d.Excellent service! I bought a pair of hiking boots in December and they had a manufactured issue that I didn’t know until days later. I notified the sales team and they quickly contacted the manufacturer to review the problem and effectively do a swap over. They gave me brand new boots just in time to go to a trip.

A.Big store, great promo, heaps of stock, and friendly staff. They know their products and can explain to us which one the best. It doesn't mean the most expensive one will be the warmest jacket.
A.Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time in retail !!! Hands down. Product amazing, love my new jacket, price excellent, service from the manager out standing. This young girl deserves a pay rise, hold onto her, she's worth it !
S.About the best, most helpful customer service I've experienced in NZ. Salesperson wasn't interested in selling either what was most expensive or on sale, and instead took pains to understand where I was going, in order to then give me options around protection. She was patient, and less interested in making a quick sale, and more interested in ensuring that whatever I bought was fit for purpose. Walked out with more purchases than I thought I'd make going in, but knowing they would last me for a very long time and were precisely what I wanted, but wouldn't have known to get. Cannot recommend highly enough. Prices are on the high side, but Macpac goods are a good investment. In sum, as someone else said here, great products with, at least in this shop, exceptional service.

I called up and a macpac staff member came up with some brilliant ideas to help solve the issue for me (at no cost as well!). She called me back with a resolution in under 2 minutes. C.The store is laid out well and the selection of clothing is really good but apparently if you’re a bigger guy then you’re completely out of luck. The 2XL items are tiny and are more akin to Asian sizes.
