D.Shop is well laid out & had everything l was looking for. Not as crowded as Takanini or Papakura store, great place for groceries.
A.The location of the Countdown super market is good, as it located on main road. The parking is plenty and they have all you need for groceries. All the sections are clearly marked and can be easily found. Plenty of options to choose for each products. Fast and quick service at the exit counter so not much of waiting time except during pick hours.
S.Stopped in on the way to grab a few things. First time here. Good range of products. Great customer service.
S.Usually always great but with level 3 is it still necessary that its one in one out? When other supermarkets let a couple in at a time. Been waiting in line 10 minutes at not 1 person has been able to go in yet
G.I like going to these suburbs in outer Auckland. I find it funny the the police have their own car park outside the store.
We don't get that in Hamilton maybe because it is not necessary. But it's a countdown.
A.Always handy going to Roseland to shopping center. The small super markets are never as packed
Do how ever run low of products at the end of a day. Especially thru these covid times. Still well done team countdown 🙂
H.Usually not too busy so good for quick visit although no self-service tills.
J.I enjoy shopping at Countdown but I don't like having to search the carpark looking for a trolley. This is not an isolated incident, unfortunately it is a common occurrence. It would be nice if one of the staff collected the trolleys regularly, especially in these Winter months.
C.Well stocked store with friendly staff willing to help and go beyond and above.
N.In spite of Covid stock shortages I found it to be well stocked with prices visible & specials in place. Well laid out & pleasant staff.

C.Last night at 6pm. Would think that this branch would stay open later to cover takanini being closed. Leaves 3 supermarkets open in the evening for all karaka, Drury, papakura, clevedon, takanini to shop. Not everyone can go in the day due to working.
J.Great grocery store. Order my food online and have it delivered. Found half my order was missing. Rang and got great service. The employee on line took everything down everything that was missing and had it delivered to me at the next possible delivery. 😊
Must add most of my orders are spot on so this was very unusual.

S.This is my regular supermarket and it’s usually quite good but they’re terrible for checking their expiry dates. Three times now I have purchased something from the chilled department and got home to find they were WELL past expiry. Just went to eat one of their chilled pies I bought yesterday, and found it had expired 10 days ago. The chilled dept manager seriously needs to pay attention to their job, how hard is it to check & rotate stock!?
L.Need more staff on, only 2 checkouts operating. It's a bit hard to stand 2 m apart, when the que is in the way of the aisle

C.I have been coming to the shopping center since i was young and will forever have childhood memories of Woolworths. It is a compact store but always has what I need. Staff are nice and a couple have worked there a long time.
M.Standard supermarket, but no self checkout.
S.Nice and small but still has a lot of variety.
L.Although this shop is quite clean and tidy it is smaller than the usual supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had occasion to visit both the Takanini Store as well as this one. I found the prices to be higher for fruit and vegetables. I'm talking some of them being massively different which I found unusual. There are no self service tills available for use either. On a whole the experience was good but not up to the usual Countdown standard.

D.I like the place because it is easy to access. Since it is not big, I can do my quick shop here. The only thing is this shop doesn't has self check out and the express cashier is not too express either
A.Went inside for something i needed and was mot stocked. This is not a good look for such a huge brand. My wife works for Progressive at the HQ and have asked her to pass on the feedback.
B.I live in Manurewa since coming across this store I can say I enjoyed everything from the security guard to the clean well kept store to customer service girls it's been nearly 1 year that I have going to this store. Even though I drive past a few stores this is my preferred shop I will continue to shop there every Friday and Sunday I always buy my lotto there I have a young lady who knows what I buy where else can you get that service. Awesome rosehill countdown.

P.Smaller store but service is good and shelves are tidy and fully stocked! Lots of parking so hassle free when your in a hurry.
C.Seems to have deals and specials unique to Roselands. Never crowded like other supermarkets.
