L.Just been to the food markets in central Rotorua tonight.
Lots of wonderful food, lovingly prepared by a variety of vendors. Always something for all tastes. My husband & I love to share dishes, that way we can taste a variety.
Great family feel, well worth the trip over from Tauranga for us.
B.We attended the small farmers markets on Sunday morning. Some great stalls with organic and home made produce. Well worth the visit and a stop for breakfast on Sunny mornings. A local artist providing some some great back ground tunes.
I am amazed at how quick it was put up and then disappeared so quickly after it finished. Hats off to the local council,workers. Recycling and sustainability being practiced by all store holders. Recycling bins everywhere. Well done!

It felt like I was transported back to 1960.
Beautiful area that is a pleasure to stroll around. Great little shops & clean. No one litters in New Zealand ❤️
Park the car/caravan put on your jandels & hit the pavers. The architecture gives this little square a real vintage atmosphere. The Tikis add a real nice touch.
Grab & Mince n Cheese an L&P find a bench and relax as the world trundles by.
Parking is plentiful.

P.It appears the visitors don't get the concept of a pedestrian mall where vehicles are allowed but must give way to all pedestrians. When the sun is out this is a nice spot to kick back and enjoy your lunch. Or send someone in to order and the rest can wait outside. Comes into it's own as a place to be during events when vehicle traffic is blocked and additional stalls, vendors and entertainers bring the place alive.
C.It was a really hot day reaching 32 degrees, so we called in to enjoy a nice cold ice cream. With a great view and patron walking about also free wifi. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

D.Just went for a quick nosy tour on my day off..no big deal..good thing I put myself on a tight budget..phew! Although the temptation to cop out of it on the day was a tad strenuous..just a tad.
