s.Long way from West Auckland but worth the trip. Had what I wanted in mind but I feel like they would've done their best to find the right scooter for those who didn't. Andrew was thorough, setting up and showing me how everything works. On site parking and room to test ride. Staff are perfectly friendly.
R.Wide variety of premium electric scooters. Jonno was super friendly and had answers to all my questions. Unlike some other scooter shops, they offer to assemble the scooter for you and tune it to your needs after your purchase. Found this super helpful and saved me a lot of time. Can't express how much joy it brings me riding my new scooter, its an absolute beast. Would reccomend this place!
M.A bit of a disappointing start due to an issue with my new scooter which developed a power fault to the lighting system. After spending nearly $3K my expectation was that this should of not happen after only a couple of rides . However , the ESS team did promise to fix as soon as parts were available which they duly did . They also tweaked a few other things which needed adjusting. A power board was replaced under warranty.Understandably these type of things happens with any form of vehicle so I’m quite pragmatic about it . I would happily recommend ESS based on my experience so far . Communication was pretty good after a little prompting . Received a text to say it was ready for collect once the maintenance was completed.Other than that I am very happy with my Mantis . Some serious power to be utilised when called upon .
R.Got a Kaabo Skywalker 10H from them. Easy to deal with and informative.
Recently went back for the mantis base model and once again Jono looked after us. Won't be going anywhere else for scooters.
M.Amazing beast
The scooter I brought is absolutely incredible! For something with a 1000 watt motor you'll be surprised where it'll get you and what hills it'll climb. I use this as a daily commuter to and from work (20km round trip per day) and I can do this on a single charge and still have some juice left for a blast around town once home. With a weight of 26kg it's easy to lift with one hand once you fold it and have the weight centered.
Overall I'm very very happy with the scooter and even happier with the impeccable service from the team at The Electric Scooter Shop. Jonno and the team here are amazing and know their stuff!
If you're in the market for a quick nimble easy to lift scooter look no further than Hero S10 you won't be disappointed!
T.Top notch experience. Bought a Vsett 10+ and a Vsett 8 from here and they unboxed them, set them up, checked everything, and adjusted them to suit us. Very happy with the customer service and the prices. Will definitely be coming back again.

I want to start by saying...I'm not normally a person that posts reviews out to the masses. I also don't use the word ...Awesome...lightly, when I describe my experience in dealing with Jonno Leonardo at the Electric Scooter Shop. His knowledge and customer focused support is second to none.
I spent about six months researching escooters, speaking with many businesses and watching hours of YouTube reviews on all different makes and models. I chose to deal with the Electric Scooter Shop to purchase x2, Vsett 9+. One for my wife and myself.
I have ridden almost 200km to date, (over a period of 2 monts) on various terain: cycleways, grass, shingle, mountain bike track and various hills (up to aprox 35 degress).The Vsett 9+ really suprised me in its capability to handle all of the aforementioned with its dual motors and suspension. The stem locking mechanism is the best!!!
All in all, the Electric Scooter Shop and the Vsett 9+ has TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! and I thank them for that.
To all those out there who are considering purchasing an escooter, you can't go past the Electric Scooter Shop and the Vsett 9+.

G.I can wholeheartedly agree with all of the 5 star reviews for Electric Scooter Shop. I did a lot of research into Electric Scooters online first, then went to a couple of other places to test ride some scooters, before going to Electric Scooter Shop. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a scooter, and both Jonno & Andrew are very personable people to deal with. After multiple visits to test ride the two choices I had narrowed it down to, I settled on my choice, & am very happy with it. Thanks for all the effort Electric Scooter Shop put into the whole process for me, including their Tech guy Luke for his help.
