S.Went into the Te Rapa shop looking at mountain bikes and found the sales staff to be quite helpful and knowledgeable - particularly Trent and Thomas. They helped me with a test ride out the back which I thought was good. I did eventually purchase a bike and some accessories, which they did for me at a good price.
T. M.Very helpful service but low stock levels and we couldnt get the 'in store only' item we wanted. We are loyal Torpedo7 customers and we really like the quality of their camping gear and love our T7 tent.

K. P.Everyone in Torpedo7 in general is great and helpful but I am especially impressed with Callum from The Base branch today. I have always been struggling to find a comfortable helmet because I find they never fit right. Most shops would just try a few and then ask me nicely to go try somewhere else so they can move on to their next task or sale. I found an average but not the best fitting helmet at the shop today and was already prepared to pay for it but Callum tried the helmet on me and insisted on it was not the correct fit and therefore not safe. He went above and beyond to search online and in the shop, we tried different brands and finally we found the "Bell" brand that was the perfect fit. I end up buying 2 of them at the full price of $169.99 so I can have 1 for spare. I would go back to Torpedo 7 again and recommend anyone I know for sporting gears to go and see Callum. 20 out of 10 service!
