Probably the best customer service I have experienced! I bought a pair of trainers last year, really loved them but there must have been a fault in the manufacturing as the seams on the side started to rip. I took them back to Smiths and the owner Caitlin took one look and replaced them on the spot. I was so happy and grateful! Will be back, thank you Caitlin!
