A well laid out facility for viewing racing
(take a camp chair for back support ). The facility & carpark can get busy on a special night, however under Covid Red rules im place it most likely will have different feel. to it

m.Great speedway! Love that here you feel like you are out in the country among trees and hills. Track lighting at night however isnt so great and quite dark so be prepared. Best to bring your own seat here or a blanket with pillows to sit on the grass. Not too far a drive from Auckland either.
M.Opening night is amazing! The fireworks display is an added bonus 😍 And the M.C gives constant reminders to drive home safe, even encouraging the kids to remind their parents to drive home safely. A++ Huntly Speedway
B.Loved my visit here! Great set up. Very well organised. Lots of seating on wooden benches or heaps of grass area to pitch a picnic blanket or bring your outdoor chairs. Great food, easy access, clean bathrooms. Great for the whole family. Clean & tidy. Well presented.

P.Speedway is life, Huntly Speedway is a wide open racing circuit with good public services and lots of food options around the track. Parking is $2 and there is plenty.
Get on down but always bring a big blanket to wrap up warm as it gets cold later in the evening
T.I only drove past it while working and it looked like a very exciting place. A typical stock car looking yard which I felt it is in the middle of nowhere. It must be great for the locals and I feel it can be exciting if you're from outer town.

S.Great family atmosphere. Lots of fun and great value for a night out. Food vendors there but pack a picnic and take something comfy to sit on. Can get chilly so warm clothes needed for later. Awesome fireworks too.

T.Cool venue, good racing and great fireworks display. However, disappointing that a 15 year old is not considered a child as far a a family pass is concerned. They aren't able to vote, drive a car, legally purchase alcohol or cigarettes or even have sex, and therefore in the eyes of the law, considered a child. Puts us off taking our kids in future due to not being able to utilise a family pass and having to pay extra.

S.Racing was great, just need to do something about directing traffic we have been sitting for 27 minutes with out any movement around us in the public car park. Not one car has moved

D.Drove up from tauranga to see the Bryce Townsend 40 lapper. Cant really compare it to baypark or springs but was a good night and the local commentator was decent. It seems everyone sits real far back from the track though
R.fantastic family fun! it was well suported by fans, you get a good 4 to 5 hours entertainment for your money, pays to get there at least 1 1/2 hours before racing starts to ensure you get a park and a good Posse.
K.If you are going to the opening meet with the fireworks display you wont be disappointed with either. Great speedway action and spectacular fireworks. Just need alot of patience with parking and a long wait to get out and on your way. Take warm clothes as it gets pretty cold when the sun goes down. Totally worth it.
A.Awesome place to visit for speedway. Well run meetings. Always looking to create new spectator appealing events. Fireworks always a huge hit and now superstock teams huge success and will only be bigger next season. International midgets on 1st January 2020. The best in the world racing on huntlys patch of dirt.
T.I love Huntly Speedway. Great family vibe, good food and drink available at reasonable prices and you are up close to the action. You do need patience at the end of the night as it can take up to half an hour to get out of the car park.
A.My first visit to "Huntly Speedway" & i loved it! Exceptionally well run night & it had a very very full Programme that night.
Food was overly expensive, but aren't/isn't it always at such events/venues.... No real need for it to be that way tho.... Nice & very reasonable gate entry fee too, - i really appreciated that & I'll be back for sure, even from J.A.F.A land!!! & Wiakaraka, after many many years, Sionara!!!
C.What an awesome set up! Only minutes from the main highway - truly a 'destination' in Huntly. The little cafe is great with lovely staff, a fair selection of delicious food all at amazingly low prices. I highly recommend eating here during the day!
D.Always love this track. Great racing, great seating, great track. The team all do an awesome job putting each night on, and not as restricted my curfews being rural.
