P.Really good fun. Slide around the track and try not to wipe out while trying to pass the other mates.
Good track layout and easy to follow instructions from the track guys.
Was a bit pricey but was great fun.
Games and stuff for people to use while waiting and also a viewing area above for spectators.
Would go back and have fun again.
R.Good fun. Karts needs more grippy front tires to improve steering control. On full steering lock RF wheel jambed on chassis. Scoring needs to be on different system. Perhaps number of laps in given time, not fastest lap. Better control = more laps. Not one really good lap and a bunch of spins = winner. Still good fun. Go there.
K.Booked last minute for my partner and son (16). We had an amazing time. The karts so easy to use. I really enjoyed that afterwards you can log-in to a website and see how your lap time compares to others. Will be back.
T.Good fun day. Kids really enjoyed it. Staff were great. It's not fast or dangerous but required some skill and technique but easy to pick it up if you listen to the staff members instructions.

My son had a birthday party booked there. I made the booking by email.
When I spoke with the receptionist after we got there, she said she couldn't find our booking. After her checking in the system, we finally had our ride. The cushions have some unpleasant smells as I was told by the boys. All other were fine. The boys had a blast!
C.Great fun, best done with friends and family. The track itself is very simple which is a good thing, especially if you're new to drifting and go karts. The experience feels very premium and customer service is good. Also, make sure to wear long sleeves and pants as this will help to keep the fumes from making your skin smell like smoke. Overall, I would say drift karts is very fun!

O.A fun few hours. I hadn’t done this before so it was difficult learning how it works, would have liked it if the staff gave a bit more instruction on the trickier turns. Also it becomes less of a race when half the team get speed limited so even after a few laps/races you don’t have the ability to catch up or overtake people or better your times. Would go again for a function but will probably stick to normal karts next time.

B.This place was awesome! So much fun. I didn't enjoy that they mixed the pro karts with the standard ones, it kind of ruined it a bit especially being my first time out there. Personally, I would have enjoyed it a lot more if it was just one set of karts together so that you know that everyone has the same chances of winning/getting the fastest time. Will definitely be back though but hopefully with a license to drive the faster cars.

If I can suggest an improvement, upgrade the arcade games. Street fighter ate my coins and I couldn’t play! Would love a working racing game there too. Cheers

R.Such great fun!! We had a group of 14 of us and loved every minute of it - despite many not having done it before and being somewhat nervous! We had a few issues with booking due to COVID, etc but Ashley was amazing with sorting things out for us and helping us make it happen. Staff were all fabulous and extremely helpful - attentive to people's needs and safety. So grateful - an amazing work social and excellent for team building! Thank you all for a really fun night! People are already planning their return!

S.Awesome experience - have been a few times and the staff are always very helpful. Very professional setup and karts go well, especially when you've proven you can handle the faster speeds. Heaps of fun going sideways, definitely going to be back!

I took my young daughter, we went midweek and during the day because she has never done any jarring before. The place was really quiet and the staff there really liked after us.
They helped my daughter understand what to do and adjusted the karts to make them a bit slower for her. As her confidence increased, so did the speed of the karts.

R.Great team and lots of fun. We arrived with no booking and the young lady simply made it happen for us and squeezed us in for 15 min. That was much appreciated thank you. Did 25sec in a round which was pretty good for my first drift given best time is 22sec :)
T.Very slick (pun intended) setup with super friendly staff. Clean and tidy where needed, but more importantly oily and grungy where needed! I thought I was finished with karting but the "Drifting" element added a fantastic twist to proceedings. Highly recommended adrenaline hit. We were only using the basic adult Karts too. FYI we are just a bunch of 50 year olds looking to have a bit of fun for the afternoon.

S.A bit expensive but a heap of fun. Been a few times and the only gripe I have is where you are in a group where one (or more) people continuously spin out. They stop to reset the kart (safety first) but the time keeps running down. Now if you knew the person all well and good for mocking rights, but when its a person unknown and they spin out every few laps it really eats in to your time (and I feel the staff should / could have limited the speed this person went to match their lack of skill). However I will be going again and a great trill once you master drifting .

C.I got gifted a morning chasing my daughter and wife (going sideways!!!) as a birthday present late last year.....I had been here when it was traditional go-karting, & this is by far SO MUCH MORE FUN!!!

G.Excellent fun. Well-organised, and the place is fairly well kitted out with drinks machines etc whilst you're waiting for your turn. Electronic timing etc, so you get bragging rights as to who was the fastest!
J.It was dope. Fumes were a bit much, but it's expected... Karts were quick and there's a few extras to do while you wait too. Staff was excellent especially the guys on the track

P.If you are a Petrol head like me learned how to drive on RWD car. This drift simulation is very well made. Very clever engineered karts and the right track surface to provide a safe drift experience for everyone that enjoys this type of Driving. I loved it and its a must place to go next time in NZ.
D.Yo this place is fun! I'm normally a driving miss Daisy kinda kart driver, but this place really pushes you to floor it and slide around those corners! Definitely a lot of fun!
t.Was at BlastaCars Auckland not long ago . Good place for abit of fun waiting time was expected its saturday . We had our booking set we were ready to race but we had to wait cause other customers were on track but thats fine we were'nt in any rush, but just as we walked down to race there was another race where people were hitting into eachother and smashing the wall. I was a bit hesitant to race with them because i didnt want to be smashed into but it was too late to change it. We jumped on the karts for a little and they were still smashing into eachother and driving like idoits. At the end we ended up having a race and it was good . But the customers on beforehand didnt deserve to continue racing after the way they treated the staff, their business and karts. They barely had any respect, they all looked like racers which made sense why they didnt care . Blasta cars is a good place for people who like to drift and have fun . Its called blasta cars DRIFTKARTS for a reason to drift not to worry about whos coming first and who has a better kart . They should have just raced there race cars instead of wasting the staffs time at blastacars keep it up guys watching the track i know for sure no other group would like to race with them .

N.I've been racing at Blastacars for years. The old Penrose track, Hamilton, and now The Concourse. It is safe fun, and well organised. Once you get proficient the racing is very close. I think every learner car driver should spend some time on this track. It provides a safe way to learn to control a sliding vehicle. Thoroughly recommended.

G.I have been to both Auckland and Hamilton Blastacars and I am ADDICTED! Soo much fun! I go everytime I am in Auckland. They are always really busy so making a booking is a MUST but they always do their best to squeeze you in even if they are flat out. The staff are cool as and the track is different to my regular (Hamilton) so it makes it that much more of a challenge trying to master the big corners sideways! If you haven't been you have to try it!

T.Excellent place, Took my family to Blasta cars for my niece's 16th birthday yesterday the kids had a great time, the customer service was excellent, the young lady that served us was great, she made my niece feel special, my grandson up set he couldn't drift too as he only 2yrs, she went out of her way to help him enjoy the time too. This lady deserves a pay rise 😀
