H.Today I went to Nike Newmarket on Broadway. Their sales EJ just made my day. He greeted me and offered help as soon as I walk in the store. Explained difference of the training shoes I was interested in. Went to look for different colours and sizes multiple times. He was very patient and friendly. Probably the best service in NZ I have experienced for a while. Will definitely go back again when I need anything from Nike. Thank you team. Keep up the good work.

we were particularly looking for tennis shoes, one of the sales who is a Asian guy (could you pls indicate his name) was explaining to us very detailed and kindly about the shoes, and letting us know what kind of shoes more suits us to play the tennis, he were really taking patience with us, friendly and positive attitude, very impressive. would visit your store more in the future. thanks alot
J.I’ve paid for a Men’s black loose windbreaker style jacket (DA0271-010) from the Newmarket Nike store in Auckland NZ on the 27th Feb. 2021.
The only one they had in the size M had visible zipper bite marks on the centre front zipper guard and they didn’t have any “brand new ones” at the back.
The female shop assistant who served me at the Newmarket told me that she will organise a new one to be sent out to my house.
I received the jacket today (the 5th of March) after chasing the order on the phone yesterday. When I called the Newmarket store, a guy picked up the phone. He said there is an EXACT size M jacket that can be sent to me from the NM store.
I have kindly explained THE one at NEWMARKET has zipper bite HOLES on the c.front and I would like a BRAND NEW ONE from the other store (coz that’s what I got told by the girl on Saturday).
He was lovely on the phone.
He said he will call me back after checking with the St luke store.
He called back swiftly and told me the new one has been “shipped” from the St Luke Nike store.
The jacket I just received has the EXACT zipper marks on the center front!!!????
How dishonest is that?
They sent out the same one from the Newmarket store saying it’s a new one from the ST Lukes?
It was shipped without any plastic sleeves.
So angry and disappointed!!!!
*I wouldn’t have bought the jacket on Saturday had I known I will end up with a jacket with the holes!?

They’ve sent me a brand new replacement jacket.

S.I had a voucher which had recently expired and the staff had no qualms in honouring it for me which made me so so so happy as it was for $180!
We ended up spending another $200 so it shows it's worth while treating all customers like they are valued. Thanks Luke and Selena!
