R.Friendly staff and great sportswear. Large variety which I didn't expect but I was pleasantly pleased.
H.It was my second time in today and it was fairly busy but there was plenty of staff on. All the staff were super helpful and delivered their famous, excellent customer service, which is so refreshing. I got to replace my old leggings with a fault for a new pair, thanks to a lovely gentleman who helped me but I can’t recall his name, and it honestly made my day! I’m not one to splash the cash normally but these leggings are so worth every single penny even if you regularly use and wash them, thanks!

N.First time going into the store and the staff were absolutely fantastic. All of them friendly, helpful and beautiful even the solo male staff member there. Love how they wear the clothes too. Makes me want to buy every pair or everything! Was only looking at getting one pair of crops and now I have 4 and I'm totally getting many more. I love the clothes! Sexy, sporty and great quality. I will be back

L.If you're looking for a sport bra you MUST see Cas. She knows the range and more importantly has tried it. She knows how it'll behave once you've been wearing it, how it washes - everything. Also she sticks with it to make sure you get the perfect fit. I must have tried out 15 bras! Tip: trust her even if you think the bra is too tight. It'll give a bit. Now I'm hooked and probably wont buy another brand again! Totally worth spending that bit more 👙💕
c.Lululemon is the best quality exercise gear I have owned! I recently took a pair of their pants I had bought around a year ago into the Ponsonby store as the stitching had been coming out in a few places. Without any qualms the lovely store assistant replaced the pair with a new $150 pair, with no hesitation. Definitely makes me feel even better buying this great brand!
