Had a choice on the day - buy a $35 pair of trainers or treat myself (and my body) and get help buying a decent pair of foot wear. Was expecting to pay up to $250. There was no one in store at about 1pm on a Saturday to help me work out what brand or style would best suit me. They kindly called a girl that used to work there (now working in Briscos) who helped me and was great but....when the brands they are selling cost a considerable amount of money and are purported to be specifically designed for every occasion, I think consumers should reasonably expect good/helpful product knowledge from CURRENTLY employed staff.

Has a great range of items, going from sports shoes and clothing to sports equipment, as a sports fan, it's heaven in one room

Good assortment of clothing, staff friendly althought still going through some training phases. Great that they stay open until 6pm

They refunded my 2 pairs of runners which broke after 4 months ..the shoes are usually really good and my last 2 pairs kasted 3 yrs Nike

Giant shop, ok stuff but nothing online ever in-store that is popular. Staff good thought.

Went and bought 2 pairs of shoes just after 1pm. Shop was not busy. Plenty of shop assistants around but not 1 approached us to see if we needed any help or even acknowledged us. Shoe area untidy. We were served with politeness but at a speed if we were at a takeaway. Will think twice before I go back.

Found what I went for. Shoe dept was a bit of a mess so took awhile to locate size, but was ok.

I dont get acknowledged when I walk in and nobody asks me If i need any help. They should have the same service as mitre 10. Greeting people and offering assistance goes a long way. Its retail 101 isn't it?

Well stocked store, with fantastic staff.

Bought a pair of shoes, ended up with 2 left feet, so had to go back next day. For me, I'm on crutches a seat to sit on would be appreciated

Typical Rebel layout, no shop floor staff though, plenty of security staff? counter staff were nice enough, friendly. Looked for usual kiwi sized women's shoe but non in stock - must have been popular?!

Standard retail shop. Staff were very friendly and helpful though which was awesome.

Good sports store but, limited stock of shoes and if your bigger then a XL in size than this is not the shop for you.

Have a good range of products. Great prices when there is a sale on. Hard to find a staff member for assistance though, other than staff serving at the counter. Staff are always helpful though. Always a good option for voucher, for gifts.

The Whanganui store has great Air Conditioning lol but seriously the staff are so helpful, my teens always get the goods and I like that it's good quality.

Good selection. Main work on. Getting staff more engaged with customers on the floor. I had no one asked if we needed assistance,as I was looking at show options for my son.

Great service. We have a few really great personalities working down there. They are a helpful bunch of people and my daughter always ends up with exactly what she wants and needs.

They do not have a very good selection of the trainers I wanted. They do not seem to restock the ones they sell. It is disapointing when you have to travel to palmerston north for a better selection

Didn't have what I wanted but found an acceptable alternative. They now cannot get items from other centres for you because so many people end up not taking what they've asked to be accessed. 🙁

Staff are always friendly when i shop here, the exchange was hasslefree and the COVID code was posted directly in the entrance for easy access.

Big store but seem to have limited stock compared to other rebels. Didnt find any of the things I was after, then managed to get them at the New Plymouth store.
