B.Disappointing to say the least! What they should tell you is that once you walk out of the store with your purchase ,if it breaks, it's your problem. I bought a Men's Stretch Down Jacket a few weeks before lockdown. My jackets stitching has started to come loose. I contacted customer support and was told very nicely that I should take it to repairer they recommend who will fix it at a good price. This is clearly some manufacturing defect but North Face's stance is its my issue. I got the best service inside the store which is what prompted me to cough up $500 for the jacket instead of another competitor that was cheaper. I thought I would get quality. Instead I got a bad quality jacket with terrible after sales support. I swear I will never buy another North Face jacket again. #verydissapointedcustomer
Initially I posted the review above but I went into the store in AKL today. I explained the situation and they did not ask a question. they just changed the jacket for a brand new one on the spot. Really pleased with the service I received in store:-) 5 stars for me :-)
K.Excellent service with a well stock store. The staff Really made the shopping experience enjoyable and fun. They even helped me coordinate something not in stock at their shop with another location so I could use my new gear. North Face Auckland t-shirts are also a great souvineer.

My partner and I have been to a few different outdoor stores and Mark was definitely the most knowledgeable. It made the shopping experience so much more valuable and we left the store very happy. U.2Nov16 I spent $570 here in ten minutes this afternoon. I doubt if there is anything cheap in this store - despite the promises of sales on the North Face web site. But the helpfulness of the staff and the high quality of the merchandise is a good value equation. All the sports gear you may want. On line orders is available too.
P.This is the North Face outdoor clothing and equipment store on the Queens Street, Auckland. Here all kinds of Outdoor clothings and accessories are available. You can find good jackets, head gears, shoes etc. The quality is good and products are durable. But the price is not that competitive.
T.It's great to see quality products such as these, but often the styles in NZ are a year behind Europe and US. We need more variety.
