This was my first time purchasing off The Fitness Depot and what a pleasure they were to deal with, initially my daughter ordered the wrong item so to save time I re-ordered the correct item and this was dispatched on their last working day before Christmas shutdown and we received it the next day, I was able to get my return sent the same day after receiving the returns form which made it very simple. Communication was great and consistent through out, thanks team.

Having purchased recently a close grip pull down bar plus a lateral pull down bar, I couldn't have been more happy with the quality and service efficiency. I joined up placed an order, received an email that same day saying it was all ready to be picked up. Very quick service and reliable. So thanks heaps..Definitely will be building up my home gym with excellent equipment that TFD provide..Regards Brendon

Ordered 2 days ago and have just gotten our bar and plates! So speedy and efficient, especially from Hamilton to Auckland - super happy with it. Website live chat was helpful in answering my questions and the delivery driver helped us with lifting our weights from the truck to front door. Great experience and will order again soon!
