J.Excellent service, Russell went above and beyond to source the tent I needed at a fantastic price. He was friendly and helpful, as were other staff at the counter whose comments regarding their experience with the product were reassuring. I will definitely be back for future camping requirements.

C.Was pleased to finally get my purchase, a four star product. However, found a staff member to be unprofessional and just plain rude, and the middle management lacking in knowledge of their own company's policies for service. Head office was a lot more professional in approach. Still waiting to hear from store manager, he obviously sets the model for other staff to follow. That is, ignore issues and the problem might go away.
L.It's good there has been another store to take up the spot left when FCO shut It's doors. Torpedo 7 does just that.
A fairly good range of outdoor items and a decent selection of brands available. A friendly team who are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Have used their on line service in the past but there is nothing like the in-store experience. Was served by Matthew and he was knowledgeable about the helmets I was looking at and made it easy to make the right purchase decision.

J.March2022: what a turnaround. Welcomed by staff member while I was scanning in. Asked me what I was looking foe, then actually escorted me to both areas and talked about both products.
2021:Alot of staff around the front of store. 1 helping a customer. No one else around. Spent 15mins looking in department. I ended up doing my own homework on these expensive tramping boots, but choosing to go elsewhere .
