D.Last week I bought new ski boots from Alta. Tommy the boot fitting guy was amazing, spending time to ensure I got the best fitting possible. He suggested to a boot that he thought would fit my shape foot but didn't stop there fitting another couple of boots to compare fit and comfort. His first reccomendation was the best fit.
If you are looking for new boots book in with Tommy you won't be disappointed

廖.I bought my skis in Alta,this year and last year. Alta’s service is very good, skis are very good,too.
R.Very helpful staff and we managed to hire all our gear for a few days. When we couldn't the right size boots for the kids they went across the road to Browns hire which was a bit odd. Not sure if we ended up paying for a mark up or not. Other than that pretty straight forward and they had a good selection of clothes for 3-6 year olds.
J.Rented bikes from here to cycle to the vineyards. Great bikes, and well maintained. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable. They gave us lots of advice on routes and terrain. We had a fantastic trouble free day and would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Queenstown. Happy cycling 🚲

N.Had my boots fitted skyler with a custom foot bed. He really took his time to find the right boot for me. And I love them. Best thing I ever did was get a custom foot bed. Can't praise skyler enough. They also helped me find the perfect skis and demo the ones I wanted before I bought them. Highly recommend alta.
S.Had awesome service here from Skyler and Aaron. He fitted ski boots for us and re-mounted our bindings. Skyler had amazing knowledge and took time to make sure we found the perfect boots. If your needing boots fitted here, highly reccomend. Hes known as the best bootfitter in NZ. Also they have awesome cothing here too!
C.Have over a couple of years bought my board and bindings here and they always have been super helpful and knowlegeable while other places have just ignored me. Today they repaired my boa on my boot even though I didn't even buy them there. Absolute legends. Will always be back.

F.Seriously good shop with super knowledgable staff. We hired a Mondraker Summum DH bike for a few days from these guys. Aaron, the owner, was awesome and even rang my lad the day after he crashed and fractured his elbow to see he was ok. Can't recommend enough.
