N.It was as you would expect a countdown store to be.
Great if you are heading home or picking something up before you visit family or friends.
Customer service was great, the cashier was friendly polite and very helpful.
M.Small enough to get around fast and big enough to have everything you need.
Parking is easy and well staffed.
Only gave 4 stars as the 4 times I have gone the shelves have not been fully stocked and items had 1-2 items left but during covid lockdown this is common
W.I always go here for my shopping, and the staff and selection is always great. recently quite a few of the shelves have been empty, but so it goes with covid
N.Good produce and gluten and dairy free options.

T.Smaller than most but still wide selection of produce that would satisfy most people needs. Access both in and out can be challenging as can parking spots during busy periods. Team friendly and efficient 👍

S.Doesn't always have what I need so I don't shop there often but has the basics
F.This Countdown doesn't have all the items you might find in a larger store (for example, its Health Food Section is small), but there's not much you can't purchase here. Its bakery used to have amazing cheese scones, but the last ones I saw were a bit on the well-done side, so I quickly passed them over. Having said that, it's clean, staff are friendly and it's generally a good place to shop.

Y.Very clean and tidy as far as comparing to other Countdowns. Although it is a smaller supermarket to the average one. We were there as a quick shop for top ups and found what we needed and also got something from the Deli where the lady working that counter was very friendly to us and nice and patient towards the customer before us who was indecisive on what to get. Good shop in general.
G.Staff very courteous and helpful when self service checkout wouldn't payout correct change supervisor was quick to assist and escalated to colleague as troubleshooting didn't work. Got my full change and left satisfied with their prompt assistance.

A.Good store... been here before... doesn't have some of the things I usually buy from my regular Countdown...quite a smaller range but still good for a top up shop
M.My High Light of the evening was PAIGE.. this One In A Million GURL knows & remembers her customers as we do her she can talk an Eskimo into buying ice lol..well I moved from tat sth to Swanson Rd 4yrs ago & she STILL remembered me & my daughter & grand son who live a 10 minute walk away from countdown so PAIGE I nominate YOU a bunch of FLOWERS of your choice courtesy from tat sth countdown 👏👏👏 😊
S.I have to thank all the staff here during Covid (well done). Freindly staff, and always looking out for peoples safety.Keep up the good work. Oh and the toilet paper is still well stocked this time round lol..

I.Nice and small supermarket with pretty much everything you need, although sometimes they don't have certain products i need, still a good place to goand shop quickly. Customer service is awesome too and would recommend the countdown to anyone passing through and need that one thing or few things for breakfast lunch or dinner. Location is on 2 very busy roads hence the reason i have y 4 star only.
M.Entering carpark increasingly challenging/difficult as both Te Atatu Road and Edmonton Road entrances are off busy roads. Easy parking; easy covered access to shop. Fruit and vegetables section well stocked with fresh produce at about average prices. The good range is further reflected in meat department, grocery section, fridges and freezers. Many sharp prices.
Well stocked at every turn (including bread and bakery). Clean and orderly. Almost all checkouts open. Lines of about 4 or 5 waiting - but progressing through at a good pace.
I was extremely impressed with the cheerfulness, pleasantness and helpfulness of the cashier/operator given the afternoon's hectic/busy...
A.Location wise it is located on main road and open 7 days a week but have limited options in different items. The customer service is satisfactory
a.The customers we're nice not grumpy and I noticed that the same security guard from there still doing her job it was a pleasant scene.
D.Parking is always easy when I go here.
L.As all the other countdown i have been in the store is well stocked. The staff are kind and have knowledge of the goods in their stores they take care of people who enter the store i find this great at this time

but what I really like is the staff and how helpful they all are. A wonderful feeling walking in and everyone saying hello at the very least to massive conversations lol. Lovely local supermarket that the larger ones should learn from. It may not stock everything but staff make up for it.
L.Love my local. Alot of friendly staff, generally theres always stocked shelves,the bakery is good and the deli too. Love the fresh fruit and veges. Countdown must charge too much by way of meat because i do see abit of reduced prices but they seem to get scooped up fast. One of the only downsides ive noticed in the last 3 months is that some of the staff will have conversations with the checkout operators while they are trying to serve the customers and its quite distracting and ive had afew times where they have over charged me or not listened when ive asked for something e.g i dont want a bag and they still give me a bag and charge me, or give me the wrong bin tag or tobacco. But as a whole its an awesome store.
R.Glad to see countdown te status sth, is taking things seriously at times like these, by having a staff member/manager etc getting everyone to sign in!! Glad to see it good work
M.It is near our house. It is not too big supermarket and for me has limited brands or products to offect compared from their other branches. It has a spacious parking though it tends to be full during peak hours.
J.Didnt have to wait to long outside, vegetables scarce, but everyone kept there distance.
g.Need a good stock of pies during lockdown as being an essential worker I miss out
c.It's good but they need more specials. The capsicums were all bruised so they should be marked down and the ones in the bags (waste of plastic) perhaps should be on display . I would really like to know where any waste from this store goes. Is there anyway you would consider donating to pataka in the area?
N.Always love my local Countdown. Need to go there more often especially when i do our big shop. Will start doing this immediately

A.Quite a small supermarket, but it's convenient for me as it's close to home and staff are nice.
D.Great service from staff especially being kind to elderly people. Great bargains first thing sunday morning being food not sold on Saturday. Try the deli. Easy access by door for people with medical problems but only 2 parking spaces. Need more. I went round 4 or 5 times before one became available.

T.The team here are at first glace just another countdown crew. But I've had so many great moments where they've helped me out and been genuinely kind that I'm now happy to give this a 5 star highly recommended rating.

M.A small store, with the isles feeling crammed. The access points are rather awful due to being at a busy intersection. Luckily I left when there were a couple of considerate drivers to give me a wide berth to make a right hand turn.
P.Easy to find what I want Good service but their fruit sometimes not fresh.
A.Don't shop at countdown often but was impressed by this store. A good variety of products. Found everything I wanted which is a first.

..always nice staff.l was disappointed with the $1 special with the swhweepe range of lime. Te Atatu don't sell the lime. It a store wide special yet they don't stock lime flavour🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
G.Went in to buy lunch as I was working just down the road, The most amazing and friendly Indian lady served me and my friend so cheerful and helpful, Great staff member I wish all supermarkets could hire people like this.
p.Convenient position with ok parking. Can be a hassle turning right onto Te Atatu Rd. By today's standards the supermarket is quite small and doesn't stock everything like a larger supermarket would. Visit Lincoln Rd countdown for more variety.

V.You'll generally find all you need here at a higher price than Pak n Save- except for the boxes of Nescafe coffee sachets. Btw- their muffins are dry. I never buy meat nor fish here- way too expensive! It's convenient if you need one or two items in a hurry.

K.It's fairly small compared to other Countdown so the selection is not great. I find it unsuitable for my weekly shop and only good to drop by to pick a few misc items.
C.Its allgood. Aisles are always full of pallets and stuff but atleast you know they will never run out of products! Service was great cause I used self service 👍
