I.Bought shoes in Taupo, returned in Hastings as they didn't fit too well. The Manager behind the counter (I think) was so chill and easy to deal with, shop had heaps of stock and clean.
D. S.Clearance prices were dearer than the sale prices. Not enough staff on to help put for Boxing day sales. Staff were doing their best.
M. G.A helpful young assistant helped choose my best shoe ever. Comfortable, attractive and after a week, my new footwear has walked many bouncy km.
C. m.Hastings branch is soooooo much better than their Napier one. Very tidy, well organized and good selection . Please get your manager to sort the Napier branch out.

n. n.Love this store but I would encourage staff to prompt clients about their selections and be proactive in searching out clients instore to aid buying for purpose. Friendly and helpful staff with requests hence 4 stars.. Brands good quality, pricing could be more competitive on non-sale items, price has to justify the means : two similar items with huge price differences? I would've bought the items of type from a thrift store if possible. Stock sizes in short supply = C19? or perhaps a failure of owners in order to move current stock? I hope they read this positive feedback and act $$$
