelchair access, activities for the kids during the holidays. Most stores still offered sanitizers. Wifi was a little tricky to log into, but not a major issue. Music levels appropriate to surroundings. Would be nice to see quiet hours for hearing sensitive people. Usually busy around midday at the food court. Food was great, Mac Donalds was a popular eatery. Prices of most food stores were good. Good balance of natural light and electrical lights.

I've been coming here for years. Doesn't feel like much has changed. Scrapped my van because of the height signs in the covered parking area. Bottom floor says 2.2 as you drive up the ramp the top of ramp says 2.1. Had to reverse back down. Would have liked a more accurate sign earlier before reaching the top of the ramp

Its ok, wouldn't say its the best. There are other malls that I would highly recommend than this in the aspect of shopping for clothes and shoes. The clothing stores are far apart meaning your going to do a lot of walking so do wear some good comfy shoes. Other than doing a lot of walking the shops are good but I think theres more clothing store options at St.Lukes and Manukau mall. If you dont mind doing a lot of walking and want to kill time window shopping then this is the mall to go to. Perfect for strolling around and stopping by to get something to eat.

This is now my local and the access to WestCity is pretty easy. The mall itself is quite an easy layout to maneuver and has plenty of food options. Could do with a modern revamp to help with attracting more customers but perhaps will require more car parking. Usually come here for upper crust pies! Get the potato top 👌

It is always convenience that the Hendeerson Mall provides when shopping in a ciry scape. All manner of shops conveniently located for ease of shopping delight. I spent many a childhood days hanging out aka loitering in the "hendo" mall. It's still busy as ever and with a kmart and clearance store across the way it's a must stop place to shop with great bargains and delicious fast food shops at unbeatable prices and are great for larger families with large serving sizes!

A massive variety of shops to visit and a pretty decent food court makes for a decent mall. The cinemas and arcade are not the best but prices for ticket definitely make up for that, coming in at around $11.

Ah what used to be known as Henderson Square. This was the very first mall I came to when I first came to NZ all those years ago. I enjoy coming here. Do a bit of window shopping and then lunch. Love it.

Really good to go to for anything. Want massage? Want to relax? Want a haircut? Want to check your bank? Want a quick bite? Want a good breakfast? Want a wardrobe change? This is the place to go. Got all your wants and needs. And if you need a quickie there's heaps of hobos in the car park too. They need to keep the restrooms clean though.

This mall is okay. Not too sure on the foodcourt here with a few stores getting a D rating! Otherwise shopping here is pretty pleasant as this mall is somehow never really packed even on weekends and late nights. Mall does feel like its a bit old and tired like it needs a facelift. Think its stayed the same for 15 years!

From out of town, we had to shoot in on the first day of the power cuts to get some lunch. Was relieved to find parking so close to the mall and had plenty of choices for lunch once we were in there. Found the mall clean and cheerful- will be back to have a longer look around next time! 🙂

We found that the security hanging together in a group of 5 was quite intimidating as they were just leaning and standing around looking over the atrium hand rail. Not very professional . There was people smoking and loitering at the carpark entrance to the shops. I would not take my family back there again. .

This review is for the parents room across from the food court. It was very spacious, tidy and comfortable. Not to mention the extra little play area with Paw Patrol playing for older ones to wait while you nurse or change the baby. Check out my photos. It is very clean and pleanty of private nursing chairs and microwaves if you have formula etc.

It is the only shopping mall in the Henderson area. It has Countdown supermarket and all the shops to browse about. It's food court has many different cuisine to taste. Post office and banks all nearby. Great place with ample parking.

Super cheap compared to all other event cinemas (8.50 all day every day for adult tickets and 7.50 for kids I think ) not good service or reasonable food. Also they are more strict on not allowing outside food into the cinema than others. Seats are not as comfy as Reading cinema but it definitely takes the cake for cheap almost always empty movie theatres! Even for new releases you don't really need to book much in advance.

Coming from Australia the people who worked there are helpful. Funny. Flight centre was wonderful they called our flight centre in Australia to assist us. The phone shop was great helped us with our SIM cards and putting our phone numbers to call home. Good shopping center.

I forget but she’s why I keep going back. The Coffee Shop are usually very good with high standards which I also like. Overall, good shops, friendly people, good community.

Mainly $2 shops in this mall. Shops tended to be of a lower quality and variety than other Westfield malls. Low health grade food options were disappointing. All up, it's difficult to call this a one stop shop as you tend to need to go elsewhere to find what you need.
