A.Recently got my tent guy ropes re-attached here. They gave me an email quote within a day, then repaired in two weeks from drop-off. Not the fastest repair (I think they get quite busy) but great no-nonsense service and good communication. Work appears to be to high standard. Cost was reasonable and below quote. I look forward to coming back for all future non-urgent repairs.

M.This magical establishment probably doesn't need another outstanding review, but I will add my experience anyways. I slammed the car door on the clip of my ridiculously expensive baby carrier rendering it useless, after a few tears my husband told me to take it to twin needles. Within minutes of arriving, I was helped, the clip was replaced, and the baby carrier fixed!! So easy!! I'm over the moon. Is there anything this business cannot repair, dignity included? J.Epic service. Sent my MTB jacket down as the zipper was broken. I called to ensure the jacket arrived and while I was on the phone they opened the bag, and assessed the zip. It needed a new zip runner, he fixed it all while I was on the phone, bagged it, took my payment details and couriered it back to me! Next morning on my desk is my jacket! NOW that is customer service done right. Thank you so much.

M.I went in for a pack waist strap repair which was done quickly and cheaply. Then I saw all the gear they have for hunters. Absolute rugged top quality. I've spent a fortune with them now and it's been worth every cent. Their hunters belt and small pack combo is superb. Just waiting for bino holder and range finder holder now. Can't wait.
I highly recommend their services.
d.My pack zipper took a dump while I was in Antarctica, I was able to get the pack to Twin Needle via a US Air Force plane and Twin Needle fixed it and got it heading back my way in a week and at a totally reasonable price. The repair is excellent and done with great craftsmanship.

G.I've had my sleeping bag for almost 20 years and while i love her dearly, she was in need of a spruce. Twin Needles did a great job of washing her, packed her with some extra fresh down and now she's back to her youthful, voluptuous self. The thing that really impressed me though is that when i got back home i noticed that they'd also patched up a hole in the stuff sack. I didn't ask them to do it, they didn't charge me extra or even point out that it had been done - just one of those few businesses that went the extra mile due to pride in their craft. Ka pai!!
